    Disappointed with @JioCare. Can't watch the WC on JioFiber. Live TV+ shows regular channels, 101/102 "Not Found" & no OTP prompt. A factory reset didn't help. Support calls always end with a false promise: "resolved by tomorrow 12 PM". It's never fixed. #JioFiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio My jio app interface is getting day by day worst service after update. Previously app work's great and easy to solve any problem in sec to min maximum. But now a days connecting to customer care is horribe...! Through whatsapp,in app 📩

    @JioCare What different way a customer can explain and whoever is taking care of odisha customer service not only casual lack professional ethics to handle the issues. I am finding odisha escalation incident closed without any resolution status shows resolved. I had raised 13th @JioCare

    Absolute worst experience with @reliancejio and @JioCare. You are heavily advertising this "Free 18-Month Google Gemini Pro" offer worth ₹35,100 to push ₹349+ 5G recharges, but the offer is COMPLETELY BROKEN. It is nothing but a marketing gimmick to bait customers.
