    @reliancejio worst services increasing cost day by day in everything. Stop use this bloody jio bas paisa kamana hai ott apps ke bam pe jio paisa lootta hai.....set-top box mai 1000rs ka recharge ke bad ott apps ke liye alag recharge karvao bloody fraud jio now bas ab stop use jio

    When I shifted from kolkata to delhi I ported my sim from vodafone to @reliancejio for better connectivity but looks like it's just not able to even serve the network inside a street . And the stupid customer care executives keep calling to recharge

    @JioCare @reliancejio Why do I need to pay bill for a higher plan when I have already changed plan just after 2 days in the month. Kindly clarify because your customer care is very non adjusting and understanding.

    @JioCare @JioCare Hi team jio We are facing too much worst service from last couple of days Specially at home. We unable to use internet & voice services inside or outside as well So it's humble request to you keep increase your network services Otherwise i have to port.

    @JioCare @reliancejio No network coverage since yesterday. Problem is to a particular number but Customer care is reluctant to understand and resolve the issue. Pathetic services . Tried Telephonic support ,in app chat services nd no reply for email. Resolution time gvn is 10 dys

    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ Jio 5G welcome offer not received yet, network is also available, 5g mobile is also recharged, latest software is also updated, yet Jio 5g offer is not received. Airtel is better than this, 5G network is also coming and running. Jio is bad

    @reliancejio @JioCare - There have been frequent internet outages in Rasoolpur, Mubarakpur, Azamgarh over the past 24 hours. Currently, JioFiber services are completely down and we have no internet connectivity. Plz resolve it at the earliest and ensure uninterrupted connection.

    @JioCare The customer support of Jio is the most incompetent team in the world. Every time a new person comes to DM and asks stupid questions (what already has been explained earlier). Still my Netflix account is blocked and the Jio team has no resolution in sight

    @JioCare There is no issue with the internet speed, but the problem is the frequent complete outages in our area. This issue is not limited to me specifically alone; all nearby AirFiber users are facing the same problem.
