    @reliancejio Hello, I would like to bring to your notice that there is a severe break down of Jio network service at my native place. Almost all villagers are Jio users so please recitfy the issue on topmost priority. Location: Malhad Village, District Supaul, Bihar Regards

    Poor network coverage of #Jio in Chicalim, Vasco, Goa. Its difficult to do work from home in such poor network.Also Jio has removed rs 98 plan. Very unfortunate action by company of @MukeshAmba Ji during #lockdown2020 . Request restore the same. #RelianceJio @JioCare

    @JioCare recently switch to Jio . But facing same issue , no network , no internet . Even I can't make a call from my room . I live in Merces village near to Panaji ,Goa . Feeling cheated .

    @JioCare @TRAI @Airtel_Presence We are not getting indoor and outdoor network... Forget about Internet....... Even calling is not possible......Address - H no 1141, Madel, Tiswadi, North Goa 403102....... Pls enhance capacity of nr by tower.

    @JioCare improve your network in My Village , both the other provider Idea and Airtel improved their network in this area only Jio is lacking . I ported from Idea because I heard that Jio is comparably better than other. Now I am regretting my decision . Village Merces , Goa

    @reliancejio it’s the end of 2022.I’m in one of the most commercial location #southgoa. The network is slow to useless at best. @ViCustomerCare . your network is non existent. Dropped calls is a usual @TRAI PLEASE TAKE NOTE . #goa

    @JioCare Not available in my area, even jio internet speed is slow since launch, only at particular place in my house I get 1mbps rest area hardly 10-20kbps. One tower is there which is not operational near my house.

    Have tried all networks wasted so much money and finally came to a conclusion @reliancejio is the best..ease of doing recharge to network the Best. Life savier during lockdown. Thank you @reliancejio

    @JioCare purchased new jio wifi dongle and wasted my money on the device as newtwork connection in #goa #panjim pin code 403002 is pathetic. Pls look into it. Tried connecting to customer care , I'm exhausted as it is more pathetic.

    @JioCare @JioCare I am a non jio user and I am unable to track service request , tell me who is incharged and when they will arrive for installing jiofiber , just don't put automated message . Make some real work , raising service id is not going to solve any problem @reliancejio .

    @JioCare worst service in terms of jio fiber, their support team doesn't pick any call and throw you to their IVR systems, and then to my Jio and again to IVR system calls, there's full scam running by jio fiber. My registered mobile number - 7982901571 Order ID: CO0001RZPVYP

    @JioCare your technicians demand extra charges, don’t even check if the connection works, and behave rudely. Calls go unanswered, false promises on visit timings. This is disgusting service. Fix this immediately.
