    Dear @TRAI I am receiving these call from unknown numbers, which are aware about my loan account details and offering me loan. My bank @HDFCBank_Cares informed me to complaint to you because they are helpless about this. @Airtel_Presence and @JioCare can you anything.

    That is really pathetic from @reliancejio that your @JioCare does not give proper internet signal in the region of noida sector . I had complained than also my this issue is coming . If it is not resolved I will be switching to @airtelindia network for the same.

    @JioCare after port out message got a call from Jio...After few seconds the Customer Care person was not able to listen to me due to poor network...And they disconnected the call saying that customer is not giving any response.. Pathetic...Must port out from Jio now..

It only took around 10 tweets, god-knows-how-many calls to customer care, endless minutes of hearing hold music and explaining the same thing each time.     @JioCare @reliancejio So, after chasing my installation, the response I get from fantastic agent from Jio is ‘we can cancel your installation’ without assigning any reason - appointments given 9AM, 1PM, 3PM,4:30PM,5:45PM yesterday and no one turns up!
