    @JioCare In my area from last 1 week there is very slow speed of internet, I've mailed to jio care they're telling that "many user using the service at the same time that's why the issue". I don't think it is the issue there is something else, pls look into it.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India Cracked voice calls, slow network still the problem at my work place even though nearest jio tower is about one Km. And this is happening when you claimed that problem has been resolved last month.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @jagograhakjago A customer expects hassle free services from JIO if he pays for it. It is just a harassment of genuine customers without any valid reason. Not happy with your services.

    @JioCare @aggarwal_aviral Same happening with me.. I also requested for jio 5g welcome offer. Have 5g handset.. Have proper 5g network in my area.. But not getting welcome offer.. Planning to port out to airtel for 5g network.

    @JioCare I stay in Delhi NCR Greater noida west location which is 5G network area as announced by you also I have 5G smartphone Samsung S20FE5G still I don't get your invitation of the offer so I have to regarding switching to different operator whose 5G I am able to access

    @airtelindia i am just tired of this network, not even a single day has passed in last two months when I felt satisfied with this network. Can’t even take calls properly due to network issue, switching to @JioCare. Thanks.
