    @reliancejio I have applied for jio fibre connection on 19th September. Agent took the payment and documents however it is not activated. Agent is not responding to call and customer service is also not helping and just asking me to wait. No time frame given at all.

    @JioCare: once again I was thrown off a Zoom webinar, where I was a speaker, due to your connection. The 5G connection doesn’t work. The 2.4G is highly unstable. All calls to the Jio helpline result in the same std response. “Will resolve in 48 hrs”. nothing happens. #Jiodown

    @b50 This is exactly what the Tech Giants like Facebook & Google did for many years. They burnt a lot of cash building a Tech platform that didn’t give any meaningful returns for years. @reliancejio followed the same model. Built a pan India Telecom network & the revenues came later.

    @reliancejio I recharge my continuous jio fibre plan with next 1 year fir silver plan on 5th sep but I can’t see tv as per customer care plan have been changed but money is valuable and they can not refund back or can not adjust the amount with next available plan. Its ridiculous

    Today 3rd time I got kicked out of a Zoom webinar as I was presenting becoz of lousy broadband supplied by @reliancejio. @JioCare sucks because they keep giving stock answers & don’t solve the issue. Any suggestions about dongles/hotspots that work better than a phone hotspot?

    @h_jamba @reliancejio @JioCare We had Act. That frequently disconnected becoz the last bit of cable is not fibre. So from the hub outside the house to inside, the speed dropped and the that cable snapped often. Then we moved to Spectranet. Same problem. Now half the house on Jio, the other half on Airtel.

    @reliancejio my complaint for jio fiber is pending since 20 July. First rescheduled to 23 but nobody reported. When I complained they told me that engineer will visit on 30 July. I want to know if out of 30 days, 10 days is out of network. Will monthly pack be extended?
