    Hello @JioCare it's been 20 days since I paid for jio air fiber and still no installation at my home. Your local distributor keeps giving the same excuse "NO STOCK, WITHOUT STOCK WHAT SHOULD WE DO" . Why are you taking payments when you can't provide the service?

    @JioCare No technician is answering calls, and the local agent switched off his phone after taking payment. Your support team only replies on X without any actual resolution. This is harassment for customers who already paid money in advance. #JioFiber #PoorService

    @reliancejio @JioCare I visited the Jio Store for re-verification of my number 0046, but they said there is a DOB mismatch issue. My government doc have the same DOB: Still, my services have been stopped and I am suffering a lot due to this issue. Please resolve this urgently.
