    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear sir please update your 4g network for better performance... I don't think current time to update ur network to 4g from 5g.... because @JioCare your 4g network is working in my areas like 2g or more less then 2g. Thanku

    Hello @RedmiSupportIN , I'm a user of redmi note 10pro max but I'm facing network error as someone calls me at that time my mobile network showing them that I'm not reachable...so I reached out to @JioCare now they are saying that you need to check your mobile phone .

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioGenNext hi jio team , my fiber connection is out since yesterday. Despite technician visit and communication to customer care problem nit resolved till now. Surprised with the response for the resolution of problem.

    @JioCare it's sad that there is no way to reach a customer care executive for Jio Fiber support via the toll free numbers. I cancelled my Jio Fiber order more than 15 days back, but yet to receive refund. Number for Appellate authority goes unaswered.
