    @JioCare You have been saying this same thing from last week, and still, I haven't got a single response. service request has been raised way long back and now it's been more than a week. Still, you guys are saying the same thing. Ranting the same thing doesn't fix customer issue.

    Over 24 HOURS with no JioFiber internet and still no real support from @JioCare . Service request shows “assigning engineer” but no call, no visit, nothing. Customer care is just bots with zero accountability. This is pathetic service. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio This is extremely frustrating. My issue (Request ID: SR000033RGHL) is still unresolved despite calling customer care 4 times daily. Zero response, zero accountability. This is unacceptable service.Resolve this immediately or I’ll escalate to @TRAI and consumer forums
