    @JioCare I am again mentioning, issue is not with network speed. Without vpn, speed is good. With vpn, speed is very slow. I also received a message saying SR00001JEDVW is closed. The issue is not resolved yet. Kindly reopen SR00001JEDVW

    @TRAI @JioCare My Jio number (7009611083) was suspended on 14th April 2023. I got to know that my services are suspended via their IVR and upon Calling the customer executive I raised the complaint. Which they file under "SIM BOX FRAUD" Then that complain closed without soln

    @JioCare I have applied many times for jio fiber still no response has been given by them at least give us a time and tell us yes or no. I think Jio doesn't care for their customers. No one has visited the site yet and they close the application by telling we are out of service.
