    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 6 days now. No resolution of the network issue that i am facing. We have 5 people using jio. Unable to make calls and use data. Jiofi is not working, how shud I do my office work... #DISAPPOINTED #jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Mobile network for callings and internet is not working at Banaras Hindu University campus since 20 days. Pls take necessary action else big number of students will port out together. We are well versed in mobile configuration so pls don't teach us that.

    Hii @reliancejio I'm currently in varanasi and from 2-3 days I faced lot of call drops after evening till morning. I felt very sad to be a India's best telecom provider customer. Shame in your service 🤬

    @JioCare we would like to discontinue our jio fiber connection as after installation service is pathetic I called the guy who convinced me badly to remove our previous connection n use jio as it has good service. But now he never come after multiple calls we did.

    @pbimal_ @Airtel_Presence @JioCare Worse in terms of speed and service. Have seen jio not working for months at Olive. Service engineers were hopeless. Treated service requests as passing the parcel. Airtel service is prompt, wifi already resumed within half an hour of tweet.

    @JioCare It’s been 6+ days without JioFiber services, and there has been no meaningful response from either Jio Care or the Appellate Authority. Not even a single Service Request number has been shared as an acknowledgement.

    @JioCare Hey, I’m moving my SIM from a JioPhone to a smartphone. My current JioPhone recharge isn’t allowing outgoing calls on the new phone. Do I need to "convert" the SIM, or will just topping up with a standard smartphone plan fix this? Please advise.

    @JioCare @mumbaitales Shireen- Techinician never answered the call and later it was rescheduled 3 days after and when I put request for new connection . Got call in 30 mins. How can we wait for 3 days without internet and without office work. Your service is quick for new connection but worst for old
