    Hi @JioCare i am facing issues with the internet and have been calling customer support to send the technician they tell me just turn off and again turn on the router if this also doesn’t fix the problem remove the adapter from the power socket. Is this the solution you guys give

    @JioCare No one has called me yet! Why does it take so long to just replace an adaptor? Today is the 4th day without Cable network! Is Jio going to extend me the 4 days as compensation?

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber worst service, worst network. My wifi is down from past 7days and I’ve tried contacting yall for almost 6 days 100’s of calls, 100’s of emails and yet the problem hasn’t been solved. Worst thing is I haven’t been able to talk to your executive yet

    @JioCare This is DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! I'm paying full price for 5G, but only get 2 bars of network and speeds worse than 2G for 3 MONTHS straight!     @JioCare Reason 1: your customer case didn't raise the complain I have to call 3 times and 3 rd time your disconnection department raise my complaint. Reason2: yesterday you engineer mark my complain as resolved when it isn't resolved, I have take video of his whole visit.
