    @JioCare From 1 day of installation my jio fiber doesn't work. After 15 days of continuous followups the technician visited on 18 day and he said he need more assistance to resolve the issue. Your team says issue has been identified and it will be resolved

    @reliancejio I called @JioCare to resolve an issue, and right after that, someone activated a 'Call Bomber' on my number! Never expected such a pathetic and harassing experience from your customer support. How did Jio's service degrade to this level? Investigate and resolve this immediately!

    @JioCare My JioFiber ticket for "JF STB SERIAL MISMATCH" (Request ID: SR000036G8JN) has been stuck open since May 18, 2026. It is now 5 days past the expected resolution time with zero updates. Please escalate this backend mismatch issue immediately!

    Booked Airfiber on 1st May and made the payment Due to no signal in our area, it was cancelled but I did not receive the refund yet. Followed up many times with the agent. Poor refund policy @JioCare @reliancejio
