Every time I call customer care, the call gets disconnected after entering my AirFiber number with the same message that a network issue is being resolved in my area.

I keep receiving the same resolution messages, but the issue is still not fixed. No one is helping or providing any solution. Fix this ASAP. 🚨

On 14th march Jio cancelled my booking due to unavailability of service at my location. Till time there is no refund and no update @JioCare pathetic service. Dont go for jio Its a scam.
