    @JioCare My Jio Fiber has been down since this morning in Mumbai. Engineer visit slotted for 14th July — that’s over 60 hours of blackout! In 2026, when connectivity is oxygen for work, business & emergencies, this kind of TAT is completely unacceptable. Mumbai deserves better. Never faced this before.     @JioCare it has been 6 months of frustration trying to cancel my Jio Fiber connection. I’ve been requesting closure since Jan 6, 2026, yet Jio continues to generate bills for a service I am not using. They’ve closed multiple service requests without action: SR00002W8IZ7, etc.

    @reliancejio Your customer service is pathetic and operations are extremely irresponsible. I had raised request for new installation and you responsible people are not responding and multiple reschedules are happening. Please stop marketing and advertising - customer pathetic.
