Last 7 days, there is a huge network issue in Varanasi Siddhagiribagh sigra even call or data is not working properly and when we complain to jio center they all are not listening and saying that change the sim please solve our problem @mukeshambani01 @reliancejio

@JioCare I'm live in marauli new DLW area Jio net speed 2G Very poor speed all time Sir please improve Jio net speed 2G to 4G I always recharge 599 for working, entertainment and study but speed very slow per uses maxminum 500 MB sir please improve Jio network near my areas

Hello team @JioCare I am getting internet speed of 20-28 upto 50 KBps consistently with 3gb data per day plan From last 2-3 weeks. this is very disappointing. Mostly YouTube with 240p also buffer a lot on this network.

Coz they can't resolve the issue. Half of my trip is over and I have wasted my money on the international pack! In the end had to buy a local sim for use. But @reliancejio is still not able to resolve nor they would refund my money to me ! THE WORST MONEY SUCKING SERVICE EVER !

@JioCare @reliancejio -In my area 361005 speed is very low -even much time video can't be played -I complaint it from last 2 to 3 years but no positive work towards this problem by ur technical team -in my family we have total 5 jio sim -i think now i have to go with "leagal way"
