  Hello @JioCare why you are responding to any helpline number where I can contact with your service coordinator. My concern is that I am not able to use the data service due to low or zero network, i complaint about this on 10 july but still this problem is not fixed.@reliancejio

  @venky060493 @JioCare Speed is good bro upto 100mbps. But jio support is extremely poor, its been one week since i recharged of 10k and still waiting for setup box. I am tired of calling, mailing cc. Even here @JioCare is not helping. Tickets are closed with resolutions. I can’t even cancel the plan.

  @JioCare Thank you for the update. Please note that the issue is not with my home wiring—the previous service team diagnosed the fault on the pole/main fiber line and said it was escalated to the external cable team. I am still waiting for that specific resolution.

  @JioCare I have two upcoming plans for my jio number. But IVR on your number 1991 is not allowing me to activate these plans. Now I am getting only 64 mbps speed. If the issue is not solved immediately I may migrate to another operator.

  Idk whts the prblm wid @JioCare service the internet services drop regularly without any solid reason and they charge for a connection which was asked to be cancelled in the first place pathetic service every time I think to switch to jio...
