    @reliancejio @JioCare What kind of service mentality is this If i book a new connection you guys will be on toes to extract money. But when it comes to repair u dont give a damn. I don't have @Airtel_Presence Fiber in my area otheriwse i wouldn't have bothered you

    @reliancejio @JioCare is there any way to talk with your customer care executive ?? Why top up recharge is applicable with any other plan and where you mentioned ?? @TRAI pls take any strict initiative towards this ,Reliance is always making fool their customers.

    @sushilkedia @reliancejio Good luck 🤞- expecting customer service from Jio team is like expecting a miracle. I experienced worst customer service and most inflexible policies. Once you have paid for recharge plan, you feel trapped.
