@JioCare Please take notice of worst condition of Jio network at Peppeganj Town, Gorakhpur pin code 273165. Thousands of Jio users are puzzled of very slow internet and intermittent network causing call drops here. Act or get ready to lose your customers.

I need post Paid connection of Jio I already have post numbers in Airtel but jio is charging extra security and membership I don't know why? Because of bad network of airtel I am switching to jio with new numbers. Even customer executive of Jio is unavailable to visit @JioCare

Going for BSNL GIGAFIBRE broadband they are better than you . I thought that JIO will be providing good services in urban areas but I was wrong this is the worst network. It's going be 365 days I enrolled for JIOFIBRE but their service network is very poor. @JioCare @JioChat

@JioCare i had applied for jio fibre on 11th aug in siliguri, west bengal. Assurance was given that it will be installed within 12 hours but till now it hasnot been done and no proper response. If you cannot provide service then why do u take bookings. Worst service frm jio.
