    @JioCare Priyanka, any update on SR00003BM2X1 you guys are working hard to resolve it ASAP. It's already 2+ month of equipment picked up. But in last 1+ months SR were created but no resolution no refund it's adding more stress on the top of my existing for it terminated fiber🙏

    @JioCare @JioCare I'm writing this with my phone data because even after you resolving the ticket with NO ISSUE FOUND, I'm still having the issue. If you think I'm not connecting the wire good enough, send one of your genius engineers. My money is wasted because of your incompetency.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm already using a Jio 5G SIM on my 5G phone, and I regularly stream TV using its hotspot without issues. So the engineer's assumption that installation isn't possible just because the tower isn't directly visible appears unfounded. Kindly conduct a proper site survey.

    @JioCare Yes you have provided the resolution that to restart the router but how many time to restart it in a day of 24x7 only do on and off the it. When the full area there is connectivity issue in mobile and airfiber the how restarting will work.

    Jio Mobile tower in Chandane and Jamunipur,Akbarpur Ambedkarnagar UP is not working and no repairing done from last 20 days,due to which jio wifi is affected and there is no internet.have made several complaints no improvement should I break the wifi box. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare I'm at serlingumpally hyderabad at my location jio is showing full 5g signal but one single day it didn't worked properly. Some parts of the city only working. I recharged for one year. We don't have refund rules as well. How can you solve this problm

    @JioCare No update yet and nothing has bee done only bill payment reminder is bekng send. Did you all have any kind of shame before asking for payment without service but you continuously taking money without service. Ambani should be shameful to loot country people like this.
