    @reliancejio Jio internet from last 30 days Network service is very poor service at my home, in our temple premises, at all places including my work place, since the plan is already prepaid so can't do anything, just waiting for the completion of the plan.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my phone number is 9927062556. If the internet has the worst speed, then it is of Jio, you should never buy Jio's sim, there is no hearing, have also tweeted many times. I am going to port my number this time. @_DigitalIndia

    @JioCare I purchased a Jio prepaid SIM at Srinagar Airport on 23 Nov 2025. I traveled to Nagpur, Maharashtra in December, and since then the SIM has been showing 0 signal bars and is not connecting to any network. Kindly check if this SIM can be activated or used outside J&K

    @JioCare Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, I cancelled my JioFiber connection and only received a PARTIAL refund. Why is the rest of my money being held back? Equipment was returned weeks ago. Worst offboarding experience. Fix this and credit my balance amount ASAP!

    @Airtel_Presence your service engineers don't show. Powr outages that are your mistake. Customers have to g t the short end of the stick however. Terrible service. @reliancejio is better

    Using Jio for 8 years, but the network quality is still disappointing. Charging extra for 5G while basic connectivity remains poor is unacceptable. Customers deserve better service and transparency. #Jio #NetworkIssue @reliancejio

    @JioCare Team @JioCare kindly let me know the process for getting the recent recharge refund and get my connection discontinued. I do not want to continue. Resolution will not happen as ur teams are not intending to. Engineer says backend issue, backend says engineers will resolve.
