    hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

    @JioCare Whole town is facing the internet issue. In evening, it becomes worse. Kindly check the data connectivity issue at your end.

    @JioCare I'm facing voice and data network issues regularly at my office location, even though I see 4G or 5G network bars. Support within MyJio is not working because of lack of connectivity. Please advise

    @JioCare Network coverage in my area is very weak and internet speed is poor. Many users are facing the same issue. I have land available and would be willing to provide space for a Jio tower installation if required.Please look into the network issue and let me know the process.

    it's been nearly 6 days , the Fiber internet is not working & @airtelindia is jsut assigning the technician, who don't even care to contact. Resolution is just imaginary !! @reliancejio @JioCare - I miss your prompt resolution, never in 4 year had such long disruption !

    My Jio Fiber has been down for 7 days. Multiple complaints raised, but no engineer has visited despite “high priority” assurance. This is unacceptable service delay. Please fix immediately and send engineer today. @JioCare @reliancejio

    The local operator for JioFiber in Aonla, Bareilly (U.P. 243301) is ignoring complaints; consequently, many users here are switching to other ISPs. Despite numerous complaints, no one has come to resolve the issue. @JioCare
