  @JioCare There is a strange network issue in my room. On one side of my bed, I get 5G with a good internet connection, but just a few feet away, the network switches to 4G and the internet becomes extremely poor. Please check this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

  @JioCare I was available all the time. Your engineer never visit my home and falsely updating the status or don’t know what. What is the use of rescheduling a service again and again when your engineer never gonna visit. I have sent out a mail and everything but so far no internet

  @JioCare @JioCare “Highlighted to the concerned team” is all I’ve heard for 7 days. I don’t want another apology—I want my official complaint number, a confirmed ETA, and my internet fixed. If you can’t resolve it, disconnect the service and collect your router.
