    @JioCare @reliancejio You are doing nothing except making fool to customers & when I everytime talk to customer executive he just have one word to say we are working on this we will resolve this issue even I get bored to listen these lines from very long time

    I am going to port my @reliancejio number to other operator, really a pathetic service provide by Jio nowadays,even i can't use WhatsApp properly. Even i can't use Email & YouTube apps properly. My location is Kalyanpur, Kanpur, Uttar-Pradesh, India.

    @beebomco @reliancejio I too bought Jio, but not happy with speeds in Kanpur, complained about it 3 times but yet the reply is same, "we are working on this issue, you will get better speeds in 90 days."

    @JioCare seems commitment means nothing to your staff as nobody has turned up for installation and there is no response from local office Appointment with Jio service engineer for INSTALLATION of JioGigaFiber connection is scheduled at your premises on 02-06-2019 : 08:00:00

    @JioCare I was using jiofibre in 2020. In 28.10.2020 my joifibre connection stopped working. Issue taken up with your service engineer Divyesh ( same service engineer promised to resolve issue within 48 hours) after 3 days of intense follow up issue not resolved by your team.1/3

    @JioCare When I disconnected my connection in Oct security deposit of Rs 2500/- returned by jio in next year on 20 Jan that to after deducting Rs 1000/- You guys and your customers service is not to help customers however they are just for customer harassment and looting their money3/3

    @JioCare Tried calling your customer service, there apprised them 3 times. Every time after listening to issue they disconnected call without helping. Finally after no response decided to disconnect Jio services. I had recharged for Rs 1000 and used your services hardly 8-10 days 2/3

    @reliancejio @airtelindia @JioCare I have taken Jio postpaid number worst network than I have ever seen in my whole life when I went to Jammu it didn't have network there my friend is using airtel and they gave me hotspot so I used net I request you to switch off my number

    @JioCare Thats the problem, engineers visit was scheduled for 19/11 btw 5.30 to 6.30pm, but nobody visited yet. When will this be resolved
