    Seems this issue is not going to resolve as Jio is telling recharge not done contact bank, Bank is confirmed amount is credited to jio you may reach jio. Who will initiate refund?? Fed-up with chaging jio @UPI_NPCI @reliancejio @ICICIBank

    @reliancejio @JioCare its quite strange that you service centers works like old Govt. office, for a battery of JIO hotspot they ask us to sit for 3 hours and refusing to collect and give receipt so that we can collect later #MukeshAmbani #akashambani is this new culture of JIO

    @reliancejio I recharged my jio number with rs. 2397 plan on November 25( before price hike) but the plan has been expired 3 months before. Facing the same issue with my another number. Kindly resolve.
