    @reliancejio @JioCare dear jio I am using your fiber seens 2 year and seens 2 month I am facing slow net problem so I compliant against it and after two visits your engineers change my wifi but when they change my wifi I am facing new problem is that 5g network disconnected

    @JioCare For getting a connection you guys are like Sir today evening itself it will be done. And for disconnecting you guys need more than a month. I'm fed up of this with you, you can keep my 1500Rs with you and I'll throw your device in garbage.

    Dear @JioCare , I have raised many complaints regarding network issues and all complaints are closed without resolution. Network is the worst at my place and I have to struggle for even paying the vendor. I have generated port out code and will move to some other operator.

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is a feedback regarding your Jio Fibre service. It looks I have bought it to just watch your ads. It started with 1 ad for 15 sec and now anytime, 2-3 adv of even more than 1 min display. I thought, i will watch different program but only watching adv.

    @JioCare I'm customer of Jio last few years but when I call for Jio care don't connect for customer care , however Wewe connect then ivr online wait minimum 15 minutes and you says Jio service great , very bad and rubbish service every month I raise complaint for network

    @JioCare I am really frustrated with your network. Earlier I was with jio and faced the same issue then ported out to @airtelindia and after 3 months I thought your network was improved and ported back to @reliancejio but this time it is the worst now. I may go back to Airtel

    @JioCare, I've alrdy told ur agents the new sim was ordered by some glitch & the order needs to be cancelled bt still I'm getting calls repeatedly frm ur side. I was informed by ur agent to call jio to cancel but your customer care agent says the delivery agent needs to cancel.

    @AadiAchint @reliancejio This is a standard SOP in jio. They kept closing my complain ticket even without resolution. I cancelled my connection with them for this situation. Now I am using competition and much happier.

    @JioCare One of your engineers visited and, after diagnosing the issue, informed me that it would need to be handled by another team as he was unable. This is highly disappointing—Jio is wasting time without any progress.Escalate this issue & ensure it resolved on priority. CO0001S4I8W5

    Worst decision ever - switching from Airtel to Jio. Network quality @JioCare is terrible and now I’m stuck for 90 days before I can port again. Huge regret. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’m coming back as soon as I can.
