@JioCare today again while giving the online presentation with the same #jiofi your network was fluctuating very frequently and 6 times it got disconnected. Your service and internet speed is very #pathetic at #kanpur. It appears to be like your team doesn't want to resolve it.

@JioCare Still waiting for pickup. Jio has really poor service. They're very fast when they're selling you a connection, after that they have really bad service overall. Been trying to arrange a device pickup for cancellation, with no outcome since 2 weeks.

@reliancejio got a fibre connection disconnected today, service engineers don’t give a damn, don’t even care to receive calls, they also lie saying that premises was not accessible, it’s all one way traffic with Jio fibre, like dealing with robots.
