Once I have contacted with Jio Care then she told me that Jio towers dont have power backup...its not first time whenever I called JioCare never got solutions except foolish statements. During rain, water is entering through the cable from the rooftop unit and leaking inside my house. Internet is working, so diagnostics show no issue and I cannot raise a service request.
