    @JioCare Please adjust/waive the bill for the entire outage period immediately and restore the connection. If this isn't resolved promptly without forcing me to pay for your downtime, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the Appellate Authority and the Consumer Forum

    @JioCare More than 48 hours without internet, and still no resolution. The assigned engineers have vanished, support is silent, and Jio couldn’t care less. This is disgraceful service. If you value your time and money, leave Jio and switch to Airtel. #JioFiber @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio promoted a GadgetLane coupon after my recharge, and I purchased the earbuds relying on Jio's recommendation. The product delivered on 30.07.2026 is completely defective and does not work at all. GadgetLane has failed to provide any effective customer support.

    SR00003CGK5R. Field engineer didn't find any issue and assign to internal network team. After outrage activity my internet is down from past 1 week and still issue not resolved. Please raise cancellation of my connection and initiate refund. @JioCare
