@JioCare I m existing JIO Customer & also have a Voda idea no which I want to port to Jio in my Wife's name. But Jio Store at KAKADEV KANPUR is insisting for Biometric identification of my wife. Since she is a Senior Citizen her Biometrics can't be captured . Please help.

@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI : Network has been pathetic for me 9588471839. Not able to recieve or dial calls. Every 5 mins phone needs a restart for making up the calls. Data is working fine. Not sure what is wrong with calling mechanism. Jio store Kakadev not able to resolve.

Worst jiofiber service ever there engineer give thread of not repairing the connection ever if otp is not given instantly and says remove the connection what goes of my father I'll get the salary even then. I have removed the connection and shifted to airtel.@JioCare @airtelindia

@reliancejio @JioCare your service sucks and your agents hung up the call on customers. Raised request since yesterday that one of the bands of JioFiber is not working and no resolution provided yet. SR was closed without any confirmation from me, problem still persists.

@JioCare Fiber is blinking with red light & internet got disconnected. Tried calling customer care, but no response from them. If we raise issue in MyJio app, service person not available today. Before getting connection they were very friendly but after they won't respond.

Facing a problem with Jio. My phone was lost and I was using Jio eSIM and not able to swap sim because my aadhaar biometrics are locked. Aadhaar is also linked to that number so not receiving OTP. I called so many times to Jio Care but resolution provided.@reliancejio @JioCare
