@reliancejio @JioCare My Jio Fiber Internet is not working and Customer Care Advisor is insisting me to call from the registered Mobile Number which is unfortunately a Airtel number and Toll Free Numbers calls are chargeable on my plan. What is this nonsense.

@JioCare I made a request yesterday with SR000011SM2J for Internet not working. When I called the CC , I was told that request is on hold which I had never said so. Again today they have given me a new SR no SR000011SWT9 for tomorrow visit. Can you address this on priority.
