    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio Paid for JioFiber, but getting no proper internet service. What's the point of charging customers when the network doesn't work? This is highly disappointing and unacceptable. Fix this issue immediately #JioFiber #JioDown #CustomerServiceFail

    .@reliancejio @JioCare The most unprofessional company in terms of customer care. The care is just in the name and in actual jio doesn’t care 2 hoots about customer. Only when you guys want to sell new connections you are after our lives and then vanish into thin air. Useless..

    @JioCare Why you are not giving any option on your JioFiber connection of On/off WiFi option.. we are facing issue everytime that network is connected but No internet. That a major problem which is faced by every user. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Every time we hear that our backup team is trying to fix the problem but till now some problems have not been fixed, one team is saying 24 hours and the other team is saying 7 day, third team ne bola ki 15 day and last team ne 3 months.

    @JioCare please resolve this immediately. It has been more than two weeks and no one is coming to fix jio fiber. Service engineers (kheta ram and duda ram) are asking for extra money and asking me to arrange fiber cable

    @JioCare, I have emailed Jiofibrecare about activating Prime Video. Please read that, the activation is pending due to a glitch in the MyJio app. When payment has been made, why should I wait for activation? Please resolve the issue ASAP.
