Its my choice when I want to recharge a prepaid sim. And as a service provider if you have a policy of suspending an account for not recharging, then ******* do it. I have no issues. But calling like a vasooli bhai, threatening people, abusing people only to recharge their phone. What **** is this. Jokers of the highest order!

No updates, no installation, just delays. This is unacceptable. Please resolve immediately or initiate refund. Will escalate to consumer court if ignored.
