    @reliancejio Jio internet from last 30 days Network service is very poor service at my home, in our temple premises, at all places including my work place, since the plan is already prepaid so can't do anything, just waiting for the completion of the plan.

    @JioCare Even after calling your support team they'r giving me ambiguous answers, some time they are saying it's assigned to back end team whereas some time they are saying it's not assigned to any team so you will have to wait. Such rude and misleading information from them #JIODONTCARE

    @JioCare Team, few things: my sim was taken in Kolkata but currently i stay in Bangalore and i need to change my sim from prepaid to postpaid urgently.Also, because of certain personal issues it'd have been good if there would have been a home kyc done.Expecting Response

    @JioCare stop giving false commitments.. this is 5th month still I am facing the issue..worst network I ever seen. I got better speed in village but not in capital city of the state. They give full network on first 3 days. After that they show their real face of Jio
