@reliancejio @JioCare i do a recharge no. 6205283973 of rs. 155 by mistake but pack is not active because this time i use this no in samsumg smart phone. Call centre reply that it will use in only jio phone but in lock down i have not jio phone now. So please help us to use.

@JioCare the internet speed is less then 0.5mbs in my location even unable to open any YouTube video facebook whatsapp google search ..This is happen from yesterday .. the internet speed is very poor in my location. i think this is not a 4g .Need help need support @reliancejio

@VodafoneIN Not received ant call from last 7 day's. Your competitors are more prominent as I receive 2 call from reliance Jio and Airtel. @reliancejio @airtelindia thanks jio & Airtel for support. Worst experience with Vodafone. World worst telecom company :- Vodafone.

@airtelindia @reliancejio Have you ever think about your customers. Prices of data packs have been increased but the service is same (Network quality low, data buffering, noisy voice calls) . Many times called customer service, same response I got. We are fixing the problem.

@JioCare I complained about my network speed and calldrop frm last 2 years. but even after almost 2 years I'm fed up. I'm at exactly opposite of JIO Head Office, Contai, 721401. If I'm not getting network then who will ? Such a disturbing matter for a Jio user from the Very Beginning !!
