Have been complaining about JIOFIBRE services as my screen is going completely black several times. Customer care is continuously saying the issue has been resolved without even sending an executive. CS disconnected the phone stating “system restrictions” hence they don’t know when the issue can be fixed. Is there a problem in providing an simple ETA?

Last time engineer visited after 3 days of raising complain. I am working from home, internet service is must 24/7. No escalation matrix.

I have been tweeting since four months and have gotten no response from them! The customer service is getting paid to just respond with some automated tweets. Thats all they do without resolving the issue.
