    @reliancejio fiber internet has been down since Friday morning, but at least their text bot is working overtime. I’ve received 15+ different ETAs in 72 hours.They can't stream data to my router, but they can stream broken promises to my phone with 0% latency. 📱💀damm technology!

    Samsung Galaxy S26+ (USA variant) and using it on Jio India. Despite being a 5G phone, I'm only getting 4G. Jio says the USA ver isn't supported for Jio 5G. Can @JioCare why? Band issue, certification issue, or policy? @reliancejio #Jio5G #Samsung suggest use @airtelindia

    Despite repeated follow-ups, I only keep receiving new appointment slots and assurances, but there is zero action on the ground. No engineer visits, no permanent solution, and no accountability. Customers who pay annually in advance deserve better support than this. @JioCare
