    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio Care, I am already a customer of Jio. I ordered a SIM from Jio app. I got a call & the guy said, he will come in 30 minutes. It's been 4 hrs & no one is here. The good part is even customer care don't know, who is handling my request 🙃. Please help.
