Hi @reliancejio @JioCare I am facing connectivity issue in my jiofibre since morning.Already lodged a complaint but its not been resolved as of now The engineer who was assigned is not answering my calls. Never expected this from jio as better services provided from competitors

@JioCare @reliancejio Today i am really disappointed my jiofiber refund of disconnected jio fiber hasn't credited within the 14 working day time period. And now its been longtime after 14 days still customer are asked to wait more for refund why? Please solve issue.

Submitted documents for duplicate sim as my sim got damaged. It's been a while and still sim has not been activated. I thought only jio network got had slowed from past few days, but the fact is support has become even slower. @RelianceJioCare @JioCare wake up!!

@JioCare I have been expecting a refund for my Jio Fiber connection for last 29 days. There is a process gap, Ex users can not use the IVR option to talk to customers care or use the Whatsapp service. I have mailed couple of times but no reply. Please suggest the needful.
