@JioCare In my area from last 1 week there is very slow speed of internet, I've mailed to jio care they're telling that "many user using the service at the same time that's why the issue". I don't think it is the issue there is something else, pls look into it.

@reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India Cracked voice calls, slow network still the problem at my work place even though nearest jio tower is about one Km. And this is happening when you claimed that problem has been resolved last month.

@JioCare How to reach a person when deprived of network connection for an entire day and for long hours on other days, especially in case of any emergency. @JioCare Customer care mentions that it is still working on the issue; but neither resolves it nor provides any deadline.

@JioCare is it not an achievement for jio, when one has to use another mobile service providers data to tweet, the jio network keeps on degrading, repeated complainst have led to no improvement, in fact the meagre coverage has started disappearing all of a sudden every day now !
