    Worst service of JioAirFiber @reliancejio @JioCare It's been a month, none of the engineer visited to small village ( Hingraj, Valsad, Gujarat) If you are not able to provide service, why can't you setup small physical office who can be held accountable.

    @JioCare R u not ashamed to shut down my internet for more than 25days & charging for the same. Can u return the money I paid? So that I can opt for a better service provider like ACT or Airtel..

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, I have never seen such a pathetic network! Calls do not connect and the internet is completely unusable in my village. Despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution and our recharges are going to waste.

    @JioCare Not even 2 weeks and my #JioFiber is down again. After the prolonged outage and repeated issues last time, the same problem has resurfaced. Another service request, another wait. @JioCare @reliancejio — when will this be resolved permanently? SR: SR00003DD5V7
