    @reliancejio @JioCare - what is the use of having a #JioFiber internet connection of it becomes as slow as a 90s Dial-up internet connection? We see blazing fast speed during day and then at 7 PM the speed goes from 100mbps to < 10mbps. Scale the network please.

    @reliancejio We request Jio to install new physical network infrastructure in Debipur, PIN 743502. This is a genuine demand of the people of Debipur, as the existing network infrastructure is clearly unable to meet the needs of thousands of users. Do Needful. @jagograhakjago

    In my area distt. Kushinagar jio tower kasia 9067 not working from last 24 hours, no out going calls no incoming calls no Internet, every people are in problem fro last 24 hours and no once cares bor jio officer's not customer support @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @JioCare If prolonged service outages, repeated network failures, and loss caused to the customer due to Jio’s own technical issues do not qualify for compensation, then please tell me exactly which category they fall under. (1/2)

    @JioCare Navin, any update on SR00003BM2X1 you guys are working hard to resolve it ASAP. It's already 2+ month of equipment picked up. But in last 1+ months SR were created but no resolution no refund it's adding more stress on the top of my existing for it terminated fiber🙏
