    @JioCare Standard messages won’t cut it this time. You take money upfront, show with the service that you care. Internet goes down, not fixing it in time is a poor choice.

    @JioCare that’s what you’ve been telling since more than a month now, there is no confirmation mail or refund receipt you provide, costumer care says they don’t have access to send mail, what the hell? as a customer shouldn’t i get refund confirmation mail or receipt atleast?

    @JioCare For 3 days, my Jio STB has not been working. YouTube and JioHotstar work, but Jio Live Channels don’t. Complaints via app/email got no response, and customer care calls disconnect automatically. This is unacceptable. Fix it urgently and send a technician.
