    @JioCare upgraded my jiofibre plan on 3rd June. Haven't got refund of the previous plan yet. Was promised refund will be given within 20 days. Every email from customer service gives me the same scripted line like a bot that the issue has been escalated to the department

    @JioCare worst Network in my area. Internet speed is very slow. Can't use 1.5GB data per day quota due to poor speed.there is continous breakdown in Voice while calling. Airtel has a better service, if the Network service will not improve within a week, I will port to airtel.

    @GOVINDG02840783 They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @ragul_vjfan Their services have went from bad to worse. The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare

    Getting terrible experience @reliancejio ..... using Jio since last couple of days.....but internet speed is too less..... even can't load twitter feeds. I have to wait 3 months to port it ... it's literally unusable. Please solve the issue ASAP

    @vkashkumar I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare
