    @JioCare I am currently subscribed to 300mbps fiber plan which gives access to all the ott platform, but lately Sony liv isn't working, it asks to buy premium membership why? Plz resolve the issue

    @JioCare @reliancejio Now its been heights of unethical behaviour of @JioCare cc, it's almost 15 days I m unable 2 use internet n jus now a bill of 472 been generated n i m havin a data bal of 69gb of da last month, enough is enough, rectify the issue asap #jiosucks #JioSlowestInternet

    @JioCare did send screen shot of my balance to intl Roaming Service of jio... on 17 it was Rs957 and on 21 it is just Rs18... Where the money have gone, when i most of time in hotel room using hotel Wifi except while out on lunch or dinner... for an hour or so

    @JioCare whats wrong with ur network before it was 2g speed in name of 4g today it's gone no call no internet emergency call only... this is how you treat ur loyal customers 😑

    @Jio_Offl, @JioCare ,@JioFibernetTV:My service request number is SR000012Z1QB. Pending from yesterday. ur cust support team isnt able to help much.I dont see ur field eng working on complaints.if u cant attend to customer complaints, y do you provide the service?Worst service.
