@JioCare it's been 5 days since I tried to convert my prepaid number into postpaid but it cannot be done. But the amount I paid is not refunded. I have tried to talk to ur customer support but my energy and time is all wasted and you guys are not talking any initiate to refund.

@JioCare @reliancejio Your service is ver very poor. -5 out of 5. Wire is hanging very low on the road, and you are not fixing it. If within next 2 hours, engineer does not arrive, I will request for the jio fiber surrender. I do not need poor service. Airtel is always better.
