    Not even 24 hours post the fix, internet stopped working again. @JioCare @reliancejio Nobody picks up the call, the bot automatically reserves a next day appointment, no human to speak to. Getting a new connection, @JioCare please accept this as a formal cancellation request.

    @JioCare 20 days with no #JioFiber. Your technician refused to repair my fiber and kept pushing #JioAirFiber. I don’t want AirFiber. Despite daily calls and multiple complaints, my service is still down. Open SR: SR00003BE4HJ. Please restore my connection immediately.

    The worst service quality and network coverage of @reliancejio. After multiple customer service calls there is not any resolution to my 5G network coverage. At my home there is not an single 3500mhz band coverage so why we recharge 5G Plans ?
