@JioCare Facing issue with sms service. I am unable to receive sms from anyone. Even OTPs i am unable to get. Pls help me to fix the issue. Last SMS was received on 28th April. Till now i don't see any sms. Even I deactivated DND aswel same issue.

Worst @JioCare @reliancejio @Akashtv1Soni please discontinue my account and refund my amount I will setup some other broadband who can resolve our queries/issues quickly, who won't trouble users for their mistakes. No matter how fast is ur internet if u r too slow to solve issues

@_MukeshAmbani @JioCare I am a post paid customer of jio and have been facing issues with one of my child accounts post recent upgrade. Unable to make calls for more than a week and very poor response on all channels. Taking this route as a final option for quick resolution.

@theBuoyantMan @JioCare Few days back, I had a problem on my Jio sim, no incoming or outgoing calls for 24 hours but could only browse internet. Then I saw YT video and they suggested to reboot my phone. Once I reboot, the problem solved automatically.

@reliancejio hello Jio. I paid 2500rs for the connection along with setup box. As I didn't want the connection with setup box, I just requested to cancel this order some 1month back. I am still waiting someone should visit and take the router and setup box and refund my money.

@JioCare I don't have Jio Fiber ID as i am using Jio 4G sim. My mobile no. 8439184041. More than 1000 of Jio mobile connection/users in our area and everybody facing same issue since 8th july but nobody resolved this as yet.Need immediate support.
