@JioCare I raised a service SR0000191O0T. The Service Request was marked as resolved without being even attended to. I contacted customer but she didn't help and raised a new service request which will be marked as resolved again n this will go on n on. Mnwhi I pay for no service

@reliancejio I have raised service request (SR0000191VXM) yesterday as I was facing connectivity is with Jio Fiber. It’s been almost 36 hrs but still no update on it. @ACTFibernet @airtelindia even some local band providers has better services. This is pathetic from you guys.

@JioCare I'm not able to contact 198 and my issues are no data connection and voice calls after recharge done.. Incoming and outgoing calls are ok but receivers not hear my voice...... Please sort out my issues... Almost 10days complete I'm from Tamilnadu
