    Hii @reliancejio I'm currently in varanasi and from 2-3 days I faced lot of call drops after evening till morning. I felt very sad to be a India's best telecom provider customer. Shame in your service 🤬

    @reliancejio I did not get 5g network in Varanasi location babatpur. I have tried many times. I am using OnePlus 2t. Also i am using Airtel and getting Airtel 5g network and high speed internet. Jio is my primary sim.

    @JioCare hey I am from varanasi in the last 7 days we are suffering from the lost network problem. Every 2 hour the network will be zero and after 15-20 minutes it comes after a aeroplane mode on/off. Last 7 days we have 5 connection and totally we are out of mind

    @JioCare It was customer care senior executive name ishika when I ask for termination she said engineer will come within an hour and give me this complaint ref: SR0000312LER, when i call again to check status of this ref, your another executive said it is cancelled

    @reliancejio @JioCare Sir, I booked Jio AirFiber four days ago and made the payment, but so far, no one has come for the installation, nor have I received any response. If installation is not possible, please cancel my booking and refund the amount.
