I sent a message on WhatsApp in Varanasi on 20th Mar which is not yet delivered. It is better to switch to other networks like @reliancejio as it doing better that @airtelindia

Here once we take the connection, all we have to do is to pay the bill every month five days before the due date but when we face any issue no assistance.
