@JioCare I made a request yesterday with SR000011SM2J for Internet not working. When I called the CC , I was told that request is on hold which I had never said so. Again today they have given me a new SR no SR000011SWT9 for tomorrow visit. Can you address this on priority.

Next day Installation done, worked for about 10 hrs and then stopped. Complaint raised but nothing done for 1 day.
