  @JioCare @JioCare Its so disappointing. I just told the JIOCARE customercare ends in 5 minutes WITHOUT RESOLUTION. Sametime I have received this SMS from Jiocar. "Your Service request number SR00003FE8VD has been addressed." DISAPPOINTING. So far, PATHETIC experiencd with @JioCare.

  @JioCare I've been trying to close my connection as I am shifting location. Your Jio Help is of no use as it states that Air Fibre cannot be shifted!! And no one is ready to take this equipment back and close the connection!!!

  @reliancejio This is unacceptable. At 1:58 PM today, your service engineer informed me that the tower serving my location has been dismantled. I agreed to relocation to the nearest tower or disconnection/dismantling and he agreed to visit today. At 2:01 PM @jiocare

  @JioCare Your engineers informed us that the Jio tower serving our area does not have the required capacity to deliver the 100 Mbps speed. He explained that the router connected to the tower is already operating beyond its capacity, which is resulting in the low and unstable speeds.
