@JioCare @mr_fountainhead Your service is very Pathetic. @JioCare @reliancejio After complaining your customer rep calls and says we can't do anything right now and there is no timeline for resolution. You are just looting money by offering long recharges at lesser price. Worst RelianceJio.

@TRAI @rssharma3 It's better think about taking action on mobile networks like @JioCare n @Airtel_Presence because they are providing worst network in india... if they are charging money they need to provide proper network of not there should be penalty on them if not they dont change.

@JioCare broadband is the biggest fraud in India they won't provide proper service payment done for the new connection 10 days back still installation was not done how shame it and if we cancel it takes 30 days back 2 our account @reliancejio need to be ashamed of this. 🖕

Done a recharge of 98rs for jio wireless device and to download 5mb of data it is taken30 mins time and u can understand how slow is the network @JioCare when I call customer care they said due to some network conjunction internet is slow. It means it'swaste of my money @JioCare
