    @JioCare Trying to reach without a hope but it will be great to hear back as it seems like you guys are confusing the customers to pay more and in advance which does not make sense for a Postpaid plan. Why do a customer has to pay for a postpaid in advance twice for your process?

    @reliancejio While applied for jio fiber and paid 6 month bill, still team is not installing the system and asking for external electrician for installation or 500 rs if they will put a wire from internal duct. Raised the compliant. Service request no SR00001FVITX

    @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFibre connectivity down for almost 2 days now! MyJio App and Helpline are not even able to give any timeframe for restoration. Meanwhile the local cable guy had his service up and running 2 hrs after the rains stopped in Chennai. Go figure!
