    My service request number is SR00001HL3SP. My appointment js scheduled for 9 February 11am-12pm but the engineer is still not appointed..On 28th January your engineer has fixed the jio fiber but again after 10 days red light starts blinking.Same problem again and again.,@JioCare

    @Ravisutanjani And credit goes to one and only @reliancejio they gave consumers internet at affordable prices when others could also have but chose not to. They gave real example of business case where if you follow #customer/consumer is King " approach, the brand/company will succeed

    @JioCare The issue is with deactivation. We've already deactivated but it is still on.
