@Airtel_Presence can you please now refund my money as the technicians who visited my home yesterday told we cannot provide service at you location. If you don't have your availability at a particular location why do you charge. Be like @JioCare it only accepts when it's present.

@JioCare I made a request for a solution and not for the suggestion. I would mention here that the active plan is for 240 days on monthly basis. Why not it could be modified with a deduction for one month?

@airtelindia very bad service. Trying to change Xstream Fiber plan but they only give option to upgrade plan on app & IVR. No option to speak to customer service on 198. As it’s postpaid we are stuck. Feel it’s Better to switch to @reliancejio and recharge as per convenience

@JioCare @reliancejio had received a message from Jio that 5G services have been enabled on my number .5G not working, working on my parents phone, I have 5G enabled phone. Had contacted customer care in the morning, they said services will be enabled in 1 hr, still not activated

@JioCare have a jio fiber connection which is not working since 31/10/2022. Raised complain on 31/10 (SR00001F62IO). Till now no resolution, no one visits to look into it rather received message many times that the issue has been addressed though no one came.
