The jio voice call function is not functioning since 17th of November and I've been complaining repeatedly every day but it is still not resolved till date & no engineer would care to visit.

Uninstall my jio app, shut down mobile (though not suggested) again re installed My Jio App, login with mobile number 9823916771, OTP inserted and still that menu for activation is not available. This I have done several times.
