    hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

    @JioCare It's going to be 7 pm now and my problem is yet to be resolved. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICES AND HIGHLY INEFFICIENT SUPPORTING STAFF. Kindly refund my money, i would love to try some better operator!

    Service no SR000035V583 closed without resolution. Been 5 days Technician visits keep getting rescheduled like a joke — no visit, no call, no fix, no feedback taken. This isn’t service, it’s pure negligence and harassment of customers. Absolutely shameful. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Jio Fiber customer care - 1800-896-9999 What a joke just IVR can’t even talk to a representative, because they know what they are doing to their customer. Kindly refund the money for this month, when u have not provided any service. @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber
