    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst customer service. Customer care executives taking calls and putting on hold for more than half hour and not responding to even a small query. Core team Have to look how their exec. are making fool by putting calls only on hold & not providing service.

    @JioCare Same reply I am getting from 6 Month. Was 6 Month is not enough to resolve my issue? Same copy paste reply is sent again and again. Please quantify the date by which my issue can be resolved.

    @reliancejio i am unable to sent microsoft outlook outgoing emails via jio fiber. Same time other internet providers not having such issue. I contact jio fiber customer care, rater than give me a solution, customer care asking me to contact my IT team. Why jio have this problem.

    @reliancejio, you are not allowing customers to shift their JioFiber connection to another location. I have balance for 6 months in my Jio fiber account, and now u are insisting me to cancel and take a new account. What kind of logic is this? @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @abhinavjodhpur @JioCare @Airtel_Presence First check what speed jio provide I am suffering from long time. Jio provide 38 Kbps to 1 mbps only and service is very poor they advise me to change your location to increase the speed

    @reliancejio Please don't give my case to any customer are executive who even not read my post and start saying "contact to your IT team" then how same mails working on other internet service providers? Forward my case to technical team instead of person who just passing time.

    It's probably because @JioCare @reliancejio is so focused on accruing customers tht they dn't feel d need 2 retain existing ones. The solution 2 my relocation issue was, cancle ur connection n take a new one. They dn't care I hve a semi annual subscription tht they sold me.

    @JioCare @reliancegroup @AmbaniTina why does Reliance Jio give such poor customer support? The reply frm cust care is indifferent. No solutions. Single answer, it can't be done now and we can't do anything for semi annual subscription you have taken, it will be a loss to you.

    Your customer support executive told me that it will take 24 hours to resolve the issue. May be it will be easier for me to shift to @reliancejio fiber connection by that time and terminate the @airtelindia fiber connection. Pathetic service from @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia services are truly pathetic compared to @reliancejio fibre. If u want service they called several times and no clarification on charges, poor service, to get service they call more than 10 times & yet poor resolution & when termination calling & irritating. 15 calls.

    Must say Jio Fibre has become slow.. especially between 11 to 1 pm and 5 pm to 7pm the speed is not that good.. have 150mbps..yet apps and responses slow.. dont know why.. if this continues will switch to local.. @JioCare @reliancejio
