@JioCare The worst network in my area is of jio.. Jio has very bad internet in my area. So i am changing my sim.. From jio to airtel.

@JioCare I Did DM everyday. Nobody were who able to look into this issues seriously. Since March 2020 am not able to browsing properly and so much Delaying time of Streaming videos. Its take more than expected to play the Videos.

@JioCare i have raised a service ticket SR00001CINPE. No technician has visited to fix the internet issue I've been facing for the last 2 months. Without my request it's been put on hold. I have called customer care to schedule a visit but again it has been put on hold.

if possible provide me at least 2G Speed, then claim India's fastest network. jio is just making foolish to its user by saying India's fastest network, even I cannot get 2G Speed whole day. jio provide me with a speed of about 80-40Kbps Speed. is it 4G Networks? @reliancejio

Jio fibre is fraud. They’ll take you advance rental and then they’ll give you a bill as well. I tried calling customer care 3 times. Everytime call got disconnected when they had no answers. #pathetic @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare @JioCare My bio fibre installation has been rescheduled 3rd time without my knowledge!!Its been 4 days since I placed the order- I need you to escalate this issue. And if you can’t resolve it, cancel the order and refund the amount.
