    Hello jio sir G. Hw r u. Sir plse install a jio tower in our area karimuddinpur ghosi 275304. there r near abt 5000 users of jio but all of them facing bad network problem even mostly less than 100kb ps @JioCare @reliancejio @ril_foundation @TeamJIOUPE

    @JioCare Such a very bad experience with Jio ......Very bad coverage and speed at my location....we are just ported my no.+919670437010 & +919936696772 in Airtel.....and enjoying great speed and coverage and Volte also.....

    @airtelindia very poor customer service by airtel. Agent has not listen my query and disconnected the call her name was dimpy. She gave info as per her system and cut the call. Wrost service in my life. @JioCare is best with best cx service.

    @JioCare I have recharged for 999 plan for better speed, but the modem does not support. Customer care told that the request generates for the modem once I recharge for 999 plan. It's been 4 days no body is turning up for modem after continuous follow ups from team.

    @JioCare @i_shreee That's nothing even if there's connection in our area for jiofiber, they're not able to provide because of local goons. So even if you have connection these unknown problems might occur without your knowledge. And im waiting for a year even with a connection how about that.

    @JioCare How can a company be called professionally managed of customer complaints are not attended for days together? With mere help of technology, you cannot run organisation unless the prior have least efficiency.
