    @JioCare @JioCare Hi Kiran Can you please define “some time” and “earliest”? Because even though the 24 hour resolution time is bad in itself, the last time I had raised the issue, even that commitment was not honoured by the Jio team.

    @reliancejio what needs to be done to get the network in UK. As it’s prepaid number and I think by default international roaming should be activated. But not getting any signal tried with registering manually as well but no luck. Could you please help me on this?

    @JioCare Very worst network i never seen When I sent a normal text msg it was sent but it isn't recive in other end, And also I can't receive text msg I think time for consider another best network provider.

    @JioCare My Village name is Madhogarh , Tehsil- Kailaras, District- Morena. Some months back Jio installed one tower here so we port our all our existing connection in Jio Network but now this network tower is not working more than month. All village people suffer because of this

    @JioCare 48hours since i made payment of Rs2500 for jiofiber. They keep on claiming some or the other issue. Technicians arrived yesterday after 28hrs of payment at 11:50am and i get a message "installation hold due to technical reasons and the team is working on it".
