    hello @JioCare we have just switched to jio fibre for our restro @theswingscafe . Connection is down for last 5 days now, call center is of no help, n local jio technicians have no clue what to do. V R loosing online business, and regretting switching to Jio actually. Bad Exp.

    @JioCare Please arrange a proper investigation by your technical team and provide the test results. If Jio is unable to provide the promised service at my location, kindly reconsider my refund request instead of issuing a generic response. I look forward to your resolution.

    1. Extremely disappointed with @JioCare service. Requested AirFiber connection at Sai Raghavendra Tiara, Whitefield, Bangalore. Paid ₹1,500 + ₹627 after being assured installation Saturday by your rep Abdul Rahman. Now told building has NO NOC — connection isn't even possibl

    Team, I had installed JioAirFiber last month on 14th July. I was told that you will get unlimited data for one month but it got over today on 4th. I talked to the service team and they said nothing can be done, these are false promises. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Please let me know the definition of earliest, since yesterday the complaint is escalated but still i didn't receive any calls from any engineer/manager, if we cannot use JioFiber for 5-6 days in a span of 8 days, what patience do you expect from us, why do you keep us waiting

    @JioCare Team, Requested online SIM card yesterday received message to be received today morning till now not received neither the Jio delivery agent is responding to calls made. If it take so long to provide Jio SIM card to Jio customer it’s better we get it from Jio stores !!

    @JioCare Service Request Processed Successfully” must mean something different at Jio, because my number is still dead. Khammam Jio Store made me wait for an hour, behaved unprofessionally, and then told me to go to Mumbai to reactivate my SIM. Welcome to Jio’s version of Digital India
