    @reliancejio The 5G services are very poor. Speed is not greater or equal to 40kbs also. I am trying to book a train ticket from IRCTC app from last 30 mins but all in vain.

    @JioCare Sure i will be happy to use services. Provide me the best family plans with all the benefits and will share the porting code. As @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence are not able to solve my problem and charging bill is too high.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViBusinessIndia pls confirm which has a better network in this location. Looking for port out. Have changed earlier from Airtel to Vodafone and both have failed miserably. Pathetic service. It's been a while but not sure if Airtel has improved anyway

    @reliancejio @JioCare Kindly help my friend's in the esim process she had gone to the jio store even when she was pregnant and the store did all the work for making the phisical sim converted to esim. And they assured it will be activated within one hour now the

    @JioCare I'm old school. Integrity Loyalty matters. I stayed @airtelindia even when @reliancejio ambushed the 2 main operators customer base with free offers. I come with some attitude of a spoilt brat too. If you have the courage to match, only then touch me.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's a nightmare support with Jio. I would advise people not to take jio. I switched from Airtel to jio on Dec 17 and past 2-3 days are like no internet Calling to support is like 10-15mins of useless and clueless people I am not sure what other people feedback.

    @JioCare worst service u have . I am trying to get complaint for non working jio fibre internet bt not getting posible due to continously cut my call bydefault from your side . 3rd class jio.apna dabba apne ghar hi lgayo .much more better Excitel than urs 3rd class low services

    @reliancejio @JioCare what are you doing man not improving their services the chat bot in ur app is bullshit,no one picks up the call in 198 waited almost 15 min and the main problem is We the users are experiencing a major call drop in jio .Im fed up in talking with Jio sim

    @reliancejio @JioCare so messed up, it’s been 15 days no one is resolving the issue of Wi-Fi, after calling to the customer care, even they don’t have any idea how to resolve the issue so dumb. No one can help me out. They are just delegating their work to someone else.

    @JioCare My AirFiber internet is not working properly. Please check and fix the issue. Also, my outdoor unit is an older model—if possible, kindly replace it with the newer unit. I would like to recharge the connection, but first the service needs to work properly.

    @JioCare Today is june 1st. Still waiting for the service person to come and check the problem. How much patiance you are expecting? For just 5 minutes of repair work you are making us to suffer from 4 days. Tell us when service person will come. If its late atlst we change provider.
