    @reliancejio @JioCare @TheMukeshAmbani Pathetic internet service provided by jio in my location since past 11 months only it works at some particular hours.on the regular complaint also no solution is provided till date. So switching to airtel #jiosucks

    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst Jio service experience! I booked a JioFiber connection on 17 August, and today is 24 August, but there is still no installation. At the time of booking, I was told that the installation would be completed after making the payment.

    @RIL_Updates @reliancejio Charging for 5G while giving barely one bar of signal and almost no connectivity is unacceptable. This is the plains of Uttarakhand—not some remote mountain location. The network is so poor that basic internet usage has become a struggle.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Also the worst of all, it seems you guys have included my number in such a list that I have no option to speak to a customer executive through IVR and the call gets auto disconnected. So its almost like you guys have blocked my number for human interaction through IVR.

    Jio Postpaid service is pathetic! Bill paid at 7 AM, still no service. 10+ calls, everyone gives a different timeline—20 mins, 4 hrs, 24 hrs. No proper resolution. Don’t take Jio Postpaid. @reliancejio
