    @JioCare The worst network in my area is of jio.. Jio has very bad internet in my area. So i am changing my sim.. From jio to airtel.

    Worst jio network in my home town last 2 years and I have complained many times but their is no change in network quality. I humbly requested to @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI please 🥺 short out the problem ASAP.

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup @JioCare Pathetic speed of Internet from past 3 months and you are least bothered to take corrective measures . .It was not expected from @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia to improve the network ,u showed some hope but u all are same । disgusting service

    @JioCare I Did DM everyday. Nobody were who able to look into this issues seriously. Since March 2020 am not able to browsing properly and so much Delaying time of Streaming videos. Its take more than expected to play the Videos.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio Fiber service. My relocation took 2 weeks with no updates, and support was unresponsive. Due to this delay, I had to recharge separately for 4 family members, causing extra expense. Request resolution with compensation. No: 4223174962

    @JioCare @reliancejio We are suffering without Jio Fiber net connection which has not functioning since Wednesday till date.They are unable to fix the problem. I understand even my neighbour to whom I recommended Jio is also suffering without the jio internet connection.

    @Yatharth_Sharma @JioCare @reliancejio I still can’t confidently say it’ll be fixed within 2 hours. That was just the estimate from the customer care executive, and honestly, I’m not fully convinced it’ll be resolved that quickly.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is not a one-time outage. There have been multiple outages over the last 2 months, and the service has been highly unreliable. Request you to consider plan extension or compensation/discount for the downtime faced. Please ensure a permanent resolution.
