    @reliancejio Jio internet from last 30 days Network service is very poor service at my home, in our temple premises, at all places including my work place, since the plan is already prepaid so can't do anything, just waiting for the completion of the plan.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat Am continuously struggling with this. Definitely switching to some good brand sim. Money is never an issue for me. Loyalty matters but u lost your consumer's belief. For 2gb per day am paying 749rs and still in return getting a big ZERO level service.

    @StiffSoumodip @JioCare Jio uses Bands n28 and n78 for 5G and your phone supports both so you shouldn’t have any problems.

    Hello @JioCare , your mobile has deteriorated here in Palma area of District Rajouri, J & K (Pin Code 185132). Network gets loss every single time, hours pass till we reach a proper connection. There is a big loophole in your services here. Kindly see.
