Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

Engineer visited on 20 Aug but put SR on hold without resolution. Still no support. Very poor service. Please resolve urgently. I don't recommend Jio.

Later, your escalation team said services can't be resumed AND refund won't be given. Please refund the money.
