I paid for Jio Fiber, while registering JIo executive promised that installation will be done by next day. No progress since a week.

But got only 50% as refund? Any justification for deducting 50% amount? Also the cancellation and refund took 3 months.

Service of Jio is good but it has become too expensive now.
