@JioCare Hrx_Mehra_lab_424 Its ssid for 2.4ghz for which i am having trouble momentarily get speed about 1Mbps also it happens in all device simultaneously but at same time i get good internet at 5ghz speed @30mbps .

JioFiber is not working properly. Customer care no is not reachable. It's irritating to get this service after paying for Rs. 1800 odd amount for 300 Mbps package! Pathetic service and I am flabbergasted because never expected! What to do? @reliancejio @JioCare @BandBajaateRaho

I see this message so often these days. Unexpected @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Due to Temporary outage, JioFiber services for Service ID 2235728632 are impacted in your area since 13-01-2022 05:14 PM. This is expected to get resolved tentatively by 13-01-2022 09:14 PM
