    @sakshisingh26 @JioCare Same issue with me since last 1.5 year...now lost my all hope and will be port my number from Jio to other ...Jio people never respond on user complaints..They just sent u a predefined template mail against your complaint.

    @VodafoneIN I am going to discontinue all @VodafoneIN services as lockdown removes. Because on @VodafoneIN network data often turn off automatically whereas there is no such issue with @JioCare .

    I have jio postpaid no. 9873067306 I always bill payment on time but this time pay after due date because of lock down then jio charges late payment of Rs.100 extra. I contact jio care they denied to waiver of that charges. Kindly waive charges @JioCare
