    Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare for the poor Jio AirFiber service. Internet was down from 3 May to 10 May. Complaint registered on day 1, but no engineer visited despite repeated follow-ups. Issue resolved only after I requested disconnection. Now even 199 call are disconnecting.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Technician is saying that the Jioairfiber is not receiving the signals from the tower he says do not use this Jioairfiber for now use DTH so I'm planning to activate DTH SO PLEASE DEACTIVATE MY JIOAIRFIBER ACCOUNT And thank you for the worst service

    @JioCare @JioCare I ported my no. from Vi to Jio expecting better network & internet service,but unfortunately the experience has become worse.Facing poor signal strength,frequent call drops & very slow internet speed in my area.Kindly look into this issue &improve the service urgently

    Please raise a STATE ESCALATION For my delayed engineer visit SR000035QKGZ @JioCare if you will not help I will move to consumer court.. Hello @jagograhakjago please help to file a case against JIO for fooling customer with false advertisement of high speed net.
