We're having issue related to jio fiber. Post calling they said to recharge first as it's expired. After doing recharge, We called them around 10 times. Still we are waiting for Engineer to come and resolve setup issue of the router. Pathetic @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio I am complaining to meny time regarding same issue but all times given same reply too many users, then why you are given lots of sim. I'm recharging same amount as loke metro cities location. If there's issue then why you are charging same amount??

@reliancejio mistakenly I have done a wrong recharge of 575 rupees on my jio number today on 8pm I have asked jio to cancel it before activation of it and reversal of money and but they are not helping me out.

@JioCare Sorry to say that we the jio customers of mangalajodi never get standard speed of internet. The number of jio customers has crossed its BTS capacity limit. Still there is no upgradation. Totally waste of our data balance, we can not use it.
