While taking the jio fiber connection i was committed for free cloud space and zee5 Netflix and amazon prime subscription. But I didn't get anything, very poor service, false commitments. Better to switch.

Whenever there is a power cut, the entire network goes down — no calls, no internet. Rural areas face frequent power outages. Why hasn't Jio installed a backup generator or battery system?

Sent an email & got automated response only. Waste of time, money and energy. Nobody at Jio has any clue. Nobody is accountable. Stay away from Jio.
