Niranjan P (@Nrnjn) reported@JioCare What nonsense are you talking? What about the 7 days of outage??? Have some shame before responding like this. I paid for 6 months upfront and I sat without internet for 7 days straight. And you say I am not eligible for rebate? @reliancejio

Laxman Singh Bhati (@Laxman_bhati_70) reportedWhenever the power goes out in the village, the network connection is lost. This is because the fuel meant for the generator gets sold off; the network only returns when the electricity comes back. #jiocare #jio

Satyaraj (@SatyarajP) reported@JioCare @reliancejio Why are you not responding to this issue from the last two weeks? Is this a known scam that your employees are doing? This has happened with hundreds of users, it seems, according to your Hyderabad Ramanthapur branch employee. #jioscam

Asif Siddique (@asif_sidd1) reported@JioCare Day 6 and still nothing has changed. Same issue, same silence, no proper resolution. At this point, I would honestly advise everyone to avoid JioFiber. “Unlimited” clearly means something else to @JioCare, and customer support only knows how to send copy-paste replies.
