@JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service or no service by jio! Last year they installed new fibre connection amidst lockdown and now the connection hasn't been working for more than 24 hours. Online support isn't available. Field engineers aren't taking calls. #jio

@JioCare @reliancejio In my area jiofiber was set up last year but its being 8-10 months today but its not activated yet..... Whenever i contact jio executive he says to me everytime that it will take 1-2 months more . I am facing problem in my studies ,so please look into this

@reliancejio @JioCare This is really strange that such a big company who claims to be the best ISP don't provide services in major locations on agra..I checked for two different locations and got same answer 'NO SERVICE'. I guess there is no point in keeping jio number as well.

@reliancejio I have ordered jio fiber (order no.- NO0000F2Q5M7) but when it came to installation the service engineer visited and said you can't get connection here the fiber is not inserted in your home row. What should i do. When i will be able to use.

Hey @JioCare. Using Jio sim in jiofi router. The damn device is blinking red. The same sim has good internet coverage when used in Mobile. Tried even replacement sim. Same results. Is red blink now the new default?

Switched from @ACTFibernet to @reliancejio @JioFiberChennai . Poor response from ACT. Our internet connection was down from Nov 7th and the service guy came after 3days. Due to heavy rains, our router was damaged and he said the router has a warranty of 6months only. (1/n)
