    @reliancejio @JioCare @TheMukeshAmbani Pathetic internet service provided by jio in my location since past 11 months only it works at some particular hours.on the regular complaint also no solution is provided till date. So switching to airtel #jiosucks

    @JioCare Sure, after immense frustration, abusing my patience, humiliating my own clients' experience & slapping myself due to this decision to go for #Airtel wifi, I'll soon say a final goodbye to them soon and would reach out to Jio. On an honest note, @Airtel gives a damn to customers

    Hi @JioCare, I recharged my Jio number with ₹707 after seeing a WhatsApp offer promising 1 month extra validity + ₹150 cashback. However, I have not received either the extra validity or the cashback. Please check my recharge and resolve this issue as #JioAirFiber #jiofraud

    @JioCare How did you try to contact me? I didn't get any call. I have shared both my numbers on dm. It is very strange as I get tons of calls everyday for your Jio promotion but not a single call for resolution of issue.

    @JioCare Despite repeated complaints and repeated assurances from your customer care, there is still no improvement. Location: Shirgaon, Badlapur (Flipkart Minutes). No usable 5G network and extremely poor speeds. Either fix the issue immediately or refund my money. #Jio #5G

    @reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic service from Jio! If this is the standard in a city like Mumbai, just imagine how bad it must be elsewhere.Big promises mean nothing without reliable service.Time to focus less on marketing & more on delivering what customers actually pay for.
