@JioCare what kind of pathetic service you guys are providing, it's been already 10 days where I'd applied for new broadband, connection fees has paid and after that there is no response. Installation got rescheduled thrice without any confirmation. Sic !!!

@JioCare i am sorry to say that the network in jio sim is not very good. I am in delhi right now after that i have been facing this issue. When there is a network also i can hear the voice of other person on phone but he can't hear my voice. A year ago i had made a complaint.🤐

That is really pathetic from @reliancejio that your @JioCare does not give proper internet signal in the region of noida sector . I had complained than also my this issue is coming . If it is not resolved I will be switching to @airtelindia network for the same.

@JioCare Actually I'm now 101% sure that i can't get Best Possible service with Jio that's y i decided to part my Ways. My complaint getting 1 year Older now and every time i get only Time to wait. But now "पानी सर के ऊपर जा चुका है" यहां तक कि पिछले 3 महीनों से मैंने रिचार्ज भी नही किया।

It only took around 10 tweets, god-knows-how-many calls to customer care, endless minutes of hearing hold music and explaining the same thing each time. @JioCare Hi Still the same situation nothing changes! The technician is saying it would be impossible to give you a new connection since your home is at a dist. >80m from the box. Its hard to understand as i already have a jio fibre connection in my home. Kindly resolve this issue.
