@JioCare In my area from last 1 week there is very slow speed of internet, I've mailed to jio care they're telling that "many user using the service at the same time that's why the issue". I don't think it is the issue there is something else, pls look into it.

@reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India Cracked voice calls, slow network still the problem at my work place even though nearest jio tower is about one Km. And this is happening when you claimed that problem has been resolved last month.

@Zoook_India your wifi bulbs are not working on #Jio fiber. @reliancejio @JioCare taken fiber connection (annual plan) and now stuck as my bulbs are not getting with your ONT device. Can you get it checked? Too much of closed network is also a nonsense for the customer

@JioCare When I booked a new connection I was told will be installed in an hour after 3 days of wasting my work following up every hour Im calling them, they are telling they are on the way very very disappointed , again today they are telling tomorrow . Please cancel and refund
