    @reliancejio Jio internet from last 30 days Network service is very poor service at my home, in our temple premises, at all places including my work place, since the plan is already prepaid so can't do anything, just waiting for the completion of the plan.

    @JioCare Raised a fiber relocation request for change of floor in the same building on 30th noon. doc approved & engineer visit scheduled on 31st 10am. But it keep on rescheduled at least 10 times and it's still pending. Per day charges wasted,no in time service. CO0000J5HCMP

    @reliancejio one ****** service provider. I can see my plan in the app but when making calls it says I don't have any active plan. Worst is your cc support. Horrible. @airtelindia is any day better than you guys.

    @JioCare Only fake promises made by your staff. It doesn't take 10 days to install a set top box. Absolutely shocking customer service. Wouldn't recommend jio to anyone

    @JioCare my jio fiber connection is non functional from last 2 days, despite raising a executive visit, the visits are being postponed by @reliancejio without assigning any reasons. My work and studies of children are badly suffering. Will someone care to rectify the issue

    Totally surprised by the godspeed service of @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio! Received a message at 11:52am dat service engineer will visit at 1:00pm. Received a message at 11:57am that engineer could not visit bcz of prmission of society! Issues closed. Raised 1st reqst on Jan 31!

    @JioCare I have been hearing this sorry from last 1.5 months and the customer needs satisfaction not sorry.I think no one is working in Jio.I only get reply on twitter and one call that's all but no improvement on my case.Not even a single responsible staff in Jio
