    @JioCare “No Signal Found” now. This should have been checked before KYC and taking advance payment. Why was the customer charged without verifying service availability? This is unacceptable. Resolve it immediately or refund the full amount. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Isn't scamming people . Money has be paid on time but bill can't be provided. And connection will be disconnected too. Who will return my amount ? I need resolution for all. Since I have been clearly said I will get the bill plus the connection is till 2027!

    सर्विस रिक्वेस्ट नंबर SR00003F42N1 Made this complaint yesterday service engineer was supposed to come between 6 pm to 7pm Then it was rescheduled to 1 pm to 2 pm today but didn't arrived. Why there is always delay and always reschedule in service . @JioCare

    Worst service by @reliancejio @JioCare inspite of complaining for jio fibre since 2 days, no response, the service guy says speak to jio do not call me.

    @JioCare I still I have not received the resolution. Escalated SR which I have raised on 24th August has not resolved yet. And my connection will be ended on 28th aug'26. Dont trust @reliancejio . They are scamming people!
