    @JioCare No one has solved my problem till now. @JioCare shame on you. My Jio AirFiber internet has been down for the last 3 days. I keep receiving the same resolution messages, but the issue is still not fixed. No one is helping or providing any solution. Fix this ASAP. 🚨

    @JioCare @reliancejio fraud company,i paid the bill still didn’t receive the service.When raise complaint,my number was blocked instead of resolving the issue.This is what happen when you destroy the market and consumers are left having to beg for the service they already deserve

    @JioCare Now after 3 days, the ₹39 pack expired completely unused, and customer care says “we can’t do anything. These add-on packs often have confusing priority rules, the booster packs should be used first.

    Every time I contact customer care, I am told that a service engineer will visit within 2–3 hours, but this has not happened even once.This level of service is unacceptable. Please treat this as an urgent escalation and arrange an immediate resolution today.@JioCare @reliancejio
