    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio signals again not adequate at my residence in Kalyan Vihar, Delhi. My family ported 5 connections to jio only becoz it was the best service. But, twice earlier the signal problem had arised & rectified. Now its the 3rd time. Please rectify. Again.

I've complained almost 50-60 times since then but after registering complaint they close it within a week by saying that a team is already working in your area.

Raised complain around 3 times but no engineer called or came forward to resolve this issue. U r lucky enough that it got resolved in one hour...

    @reliancejio Your service team member made me buy a new connection; he told me the old router and connection were beyond repair. He assured the unused (paid) internet from the old router would be transferred. Been following up for 1 mnth.
