@JioCare In my area from last 1 week there is very slow speed of internet, I've mailed to jio care they're telling that "many user using the service at the same time that's why the issue". I don't think it is the issue there is something else, pls look into it.

@reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India Cracked voice calls, slow network still the problem at my work place even though nearest jio tower is about one Km. And this is happening when you claimed that problem has been resolved last month.

@JioCare Today my wife’s cell phone having a Jio sim in it was stolen in the Netherlands (we are here in the Netherlands still). She has all the contact numbers in that phone and now unable to connect anyone. Please help us to get a eSIM which can be used here at the earliest.🙏

If my issue is not resolved before expiration of my recharge pack then I have to switch @airtelindia because Airtel has far better speed then @reliancejio @JioCare

@airtelindia Even After recharging 509 still data showing 0 MB.Solve my issue contacted customer care they said 4 hrs but it is still same. I had to recharge data as I need it urgently. Recharged again with 118. It is in airtel dongle 509 wasted no 60GB @reliancejio is better.

@JioCare No jio fiber availability No Jio 5G availablity Extremely Slow internet 4G speed is sometime equivalent to 2.75G and sometimes 2G I cannot attend lectures properly Even though i have two active plans and 1 upcoming it feels like i wasted my money on advance recharges
