    Day 4. Still no internet. @JioCare has mastered the art of keeping a service request “open” while keeping customers completely in the dark. Four days, countless calls, zero accountability. At this point, my mobile hotspot deserves a loyalty award. #jio @reliancejio

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago Needed extension only after restoring not some after 30 days . As renewal is due soon . This regular from jio outages for several days . Last time also no extension given for outage for days by jio What if renew and again there outage for 30days

    Jio’s service has to be worst in the entire world. 7 days of continuous follow ups and yet my jio air fibre isn’t working. @reliancejio @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN

    @JioCare 1/2"System limitation" cannot be an excuse for 6 days of inaction. If your systems cannot assign an engineer for nearly a week, that's @reliancejio's failure—not the customer's problem. I've paid for an annual plan. Jio has taken my money but failed to provide the service.

    @JioCare I’m experiencing very slow internet speeds on my Jio connection. Web pages take a long time to load, videos keep buffering, and the connection is unstable even with a good signal
