    @reliancejio @JioCare @TheMukeshAmbani Pathetic internet service provided by jio in my location since past 11 months only it works at some particular hours.on the regular complaint also no solution is provided till date. So switching to airtel #jiosucks

    Having a terrible service experience with @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare .. Having opted for 300 MBPS plan on back of priority service promise, we are without Internet since yesterday. Assigned engineer is saying not my area (1/n)

    @JioCare you need to improve your services. 199 is an automated loop, impossible to get a response or resolution. Want to speak to someone to resolve my issue of double billing.

    @JioCare Is there any way to get help? My Jio Fiber has not been working for the last 3 days. Despite raising a service request, your engineers have not visited my house and there has been no response from your team. The request is still on hold.

    Still no response from @reliancejio and @JioCare regarding my issue. Silence from customer support is disappointing and reflects poorly on customer service. If there’s no update soon, I’ll be forced to move to @airtelindia Air Fiber.
