@reliancejio @JioCare @JioMart_Support Worst experience with the customer service today. I think now Mr Ambani is aware that he has flourished himself so no need pay attention on customers. People in customer are banging call nice.

@gitanjalibhama1 @JioCare Jio service center don’t change number, call jio customer , verify your details and if verified successfully then customer care representative will add/change an alternative number as per your wish. Its just 3-5 min process. And then jio store will give you jio sim with fee 25.

@reliancejio @jiocare Jio fiber services are crappy! I’ve been complaining about no internet access from 5days(120 hours) now every time I call they’re saying the engineer will visit in 24 hours.That’s the only solution I get after paying for yearly subscription of Jio fiber(1/3)

@ViCustomerCare worst experience with this company, there is no complaint number working. No one is there to solve problems facing in VI . I RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY VI SIM. I also going to port my number to @reliancejio . At least they are providing 24 X 7 service person.

No one from Jio was bothered to rectify the problem. Due 2 which finally I asked for disconnection Now your staff comes to pick hardware and wants me to show them if it is working or not I will not let anyone from @reliancejio enter my premises to check if hardware is working

@JioCare @reliancejio Jio network monitoring team are BLIND and DEAF. They can not see and listen customer complaints. Thousands of JIO customer are PORT OUT to other operator but still they are not doing even contacting to customer facing network issue.

@airtelindia is there customer support available or not? Why did you still change your plans. Because incomings are free right. @reliancejio reduced their packs. I'll check this month end. If you not reduce I'll change my number to other network..
