    Urgent! Look at this pathetic speed (0.14 Mbps) on my Jio no: 8601298068. Engineer visited but problem is still the same. Facing 1442ms latency! Total waste of money. Resolve this immediately tomorrow or I’m filing a case in Consumer Court & CPGRAMS. @JioCare @JioCentral @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @OfficialJioTV Jio Air Fiber has to be one of the worst service providers. It is the 3rd day of wifi outage,Myjio app update keeps saying 4 hours. Yesterday customer care guy told in an hour it will be done. All lies, and no responsibility. Horrible service!

    @reliancejio @JioCare And please teach this assistant staff to maintain at least the dignity of Jio while being seen to be rude to older ones. It would affect Jio's quality. Location is : Dhule, Maharashtra.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Past whole week Internet is down. Technician did hard reset. Worked temp. Down again. Router is green. Jio app diagnostics says everything fine. Jio care on App doesn’t work. Premium profile. Stop fooling people! after call of paying 3 months advance.

    I purchased a matching number via the MyJio app and paid ₹50 of my hard-earned money. It has been more than 10 days, but my SIM card has still not been delivered to my address. Please look into this urgently and resolve the issue! @reliancejio @JioCare
