@reliancejio @JioCare This is getting seriously frustrating, i am facing network issue in my area.complained multiple times.. No resolution no timeline by when it will be fixed. Custom care department is very unprofessional.i guess we'll have to look for other providers.

@JioCare 17th day! Issue still not resolved. Technician came changed the router…but to no avail. Don’t respond by telling us to be patient. We are genuinely struggling for last 17 days. Not even a single call 4m the authority asking about the issue or if it has been fixed. @reliancejio

@JioCare When the Service Engineer opened the junction box hanging in the corporation lamp post( unusual for Jio. ) one connection was without a plug that was mine.. He did not have spare plug so it took another 12 hours. Photos taken will be attached . ___contd
