    @JioCare Fibernet not working from last evening. The ticket got auto created and no engineers are assigned. Not able to call any customer support. All the channels - Jio app, WhatsApp, toll free number all ending in automated voice. What kind of support is this? Pathetic support!

    @JioCare 35 minutes before rec'd call from +91 22 3507 2698 to inform that JIO Fiber plan has been activated but just checked that plan is still not activated???? Please look into and arrange to close the issue

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio Fiber installation has been put on hold without my request. This is incorrect and is causing unnecessary delay. Please remove the hold and arrange installation at the earliest, preferably today. Kindly address this issue urgently.

    @JioCare I made a post on 16 april that I am not able to connect to any assistant for my query. You asked for mobile number also but still even after 8 days, there is no contact from the jio customer care team. After sale service is not available.
