    @JioCare @reliancejio will I get proper resolution or you'll raise complaints and close it as usual. Nowadays it is a practice that you open a complaint and after few days it is closed without proper resolution. I lost all trust in JIO and really frustrated with your network.

    @JioCare Mam I am leaving our station for a week now and will be back on 12th of December, and I will not allow any service engineer in my absence at my home. So this means I will be loosing 10 days of my recharge which is approx 500. Now u only say is your service not poor?

    @JioCare This is unacceptable. At the time of installation and purchase, it was never clearly informed that 4K content is excluded from the STB bundle subscription. I specifically chose Jio Air Fiber expecting full 4K support, especially when the device is advertised as 4K capable.

    @InvestShan Honestly, this is where @reliancejio has been more dependable in my experience I’ve been using it for quite a long time for international travel and haven’t had any such issues. Activation is usually smooth and things just work without this kind of hassle. You should try it out.
