    @reliancejio For me call quality issues are there with jio 5g. I switched back to 4g then call issues and sms issues are resolved.

    @reliancejio First you need to correct the 4g service. We are happy with 4g , If you provide atleast 1mbps. Your 4g and 5g looks like scam with your customers.

    @JioCare Account number 1135727703 and internet is not working for last two days. Customer care calls are on auto disconnection mode after two minutes and no response from online complaint. Is there any area service Manager for quick support????
