    @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India Cracked voice calls, slow network still the problem at my work place even though nearest jio tower is about one Km. And this is happening when you claimed that problem has been resolved last month.

    @JioCare In my area from last 1 week there is very slow speed of internet, I've mailed to jio care they're telling that "many user using the service at the same time that's why the issue". I don't think it is the issue there is something else, pls look into it.

    @Citibank and @reliancejio I was supposed to receive cashback for jio recharge made on 23rd October 2020. Its been over 90 days the amount is not received. There is no email id and nothing on ur app please provide details of the same. Since ur customer care is useless.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare @JioCare Highly concerned with the monopolistic attitude adopted by the company. Even good customers being treated with ridicule. No speed, No service, Executive says change router, custcare say cant do that till current plan ends !! What a hassle !!

    @JioCare No visible progress even after close to a month of escalating the issue. Unless the issue is fixed, I will stitch to another service provider at the earliest opportunity.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Jio network is very bad in Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh East Magh Mela is going on and network is worse people are not able to use voice call and internet Pls do something in this From all over world people will come for this occasion.
