    @reliancejio Please improve your internet speed and sorry to say that you people always said many number of customers use internet at same time that's why internet is slow.I ask one question... "Do we not pay you for that." You should provide better sevices 24×7×365.

    @JioCare @naveenmtr24 My area comes under 5G service but I am invited by jio welcome offer but not able to use it because the signal is very low .4G service is also not good. (Vistar Colony, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh 273007).

    @rsprasad @DoT_India @JioCare Your Government has spoiled the telephone and mobile network in village Surajpur District Mau U.P. It was for better before 2014. TDM Mau was instructed by Sri Manoj Sinha in my presence, but sorry, he didn’t took pain. Please declare it संचार विहीन।

    @Airtel_Presence can you please now refund my money as the technicians who visited my home yesterday told we cannot provide service at you location. If you don't have your availability at a particular location why do you charge. Be like @JioCare it only accepts when it's present.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio My JioFiber has been down since 1 June 2026 (SR000037BHWL). Engineer visited on 8 June, confirmed damaged fiber cable and promised replacement next day. No one has come since. Request urgent intervention and immediate resolution.

    @JioCare The issue is not rescheduling. My appointment has already been rescheduled twice without my consent. Internet has been down since 06 June. Missed visit, missed commitment, and now no appointment at all. Please provide a confirmed engineer and resolution timeline.
