@JioCare hey I am from varanasi in the last 7 days we are suffering from the lost network problem. Every 2 hour the network will be zero and after 15-20 minutes it comes after a aeroplane mode on/off. Last 7 days we have 5 connection and totally we are out of mind

@JioCare my fiber connection with no 5412357650 is not working since a week. red light blinking. no technician visit and complaint gets automatically resolved.Audacity of customer service personnel is they won't accept nor help to raise issue and only tell a repeat 24 hr deadline

@reliancejio The Jio store at Orderly Bazar Varanasi is filled with unfriendly staff. Not at all able to help. They r telling un on JIO store to call customer care. My colleague has lost his cellphone. He has requested new sim.But due to DOB difference some issue is coming up.

@JioCare .. Hi my der friends. Please don't buy jio fiber net. Because there customer support is Zero. From fast one month they are unable to relocate my fiber connection.but if I request new one they are ready to do within one hour. They are making people fool..i say no to Jio.
