    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio Services in Kanpur Uttar Pradesh. I got the installation done on the 8th March till date having multiple issues. Last night I spoke1 hour on the customer care number. Issues aren't resolved yet. I want someone to attend my complaint at my site.

My jio number 9415712781 And 9140959532 Both reached with 599 but speed 30-40kb how can I manage ?? I think last option is port to other operator.

    @JioCare I Did DM everyday. Nobody were who able to look into this issues seriously. Since March 2020 am able to browsing properly and so much Delaying time of Streaming videos. Its take more than expected to play the Videos.

    @JioCare extremely disappointed with Jio Fiber services in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Right from installation (8/Mar/21) till date. Zero support from the installation team. Wrong information given at the time of installation. Luckily I am in free trial. @MukeshAmba

    @JioCare Your broadband is not working and i am getting a slot for tomorrow. Delhi being such a big metro city you don’t have a slot for today? The call centre people are clueless. No help. At least start listening to the calls how a customer is treated. Very sad! @mukeshambani

    @gauravh1 @reliancejio I’m also their platinum customer; I’m getting 400-500 mbps consistently. At times it drops to 100 mbps also. That’s where they need to work on, and that’s where SA and NSA becomes pivotal.
