    @JioCare my jio fiber used to disconnect all the time. I complained and got it replaced with a new one for 1500. It worked well for three months. The same issue with even lower speed has occurred again. I just wanted to know, is this a part of your b-model, to take 1500 regularly

    @JioCare @Irfantilgami Is it compulsory for every Jio customer to have an alternative number? As a customer, if I have the option to keep an alternative number, why will I need a Jio sim?

    @JioCare Does it take 6 months to resolve a simple issue?. I vow to never take any jio service in future and would urge everyone i know to use @airtelindia instead of jio. Pathetic service. Next time onwards stop harrasing your customers.

    @reliancejio Since last 3 days I am not able to call or use internet. Completely disappointing service. Can't even make call to customer care. My jio app is also defective.

    @JioCare Already done . Kindly check your DM and solve my problem soon. Facing a lot of Call Drop issue and call is not geeting connected. Kindly look into it and solve it .

    @reliancejio @JioCare It's the worst network provided by any telecom company, I have ever used and there is no solution after a lot of complain. If you can't provide avarage network then why are you taking so much monthly. Why not you launch a plan only for call and massage?

    @reliancejio your jio network is the worst network that i am using. Neither the downloading speed is high neither playing online video, everytime i play online video in YouTube or other apps the video starts to buffer. And most of the time the network is down.
