    This is pathetic customer service. My JioFiber connection is still not restored despite multiple complaints and repeated assurances. It's been down since 29.06.2026. Customers are charged penalties for delayed payments. @JioCare #JioFiber

    Pathetic service by @airtelindia i have multiple corporate numbers on @Airtel_Presence but no proper services by them every 20 days numbers are not reachable even no solution from their customer care service thinking to do port on @reliancejio

    And in the middle of all these, to my utter shock received a message that my connection was kept on hold and when contacted customer care, was told that was on hold as 'no payment received'. More reasons to hate the service! @jagograhakjago @reliancejio

    @JioCare Out internet has been down for 7 DAYS. SR0002LR4XQ ON HOLD, RESCHEULED. No visit, no resolution , no information. Have tried calling jiocare , usual pre canned responses, mailed , no response. Pathetic. Unresponsive . No care jio care Respond here . Care.....
