    @JioCare applied for MNP to Postpaid using My Jio app and your executive called me and told that postpaid is not avilable. So I told him to cancel my order. But in my Jio app the status is showing as Sim Delivered. Please look into it.

    @reliancejio as per your offer at the time of launching jio phone, after 3 years customer have option to return the phone and get money back from jio. But you customer care and your jio store unable to guide.please help

    @reliancejio it’s too much now, first of all you have low network problem in my area from 3 weeks whenever I call your team they say it will be restored in 5-6 hours but it hasn’t happened yet, and when I ported out you are taking time for clearance, it’s totally harassing Jio.

    @reliancejio @toi @DilliAajtaktv don't buy jio Net connection either you have to wait 4 to 5 days to repair your connection every time SR0000120EZ0. Is it is better to take a local cable connection they will provide you service within 1 hour

    @JioCare I am experiencing an uneven data consumption issue since a month, I have lost 17 GB of dat in last 4 days, I loses my 3 GB of daily limit data in arround 4 hour, but I didn't use that much data. How it's getting consumed , I have a doubt.
