    @reliancejio @JioCare @TheMukeshAmbani Pathetic internet service provided by jio in my location since past 11 months only it works at some particular hours.on the regular complaint also no solution is provided till date. So switching to airtel #jiosucks

    @JioCare @reliancejio 2/4 I contacted customer care and was told it would be resolved within 3 days. I scheduled another appointment for 1 Sep eveng - again, no call, no update, no show. Every time I contact support, a new ticket is created and then somehow gets “Closed/Resolved” without any solution.

    @reliancejio Repeated complaints, ZERO response. Is this how Jio treats customers? Completely unacceptable service. Fix the issue immediately instead of ignoring customers. Consider this as my closure request from useless provider #Jio

    Good move @ViCustomerCare with new branding. People are now fed up with poor or below poor network quality of @airtelindia and @reliancejio I am willing to pay a better competitive price if you are promising upgrades to network. Also let’s challenge the home internet space
