  @reliancejio Jio internet from last 30 days Network service is very poor service at my home, in our temple premises, at all places including my work place, since the plan is already prepaid so can't do anything, just waiting for the completion of the plan.

  @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India Cracked voice calls, slow network still the problem at my work place even though nearest jio tower is about one Km. And this is happening when you claimed that problem has been resolved last month.

  @JioCare In my area from last 1 week there is very slow speed of internet, I've mailed to jio care they're telling that "many user using the service at the same time that's why the issue". I don't think it is the issue there is something else, pls look into it.

  @reliancejio While the other sims in my family are working properly my phone number is facing issues. I tried calling your customer care executive 5-6 times but the call it didn't helped me as it didn't connected well. Please look into it.

  @JioCare They said today it will resolve and then sending message another 24 hrs this is been happening 13 days your technical team not able to solve it local service provider are much better than jio very bad service worst customer care team they disconnect the call when can't answer

  @reliancejio claims to be the best but from the day I upgraded my network to 5G, I'm facing frequent call drops n poor network. Also, the calls don't get connected at once. I hv to keep on dailing,which painful. @TRAI plz look into the matter.

  @reliancejio @airtelindia It’s been years, but the Jio Fiber services haven’t been able to cross a mere width of a 4 lane old bypass road to reach my area. The problem with Airtel Fiber is, they give a whopping 24 hrs’ gap before addressing any technical issue. 💔
