    @JioCare Your service is completely sh*t nowadays. 90% call drop, low data Speed, Network issue, Call centre call full day and lots more. That's why I switch to airtel now.

    Having constant issues with my @reliancejio number. Calls don't get connected half of the time, network goes away suddenly, not able to receive calls due to poor network. And all this is irrespective of the location. Pathetic service.

    @reliancejio respected jio from when started your 5g service you provide me or your customer unlimited 5g data,i am heartily thanks to you but please i request you today plz do me a favour you remove/take back your 5g data from me my no is 9990147273 bcoz this doesn't work.

    @reliancejio @JioCare you guys are having F¥¢€!π& mobile nw issue in Sanpada Palm Beach side. Was working w/o issue for 2 mnths. NW will be erratic for the next 2 weeks. Repeat. Don't ask me to DM number. You know the area. Fix the issue

    @JioCare @reliancejio hello. Paid full amount for Jio fiber installation at a alternate location in morning. Got slot 4-5.30 pm. Technicians no where in sight. Customer care on phone unable to resolve. What should be the course of action ?
