    @JioCare Moved to shahjahanpur In my area Full signal strength but no internet. Contacted local Jio ,they said this is problem in Shahjahanpur. Please look into it , or I have to port it to Airtel Location attached -

    There is internet connection by @JioCare but you will not able to use. You save your full data per day because the service provided by @reliancejio is like a bullshit. Reason from customer care high no. of users from last one year. Jio ne aisa paisa pio ab dobara na lio.@JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Day by day your network is getting poorer, consumers are facing issues and complaining regarding the same but your customer care does not respond accordingly and it is of no use, we pay approx 600 Rs to get 4G speeds and not for 2G, kindly look into this...

    @JioCare @reliancejio same thing happens to me everyday... Once I have contacted with Jio Care then she told me that Jio towers dont have power backup...its not first time whenever I called JioCare never got solutions except foolish statements. Contact me for location details.

    @VodafoneIN sirji very poor network. 4g is just for name. Works like 2g. @reliancejio works far better for my smart tv hotspot, always top notch speed everywhere.

    @reliancejio @JioCare internet of jio is getting very slow in my locality from past 4 days which is really disappointing, I urge you to make it proper with 48 hours otherwise me and my almost 50 neighbours have to switch to a different network.

    @JioCare Today again data usage has been the same just after downloading 18% of 2GB received msg of 50% usage of my daily 2GB quota what the hell is this. Cheating and fraud with customers. Rather than working on solution you guys are not doing anything. Need urgent action and reply

    @JioCare Facing network issues every other day with in Gund Hassi Bhat, Srinagar 190017 Jammu and Kashmir. Calls keep dropping and internet speed is very poor. Tower ID: PATTAN0002 If this is not resolved soon, we will switch to Airtel . Please act urgently.

    What’s going on with @reliancejio faced frequent internet issue majorly during @UPI_NPCI payments at shops which is quite irritating. It is understandable that at D-mart it might be bcoz of huge crowds but at Kirana stores not expected looking fwd to MNP what do u guys suggest

    @JioCare @reliancejio He promised me that you will get YouTube black premium but I didn’t get it ans also I should get latest C6 outdoor unit but got very old unit, Once again Jio Team cheated me, very frustrated with the service, after paying 100 Mbps, geriatric 30 Mbps benifit.

    @JioCare Connection. And said you have to cancel it and No choice is there left. I asked him to cancel, but he said he can only reschedule but not cancel. I called sales guy but he has not responded to any call till date.

    @JioCare my Internet connection is down from 12/4/26 it’s almost 48 hours now and there is no proper help centre. We have reached to a helpline executive and still there is no solution as of yet request id is SR000033CXOR
