    @reliancejio @JioCare @TheMukeshAmbani Pathetic internet service provided by jio in my location since past 11 months only it works at some particular hours.on the regular complaint also no solution is provided till date. So switching to airtel #jiosucks

    @Rakesh_nj @reliancejio @ril_foundation Beyond pathetic service. Don't go for the connection. They only make tall claims but if you ever fave an issue they could careess to resolve the same . I am having an issue since may 24th for my connection and the same has yet to be resolved.And tney have taken money till 30/6/21

    @Airtel_Presence Concern?? I am in and out of airtel network from past 10yrs... everytime i hope tat it wud have improved.. but always disspointed.. i came back to airtel from @reliancejio but i think i shld go back to it.. u cant do anything... some companies never work no matter what they do..

    I have 2 Jio fiber internet connections and no idea if there is a dedicated helpline number to address customers' issues. @jiocare at least provide a helpline number to your customers. Is it too much to ask for?

    @JioCare from 4 June 2021, Jio Fiber is not working and even after repeated complaints no resolution has been provided. Fixed line no is +91 1243534255

    I accidentally rechared 201 rs recharge insted of 199rs pls help there is major difference in plans voice validity and data pls help if u can transfer @reliancejio @JioCare @jio
