@JioCare Frm 11th July u r asking me to have some patience. After 3 mnth also u r not able to solve issue R u guys getting paid for working or simply replying for "have some patience" I guess #jio is using individual's money to built #jio5g otherwise Y it is taking time to refund my money

@JioCare Raised a complaint for internet issue on 12/10 with engineer visit on 13/10. Engineer called but never visited. Customer care told complaint cancelled...really..without resolving?? That's how its manged to show resolution within time? Now new complaint has been raised.
