    I took jio fiber annual plan in the first week of feb, due to some water scarcity issue had to shift to a new place 7km away mid feb. Jio cannot provide me their services at new address, they don't want to refund, are not replying to mails.@consumerforum_ @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare As conveyed by your customer care team yesterday and today, engineer was supposed to visit my premises latest by today 12:47 PM. Now this time you guys are saying that engineer will visit by tomorrow. It seems to be a never ending timeline.
