@JioCare In my area from last 1 week there is very slow speed of internet, I've mailed to jio care they're telling that "many user using the service at the same time that's why the issue". I don't think it is the issue there is something else, pls look into it.

@reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India Cracked voice calls, slow network still the problem at my work place even though nearest jio tower is about one Km. And this is happening when you claimed that problem has been resolved last month.

@JioCare @PMOIndia I will request to all that please dont use jio fiber services. This is fraud company. Due to connection issue i have requested for device collect but past 20days no one came to collect device. Daily i am getting msg for collect but no one is coming.

@JioCare extremely disappointed with Jio Fiber services in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Right from installation (8/Mar/21) till date. Zero support from the installation team. Wrong information given at the time of installation. Luckily I am in free trial. @MukeshAmba
