Coz ur network tower has no generator or battery n when electric power cuts network also goes n we couldn't use jio internet. Technician called repeatedly at 17:00, said he’d come in 30 mins, then blocked my number. Customer care promised resolution by 21:00. No visit, no fix, now rescheduled. Very poor service.
