@JioCare Have replied with the requested details. My real concerns is on the tone and the way your mumbai back end team speak and the local lead speak as though they don't trust the customer . I can give you the screen shots of the speed I used to get and it has drastically reduced

@reliancejio You guys are selling crap. You don't have the ability to provide service after sales. Once customer gets into your trap you guys show no responsibility of service in case of any issues face by them. It's been 8 days and don't see a resolution.
