Hey @JioCare @reliancejio there is absolutely no network / signals right in the heart of Hitech City, Hyderabad. My work place is located in Galaxy by Aurobindo (Opposite IKEA) and I have zero network on my mobile at 8th floor!! Can you do something about this?

@reliancejio @reliancegroup fiber customer care has been saying that for 100 mbs , 1 month there is no installation charges and the local service providers are saying without 3 months plan we will not provide services. this is not something not what I expected from jio.

@reliancejio I just bought a Jio Phone F3208 and was told it would support Wi-fi and WhatsApp. It does not an option for wi-fi and the WhatsApp on phone doesn't work since it does not have an update. How can you staff misinform and sell phones?

@JioCare I am facing issue regarding calls from Yesterday. My phone is constantly showing out of coverage to my friend and family when they call me where I have full network in mobile. More so when I try to call someone it rang 2-3, times then shows service out of reachable.
