    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear sir please update your 4g network for better performance... I don't think current time to update ur network to 4g from 5g.... because @JioCare your 4g network is working in my areas like 2g or more less then 2g. Thanku

    @JioCare @DoT_India Fact that you classify Complaints as "service requests" itself shows utter ignorance of ITSM. This is Incident report,not a Service request. What your staff does is internal "problem resolution. You are confusing it with "incident resolution". Train your Service head. @DoT_Indi

    @reliancejio @JioCare requested for jio fibernet installation, i was told/recommended by jio service guy to go for @airtelindia, LOL thank u for recommending, but Unfortunately Airtel signal is already pathetic at place I live.

    @JioCare Hi team, this I have done 10 times. All your people says the exact thing even after telling them that I have already done this. You guys don't care to understand customer's problem and play the recorded response every time. Please grow up in customer service

    @JioCare Your CTO and Customer service head are utterly incompetent. They need to do some BASIC training of ITIL and configure your SLM system for Customer..not employee. But maybe they know this and are actively fooling @DoT_India by submitting unresolved complaints as resolved ?

    @JioCare I've been using jio number since sep'21 and till date network issue is not resolved. Have approached customer care multiple times regarding calling issue still all in vain. Internet works fine but #unabletomakereceivecalls
