  There is internet connection by @JioCare but you will not able to use. You save your full data per day because the service provided by @reliancejio is like a bullshit. Reason from customer care high no. of users from last one year. Jio ne aisa paisa pio ab dobara na lio.@JioCare

  Worst service experience @JioCare @jio_fiber .my jio fiber is not working from last 2-3 days , yesterday book appointment and got scheduled visit on yesterday evening 6pm , but no one came , today i spoke to jio care customer care , they said they will take my request on 1/2

  @reliancejio @JioCare today my previous prepaid plan got expired so I had done new recharge of ₹899 true 5g unlimited plan and by that time my network is catching LTE only same place same usage but why you limit your user to 4g only previously I had not faced any such problems

  @JioCare Bhavana, I appreciate your reply. Atleast from your side dealing backend or support team should put fix timeline rather than leaving open timeline that is causing never ending refund issue. This is not complex issue but with no benchmark set it become who cares issue

  @JioCare @JioCare It's been 3 days and there is no update on the issue resolution. You said already highlighted to concerned team but nobody reached out to me. Just confirm one thing whether intenet can be accessed with the inverter backup during power outage. Why you are not confirming?
