    It’s more than 3 days, Jio Fibre network services is not working & despite complaints and customer care assurance that the problem will be sorted out nothing happened in the past 72 hours. Poor services @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    @JioCare I called twice on Jio customer care today for incorrect bills being generated for Jio fiber. Explained everything to executives, then they put my call on hold and never came back,then after 15 min,call got disconnected. I spent 1 hour today in calls and got no response.

    Dear #JioFiber team, service has been down more than 2 days now in ou society @exoticadvnoida there is no update. Instead of advertisement you need to improve the service avaiabilty and there no escalation team n customer service team available only IVR.@JioCare @reliancejio

    I suggest everyone not to go with @fiber_jio @JioCare. Worse service and worse customer care. Have applied for new connection on 21st April and has been told that it would be installed on same day. Since today, the same response am getting from last four days

    @JioCare @reliancejio i have ported my no 9643452452 to jio and purchase jio phone new with 1 year of plan validity on april 2021 and i payed 1625 INR , but now i am unable to make calls from that sim and it was telling to get recharged.. kindly help and revert me back
