@JioCare In my area from last 1 week there is very slow speed of internet, I've mailed to jio care they're telling that "many user using the service at the same time that's why the issue". I don't think it is the issue there is something else, pls look into it.

@reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India Cracked voice calls, slow network still the problem at my work place even though nearest jio tower is about one Km. And this is happening when you claimed that problem has been resolved last month.

@reliancejio The condition of jio network and internet is very bad. Whenever you call your customer care, it will be fixed within 50 days. It's been almost 3 years today, haven't you had 50 days yet? No, I will continue as you have decided. (1/2)

@reliancejio @JioCare please stop providing services if you cannot give a good speed to user, if you cannot resolve the problem don't give an excuse of multiple users r being connected. Working from home is pathetic with jio @500 kbps, Airtel is far better

I’m having a issue with esim which I followed the steps provided by them in a video but it has a issue and no one in the Jio customer service has a knowledge and everyone is like trying to avoid this situation and my number is deactivated @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup
