    @reliancejio @JioCare SR no : SR000035R6BB. Worst Customer service. No refund policy. Just frustrate customers. extract money in advance and don't give service. The owner is busy in the IPL. The CEO is with him. Keep harassing customers.

    Hey @JioCare, are you seriously treating your customers like this? My internet has not been working for the last 5 days and my complaint was automatically put on hold without any resolution. My work and business are getting affected badly. Either fix the issue urgently.

    Hey @reliancejio, according to your customer care in 2024, 5G was "3-6 months away" for my village. It’s 2026. I guess your 6 months never ends? Every single surrounding village has had 5G for 3 years, but we are still stuck in the dark ages. Care to explain? 🤡⌛ Tower - Varanga

    One of the worst networks Jio nowdays! I came to my hometown on 15th and since then zero networks of @JioCare @reliancejio even i have a 5g network witha full year recharge plan for 2.5gb per day but that all goes wasted because of the worst network situation of jio!
