    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been more than 2 week but I have not received any solution related to my extra internet pack. I having this issue since April. It's a example of very bad customer service from Jio. Looking forward to your feedback.

    Very poor service @reliancejio @JioCare My Internet is not working since last 10 days and repeated reminders and mails have been of no help. Yesterday your engineer calls to say I should call up service desk and get the connection disconnected. Is this how #JioFibre works?

    @JioCare Sir its been 7 months. I dont know how much time it takes to refund the amount in the account. Your processor is really slow that other companies take 24 to 48 hours and your company has already taken 7 months for it.

    @JioCare my previous fiber account got disconnected because your engineer suggested the internet is not working and he installed a new box. The previous device was picked on 02 July and I was told the refund would come in 2 weeks. Haven't got yet!

    Frustrated with @JioCare for their Jio Fiber services. No service on My Jio App. The Jio Whatsapp Fiber care service doesn't provide any help. Called the helpline 18008969999 4 times...and they take all details on a 10 minute call and then disconnect. What to do??

    @reliancejio @JioCare I took the plan of 399 of jio Postpaid on 18th June, Netflix, Hotstar activate.But Amazon Prime has not been activated.The customer executive says Amazon Prime has been deactivated,I can't use Amazon Prime.If not activated i will move to a different network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I took the plan of 399 of jio Postpaid on 18th June, Netflix, Hotstar subscription has been activated.But Amazon Prime is not activated, if I can't use OTT platform then I have no benefit with jio Postpaid. I will shift to a different network.

    @JioCare why can't you provide Jiofiber at my place? I have been requesting it since the preview launch to provide me a connection but you don't seem to give a damn to genuine requests. I have three mobile connections and gonna surrender all three. Forget it.

    @JioCare it's great i went to switch my network to JIO, the customer care person of JIO shop told me sir mat daalo aapke udhar network hi nahi, idhar tower tut gaya hai Nirmal lifestyle ke piche, paisa waste hoga, honest guy, but Jio guys you need to fix if you want new customer
