    @JioCare I had a have Internet issue , SR000035XQV1 . local technical person call me and said they will come tomorrow i said its not possible we need fix the issue today as its urgent. engineer is asking me why didn't u open the ticket in morning when u have issue since morning.

    Paid ₹999 to watch live cricket on JioHotstar. Result after 2 days? No subscription, no match access, no resolution, and now not even a reply from @JioCare At this point, even buffering gives faster responses than your customer support. Peak scam behaviour. 🤔

    @JioCare @reliancejio My AirFiber is in a "Partial Service" state. YouTube/WhatsApp work, but Outlook, Reddit & others show "No Internet." Restarted router already— Please FIX ASAP. as your jio app has no use. I NEED HUMAN TO FIX THIS. #JioAirFiber #JioCare

    @JioCare @PMOIndia @BBCHindi worst service provider, looting people, jio has taken my money in advance and now not installing Airfiber. Their people are so arogant and mannerless. So don't go for Jio. Please refund my money for postpaid why they have taken money in advance

    @JioHotstar @JioCare Hi, my Jio Hotstar didn't activate with my 899 plan, when I login to jio hotstar it asks me for payment but 3 months plan is already bundled with my current recharge plan. Please help.
