    @JioCare I Did DM everyday. Nobody were who able to look into this issues seriously. Since March 2020 am not able to browsing properly and so much Delaying time of Streaming videos. Its take more than expected to play the Videos.

    @JioCare Hi, are we taking any action on this? Visit by the engineer has been rescheduled three times since yesterday due to technical reasons. I would want to get my connection closed along with the refund for this month. Just pathetic service, my work has taken a hit because of this.

    @JioCare I have never seen such disorganised interface and structure, I am unable to raise a request from your app, there is no direct way of requesting a visit from your engineer team, It is very sad to see your after sales services.

    @Manali04919324 @reliancejio Just switch and Sue them simple. U have paid for the network not for bullshit happening with it. It’s the network providers problem not the consumer who has to run behind the services.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very bad experience with jio fibre. Yesterday I raised complaint for broadband issue and technician without visit said to replace the router and when I informed customer care ,they simply disconnecting my call. After multiple calls also no response.

    @JioCare I got call from 080 3559 1661 this number at 10.02 Am at 16/03/2022 I was explaining my problem but she doesn't want to listen she cut the call is this way ur company behave with customer
