    hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

    @JioCare Hi Ishveen, Fiber cut might have happened today or yesterday. How come my internet got disconnected since 19th April. Today is the 10th day I am facing issues. This is simply a lame excuse by you. I seriously don't think you take customer complaint seriously at all

    @JioCare My choice number is blocked in that particular transaction so i can't use choice number. I don't care about delayed refund, i want fast service, but as the choiced number is occupied in that order i am unable to use it. Kindly release my choiced number plz. Or refund for it

    @JioCare @anukulmca Hey @anukulmca I too faced the same issue, had a installation issue. Got seperate drilling done, still they didn't come. Put so many complaints on x and put emails, but there will be nil response on ground. My suggestion to call their toll free number, and cancel and get amount

    "@JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber is down for 30+ hours in Naubasta, Kanpur (SR000034KMEF) Under TRAI 2024 regulations, a 24hr+ outage mandates a rent rebate/validity extension. Generic 'power outage' excuses won't work anymore. Restore service or I am escalating to NodalOfficer
