@JioCare #MukeshAmbani #AkashAmbani please note the thread above, zero ownership at the ground level. Great infra has to be backed by great maintenance & support also. Field staff is totally clueless, no one is able to resolve a simple issue. No one is even close to helping resolve.

@JioCare Is it possible to change plan of JioFiber before expiry of current plan, if consumer wishes to move to any other JioFiber Plans? Ideally this should be provided, similar to mobile connection plans for more flexibility and better customer experience.

@reliancejio you have such a great policy of non refund and no modifications. Pathetic service and pathetic customer care with no support and courtesy to help. Simple script on loop. No options to help customer but just grab money and ask them to forget.
