    hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

    "In our village, Chhanchhada pin 767032 whenever the power goes out, the Jio network goes completely dead. Even though there is a diesel generator at the tower site, why does this keep happening? Please look into this and fix the issue as soon as possible." @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Technician Himanshu keeps calling and giving new time commitments, but still hasn’t come to resolve the issue. This is extremely poor service and support. Please ask your team to de-install all the equipment, as I no longer wish to continue your service.
