  There is internet connection by @JioCare but you will not able to use. You save your full data per day because the service provided by @reliancejio is like a bullshit. Reason from customer care high no. of users from last one year. Jio ne aisa paisa pio ab dobara na lio.@JioCare

Could you please check why an eSIM upgrade request was initiated on my number and confirm whether my account is secure? SMS received: “Your eSIM upgrade request for Jio number xxxxxxxxxx could not be initiated because your email ID is not registered with this number.”

  @JioCare @reliancejio 3/4 For a NEW connection, Jio can make 100s of calls explaining offers. But for an existing customer asking for a simple relocation, there is no accountability. I already switched my Jio SIM to Airtel due to poor service. Are you now pushing me to switch my broadband too?
