hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

@JioCare One of your guy in sales team his name is Umesh asked me to transfer money to him because I was not able pay . So he had done the payment but due to some technical issues Installation was not done so I have cancelled the connection.

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCareers prior payment u guys reach out like beggars and once the payment has been done no one shows up for installation on the scheduled date and time. No one incharge picks up the call despite of calling 10-15 times. Customer care doesnt transfers to call to higher authority
