No resolution no timeline by when it will be fixed. Custom care department is very unprofessional.i guess we'll have to look for other providers.

If you have time, read all plans T&C and then go for it otherwise they will show you non eligible paln and will loot more money for it. Go for trusted service like @airtelindia or @ViCustomerCare .
