    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear sir please update your 4g network for better performance... I don't think current time to update ur network to 4g from 5g.... because @JioCare your 4g network is working in my areas like 2g or more less then 2g. Thanku

    @JioCare Had asked for jiofibre disconnection. I was promised refund within 14 days. Still not received the refund. The customer care is useless over call or email.I am going to reach out to consumer forum within 3 days if my refund of 1500rs is not processed as promised by you

    @JioCare i shown msg on myjio app that recharge for rs. 98 or above we will provide 98 rs. recharge free. but when i recharged today for my jio no. 9068578782 only 14 days validity shown in app and no plan show in upcoming.please solve the problem and provide me the benefits.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare The Sales Person had visited my Residence who had give the Jio Sim. Now after all the mess he is saying you will have to visit Apple Store or else voice and data won’t work. What kind of **** is this Jio? 1st Day post Portability & already cursing myself.1/2

    @JioCare My JioFi hotspot is broken hence my wifi is not getting connected or showing as no internet.When I visited d nearest store they asked to visit Jio gallery in Virwani estate Goregaon,that's too far for me!Is there any other option?Kindly help n revert
