H (@kotadkaake) reported@JioCare Hi team, I got a replacement SIM after recharging my deactivated number. I inserted it after about 20 days. The phone detects the Jio SIM, but it shows 'Unknown number' and 'Not registered on network.' Please check whether the replacement SIM was activated.

You can check the logs . And pls put all the network on power backup. I can share my contact you can check reg-dreg status.

There is no option showing to talk to customer support. Bachenchod sirf rate mahenga karo, aur service ke naam pe gand marao bsdk. Airtel, Jio sab mc ka haal ek jaisa hai
