    I booked Jio AirFiber, completed KYC, and paid the booking amount. Now the local executive is saying my home is not covered for JioFiber and asking me to take a refund. My question is: if my next-door neighbor already has an active JioFiber connection, how is my house suddenly "not feasible"? Why was booking accepted and payment collected before checking service availability? I request @JioCare to review my case and provide a proper explanation or arrange installation.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup This is the 4th time in a month my jiofibre is down.On an avg it is taking upto 4-5days to resolve but again there is another issue.Technicians not answering ph calls.They are rescheduling visits on their own.Need an escalation for this asap

    I started using jio fibre internet services 4 months back and have to complain for the same every month,the service is pathetic they don’t have proper jio customer support .They should not be writing 5g speed service if they can’t provide the same . @JioCare @reliancejio
