    hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

    @Airtel_Presence ur network is so pathetic here.. can't even make a call. So much call drops and forget about internet. Not even 2G. 🤬🤬 Planning to switch @reliancejio

    @JioCare 2/2 and that you will try to improve it in the future. How is this a resolved complaint? I’m extremely frustrated after dealing with this for almost a week. Please stop giving generic responses and provide an actual solution and a clear timeline for resolution.

    Using JioFiber for almost 3 years. Same router, same placement, same walls no issues for years. Now the range suddenly drops, and apparently the answer is “buy a booster.” Seriously? Paying extra to fix a problem that never existed before is incredibly frustrating. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Can you please tell me the number of times the issue needs to repeat for you to take corrective action? Issue happening 4 times a month is not sufficient enough for you to look for a permanent solution? Why there is no work done to satisfy a customer concerns, this is ridiculous

    @JioCare I'm done complaining to you about sudden removal of 5g services on my number (everything is 5g compatible) for months now. Can you let me know how to port it though? I'll find some better network provider. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Day by day Jio is getting worst and fraud network. My data exhaust before a half day with just a normal browsing and scrolling which and it does purposefully so that public should recharge more than 349/- plan. It was not happening earlier

    @JioCare Jio, have some shame! I called your support team and they said a technician would arrive between 12:30 and 1:30 PM to collect the garbage, which is your Jio fibre setup. It’s 4:00 PM and no one has come to collect it.

    Macrohard @reliancejio Tatti company, tatti service Hope karma catches with all the call drops, network issues and tatti network speeds, ever occuring technical glitches you show on your app When you were free you were not this bad

    After repeatedly complaint even on Jago Grahak Jago and DOT pgportal, no improvement of indoor coverage. I've already port out to Airtel after 5 years and will sure back if indoor coverage issue completely resolved. @JioCare @reliancejio
