@JioCare Hi Neha, you missed the main issue. I paid ₹1200 for RELOCATION of my old connection 1297960328. But your team didn't relocate it, instead they gave a NEW connection 7443574102 under my wife's name. Since relocation was NOT done, please REFUND my ₹1200 immediately

@JioCare @reliancejio JioFixedVoice Number 2235623920. Again JIO fiber disconnected. Daily basis regular disconnections since 2 weeks. Wadala West Mumbai 31. JIO supervisor Kapil Patil 81049 10611 unable to resolve It's external wire issue. Will it be resolved ? How many months ?

@JioCare I have been reporting this issue through DM for the past one year, but nothing has been resolved. Every time I receive the same reply saying “the problem will be resolved soon”, yet no permanent solution has been provided till today.

@JioCare I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the extremely poor service I have been experiencing with my Jio Fiber connection. Despite multiple complaints, the issue has not been resolved. This level of service is highly disappointing and unacceptable.
