hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

@JioCare We had requested for a surrender of connection and it’s been 3 weeks and no one has turned up to collect the modem. Meanwhile the service request number SR000017KJHP was closed even without any action being taken. We have now been asked to make a new request.

The network quality of @JioCare in SAFEDABADABarabanki has been deteriorated to such an extent that it has become impossible to make a call. Forget abt opening a webpage. 1000 of jio customers in this area have no option other than switching to @Airtel_Presence or @VodafoneGroup
