@JioCare It is unfortunate to write complain before such network. Because from my Jio no. Number starting with 1800 i. e. Toll Free numbers are not getting dialed. it is confirmed that with other Jio no. also Tall Free No. are not getting dialed. If so I must discontinued Jio No.

@JioCare I sent my no. & alternate no. In box. Kindly resolve the problem so that I may dial to toll free no. Starting 1800. I surprised when I dialed Jio help line no. +91-18008899999 which was not connected. When I tried with 199 could not contacted representetive.

Now a days Jio does not reply to customers even tweet to @JioCare. No customer care exicutive attend customer except computerised generated reply, which does not solve the problem. Because of this I have decided to ger port this number to other provider.

@JioCare I’m writing this to you after being completely fed up by the attitude of the local service engineers. I was told by the Jio Service Engineers a few days ago that the ONT device will be replaced. However, nobody has come to replace it till date. Please do something.
