    @reliancejio Jio internet from last 30 days Network service is very poor service at my home, in our temple premises, at all places including my work place, since the plan is already prepaid so can't do anything, just waiting for the completion of the plan.

    It's really too much of inconvenience I ordered prepaid sim (matching number) but activated as postpaid, even I paid ₹349 @reliancejio @JioCare i need resolution immediately. Myjio app makes me in pure frustration

    @JioCare How did you decide i have speed issue. As I have mentioned in my post that speed is good . Please arrange a technical visit as the problem is in router and the issue is coming since the router is installed in December 2025

    @JioCare no one resolved this issue, i have moved away from Jio air fiber , got another company wifi network installed at home. Thanks for the services, at least please schedule a engineer to collect your setup box and wifi router , I have already dropped email for service disconnect

    @JioCare I am feeling betrayed while I was complaining since 29 Apr 26 way before suspension of account no resolution was provided now jio wants me to clear dues to provide support which should done earlier @jio don't listen and care their customers. Very pathetic 😔
