    @Airtel_Presence I keep on losing signal every 15 mins & to gain back, I have to restart my phone...Its very irritating, I have made similar complains in past but still no improvement.If you guys can't fix it, tell me cause @reliancejio's signal is good in our area...I'll switch

    @JioCare I am using #jiofiber connection and incoming caller id is not showing on my landline dialer. When I talk to dialer manufacturer company they said to activate landline called id function from your service provider. Please activate my landline caller id function.

    @JioCare Just FYI, no resolution till now. Its 6th day today without internet. Still wondering how JioFiber is claiming to be the most reliable broadband product on television everyday. Will drop the uninstall request for JioFiber today. Getting new broadband from WNet.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Team - how many days do I need to chase the reuqest for suspension? I am getting std copy paste response from your team. No way to talk to customer care. I am stuck with Jio for 1.5 more month and then porting out is a definite route.

    From last 24 hours I am complaining about my jio fibre @JioCare but every time I get an appointment time for visiting engineer but till now no one has visited. If you cant fix the problem why are you making fake promises. @reliancejio very bad service.
