    @JioCare I have a jii fibre connection which is down for over 2 hours and I cannot get thru to any operator This is abysmally poor service!! Is there no recourse against poor service and over burdened complaint center where you just can’t get thru Most frustrating

    @JioCare Jio fiber A/C no:- 299946686451 Extremely poor response from the Jio staff attending the call. Disconnected it without giving any convincing reply. My problem has been pending resolution for the last three months and my repeated complaints have been closed w/o notice.

    @JioCare My Jiofiber is not working since afternoon. Been trying to connect you over chat but says you cannot address the issue and asked me to call on customer care no. Did that as well, you guys put me on hold for 18 Mins and then dissconected the call. Please fix my issue.

    @JioCare The connectivity in recent times is very poor. Be it the internet or the voice calls. I would like to bring to your notice that I am using the phone in Kharagpur as well as Bhubaneswar. Please look into the matter, because at times it's very disturbing.
