    @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India Cracked voice calls, slow network still the problem at my work place even though nearest jio tower is about one Km. And this is happening when you claimed that problem has been resolved last month.

    @JioCare In my area from last 1 week there is very slow speed of internet, I've mailed to jio care they're telling that "many user using the service at the same time that's why the issue". I don't think it is the issue there is something else, pls look into it.

    Dear @JioCare , your service quality seems to be going down quite fast. No permanent solution to a recurring issue. On call support does nothing but schedules engnr apptmts. Engineer doesn't bother to visit premises. Only thing that gets done fast is getting the request closed.

    @JioCare I contacted the local manager for this, and he suggested to take one more connection with my wife name. He assured for first connection refund. But ,unfortunately he is not turned back and asked me to contact jio care. I can say, jiofiber ground level management is poor.

    If you gonna tell that same fake promises like give us some time we are working on it or within 10 days your network will be improved , iam definitely going to port my sim to @airtelindia...fu*ked up with your service ..collecting for 4g but providing 2g..the real scam @JioCare
