@reliancejio Jio internet from last 30 days Network service is very poor service at my home, in our temple premises, at all places including my work place, since the plan is already prepaid so can't do anything, just waiting for the completion of the plan.

@JioCare @Kishor98029171 Don't get there connection. My wifi is down for 11days and no resolution. Everyday I'm calling them and they say they'll fix it within 24hours and 11 days have passed. Worst customer service.

I have jiofiber connection there customer service is the worst it is not working since 11th May and no resolution till now everyday they say they'll fix it tomorrow. 10 Days no resolution. It's just not me you can see other such cases all over twitter.

This is really cheap service.. I ordered jio phone at rs 1499.. Vidisha dealer asking 225 rupees extra for this phone.. @reliancejio @JioCare take action against him..
