    @JioCare Also if your bottom system doesn't work in customer intrest you can't blindly really them. I am proposal engineer and working from home, from last couple of days not able to work properly, lost/delayed some bids, that impacted my company reputation and my performance.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am glad to get you here. I am corporate user and Vi is not giving the good service and response on my query and concerns. I realized It is a big mistake to choosing Vi. @ViCustomerCare

    @JioCare i am experiencing frequent disconnections on Jio. Your live chat and help are useles as they cannot check disconnection on jiofi. No other way to contact as you helpline are useless as well

    @reliancejio ur services hv really dropped, unable to use d internet as speed is pathetic since long. Same goes with the calling. Neither @Airtel_Presence is able to provide the even manageable service, thinking of switching both my number to @ViCustomerCare

    @fiber_jio @reliancejio @JioCare - Pathetic customer service in noida sector 121. Its very difficult to manage wfh with such fiber network. I raised a complaint but haven't got a response till now. Complaint no - SR000013O6F8.

    @reliancejio @JioCare jio fiber and jio are so bad shape in Noida We aren't able to make or receive call smoothly. On jio fiber it's Hurculean task to open a email on desktop. These idiot's will not read complain and ask some stupid questions Very BAD Decision to go with jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jiofiber Free trail is biggest scam ... Jio sales people are forcing people to take 1 month advance recharge so that they cant cancel connection if they dont like... Fake advertisement of free trail and fake promises. @MumbaiPolice plz take action
