  @JioCare @reliancejio If many users are connecting that means your Service is not capable enough to handle the load Is it my fault? Am I not paying? When am paying for 4G why wud I accept 2G speed? And it’s not 1 day issue, almost last 6 to 7 months it’s the same What are you doing to improve it?

  @JioCare My service request number is SR000014KMO9. You will receive an update by 10/04/2021 15:51. My complain was lodged more than 24 hours ago.  I've been told that the engineers in the locality shall come and fix it . At first 5 to 6 PM then I was told they will come be 7-8.

  @reliancejio @ChennaiIPL @DelhiCapitals Jio fiber is the worst, it's good to have local internet provider, as if they log a complaint they can resolve the issue in maximum of 4 hours, where jio is having shortage of engineering staff.
