    @JioCare From Past 8 months totally jio network was down in Masoompur, Ballia We unable to use your jio service at all.. Can you please reslove issue on high priority..so many guys working from home due to Covid.plz resolve it on priority.@TRAI @reliancejio

    No internet and no way to contact @JioCare, No agents at call center and/or WhatsApp support. This is the consequence of a monopoly service provider.

    @JioCare I raised 2 complaint but both complaint are not solve and closed it even i spoke to supervisor Arun but still he is doing argue with me and disconnected my calls. Its better closed your customer support if you dont provide a resolution or borrow money to each jio user

    @airtelindia Contact me when you have the plans to lay proper fiber lines in my locality. I'm amazed to see the worst ISP @ACTFibernet even laid fiber. @JioCare has as well. Can't believe still copper wires laid while a lot people have been requesting for fiber connection!

    @JioCare What a worst service? From last 2 days, they are still giving me bullshit like please share alternate no. I think they want to check whether user has alternate no from Jio itself or from some other telecom & based on that they will provide solution! Great @JioCare @DoT_India

    Can we get the fibernet connections to the villages in India...Been trying to get a connection from past 1 year it seems no one cares because of less customers in certain areas... Even the mobile signal sucks... @reliancejio @JioCare
