    @JioCare I Did DM everyday. Nobody were who able to look into this issues seriously. Since March 2020 am not able to browsing properly and so much Delaying time of Streaming videos. Its take more than expected to play the Videos.

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup @JioCare Pathetic speed of Internet from past 3 months and you are least bothered to take corrective measures . .It was not expected from @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia to improve the network ,u showed some hope but u all are same । disgusting service

    @JioCare very pathetic coverage in Shivpora area of Srinagar. #Calldrops often due to non-availability of Coverage. Since 4th Sept I have raised my complain at #AppellateJK Circle level but till date there is no solution.

    @JioCare there is no big question that can't be solved in simple language Either you remove your tower and pay the rent till now and repair the damage done to my property as it is or pay the expenses incurred and complete this case.

    @JioCare Initially jio fiber service was very good. In recent times, service is very poor and it takes many days to address the issue. My current service request is not addressed till now and it's been third day already. Service schedule is being postponed by day of day

    @JioCare This is w.r.t SR# 4435698943. Fiber services down since yesterday evening. Tried contacting the helpline multiple times but in vain. the resolution time from yesterday 9PM has now been pushed twice to tomorrow 12PM. Losing out on business-critical stuff due to this. Bad.

    @JioCare My postpaid connection was terminated before 3 months ago and I haven't received a refund on the deposit and excess payments. No proper response from the customer support too.

    @reliancejio As per my understanding don't recharge more than 180 days in jio if any problem comes nobody will help you , very very pathetic and irresponsible behaviour, did not expected this from jio 2/2
