@JioCare In my area from last 1 week there is very slow speed of internet, I've mailed to jio care they're telling that "many user using the service at the same time that's why the issue". I don't think it is the issue there is something else, pls look into it.

@reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India Cracked voice calls, slow network still the problem at my work place even though nearest jio tower is about one Km. And this is happening when you claimed that problem has been resolved last month.

@reliancejio Jio internet from last 30 days Network service is very poor service at my home, in our temple premises, at all places including my work place, since the plan is already prepaid so can't do anything, just waiting for the completion of the plan.

@DoT_India this is not a concern of my number. All are in our area/locality having the same issue. Both @reliancejio and @airtelindia neither having good signal strength nor data speed. It's hilly area as well.
