    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst service ever, unable to generate UPC code for porting to other circle. Trying to call customer care and Store, nobody knows what to do, continuously paying in one or other way to Jio by way of useless resolutions. @TRAI UPC restricted by JIO.

    @JioCare No one picks the call, this is the third time in the last days the internet is down..same engineer comes again, give some reason and fix it temporarily but no one is questioning him why the issue again and again

    @JioCare 2 months and you cannot give us a solution to our Air fibre connection. Unbelievable. The first year was great but the past 2 months dropped calls buffering screens and a whole lot of headaches. Tired of being told everything is fine at the backend!!

    Looks like @reliancejio @JioCare doesnt care about their customers! No one to speak in english! Internet is not working and your team is stuck in Marathi! Who the hell expects someone to learn marathi in Bangalore! After few years, their service is so bad!

    @JioCare It's disappointing that a company of Jio's scale cannot resolve a simple JioFiber relocation request even after 10+ days. An issue that should have been resolved within hours is still pending .This level of customer service is unacceptable. #JioFiber #CustomerService

    @JioCare Your recharge page is misleading. It prominently shows ₹555/month and 120 Days, which made me believe I was purchasing 4 months of service for the ₹2,221.46 I paid.Only after payment did I realize the plan provides 90+7 days (97 days) instead of the 120 days
