    @Prashan87890385 @JioCare Since you already paid upfront and hence the issue. No laws in this country to protect consumers.I paid upfront for SIM delivery and it has been total 9 days with no delivery. Jio staff calls and says would refund if not delivered by Sunday. Still no refund and no SIM delivered.

    @JioCare After poor service they can't refund I am not using air fiber a single day only tachnician test net speed and as per 30mbbs speed connection showing 15 to 17 mbbs speed and during I said him I am not satisfied pls cancel this

    @JioCare No improvement even after multiple complaints. Extremely poor network—feels like 2G, not 5G. Why are customers being charged for services that aren’t delivered? Very disappointing experience. @JioCare @JioHotstar Please resolve this issue urgently. #Jio #PoorNetwork #5G

    @reliancejio @JioCare WTF is this service? I called 198 and repeatedly asked that dumb bot to connect me to a customer care agent, but she is just repeating the same thing. I have mailed as well for the bad service but no response from your side.

    Hey jio i am using jio airfiber and there was some technical issue in the wifi so i called the technical assistance who installed mu connection whose no is 310605532228. He taken the output device with him now isn't picking up call not giving any reply. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare The jio is like that only no resolution was given when we talk to support, they misbehave with me. Regarding service, WORST SERVICE.

    @JioCare Hi, Help means resolving the issue on time and only by statement nothing is going to happen....As a discontinued internet service denting my day to day work so it must me resolved on priority otherwise no sense to continue with Jio Fibre. Kindly let me know timeline.

    @NPCI_NPCI If I try to send money offline via dialing*99# it's not working it is showing invalid MMI or connection problem every time from last 6 month so how could I pay via the USSD code @JioCare problem for jio no
