    Due to the weak network of Jio,the data speed, calling came to a complete halt.All the Jio customers around the village of Fazalpur in the Greater Noida area are getting upset and getting ported to Airtel. Jio team should fix it immediately by installing a tower.@JioCare

    @NetMeds @reliancejio India's worst service provider is Netmeds, which says that the medicine will be delivered in 2 days and even after 10 days it is not able to deliver, I had ordered three or four times for the medicine to Netmeds but my delivery is 10 to 12 days.

    @JioCare Since two days Jio Fiber is not working , raised complaint yesterday no one contacted me and visit of technician rescheduled two times. I want to surrender my both jio fiber connection immediately I am also using @airtelindia broadband they hv best customer services.

    @NetMeds @reliancejio 1/2 I have called and mailed many times in a day but still do not give me any solution, still I have mailed two or three times and reply me that any customer care will solve your problem quickly. do not solve well...

    @JioCare You are rapidly moving towards 5G but your 4G speed is very poor and you should think about it first. Otherwise public knows what to do with such type of companies?

    @JioCare @JioCare When I got the proper reply with solution of the technical problem. Still no improvement. very disappointed with #jiofibre intallation team..please update the status.Or do cancel the installation and refund the ammount from your side .

    @JioCare I submitted a complaint as my jio fiber was not working till now no one has contacted despite ur technician was scheduled to visit at 11:00 am. I will cancel my both jio fiber from next month due to poor services of jio.

    @JioCare fake promises in our area regarding referrals and no one pick the calls. Spoke with area sales head shivam bhel bt still waiting for his response . Also he assigned his guy to help me bt it takes month time , then now he didn’t pick my calls .Use less services jio fiber

    Jio Fiber. Live TV not working. Most people in Nar Vihar II Society have only one TV & with Live TV not working, they have been inconvenienced. Most wish to quit Jio. Kindly inform the higher management. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare we need a network site near 9.277046,76.596477 ( google coordinates) 7HGW+RH Cheriyanad, Kerala (google plus code) outdoor 2g 2 bar...indoor no coverage... please do something for proper coverage..online class badly affected due to lack of internet.

    @JioCare When I am facing problem I dam my details to your official Twitter but on that time your jio care can't reply me so I already port my jio SIM to BSNL and also stop using your jio fibre and I shipped to BSNL ftth. @BSNLCorporate GSM & ftth service are very good wonderful service
