@JioCare In my area from last 1 week there is very slow speed of internet, I've mailed to jio care they're telling that "many user using the service at the same time that's why the issue". I don't think it is the issue there is something else, pls look into it.

@reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India Cracked voice calls, slow network still the problem at my work place even though nearest jio tower is about one Km. And this is happening when you claimed that problem has been resolved last month.

@JioCare Thats your problem how to maintain your tower capacity.I am paying you for a better service. So its your responsibility to provide a hassle free service. So either provide a better service or else let me know that you cant so it will be easier for me to choose MNP option.

Dear @reliancegroup @RILretail @reliancejio ,I returned a product purchased in Ajio (return ID- RT59926540),they initiated my refund on 7thMar2022 but still I haven't got my refund credited in my bank,I had been following this issue with Ajio for 3 weeks & they are deceiving me.

@tataplayfiber worst service ever please dont choose them over @reliancejio… high downtime and it is worst in work from home scenarios. There customer service is non responsive… toll free doesn’t work … app has worst UI and is always down.. so no need to go with just brand
