    @reliancejio : I am trying to log a service request regarding problem with setup box issue. Simply not able to reach your customer care. Whenever I call the customer care number, it simply plays a pre recorded message and closes the call . Fed up with the pathetic service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio Fiber (+91-5252314535) internet has been completely down since 20/3/26. I already raised a complaint via customer care, but no technician has visited yet. This is severely affecting my work in BEHRAICH (271802). Please send a technician urgently!

    @reliancejio @JioCare My Jio fibre is not working I have called customer care 10 times from yesterday..they scheduled technician visit at pin 271802 three times but technician did not come ... highly disappointed from Jio, please help.. I suggest people to never use jio fibre..
