@JioCare my fiber connection with no 5412357650 is not working since a week. red light blinking. no technician visit and complaint gets automatically resolved.Audacity of customer service personnel is they won't accept nor help to raise issue and only tell a repeat 24 hr deadline

The services Jio fiber net @JioCare @reliancejio have become pathetic! It’s erratic.... goes off in the middle of the day and no one knows when it’s coming back. The customer care executives can only help you with taking down requests and nothing else! Totally frustrated with it!

It is more than a fortnight since I asked the @reliancejio for shifting my mobile service to them from @ViCustomerCare . Initially I got one or two messages and then they went quiet. Ill wait for a week and by next Wednesday Ill approach the @airtelindia .
