    @reliancejio hi ,Just few days before I switched to Jio for better network and internet as it advertising . I live in Merces village near to Panaji and facing this problem . No strong network , no powerful internet . Worst service . Even i cant make a voice call from my room.

    @reliancejio Hello, I would like to bring to your notice that there is a severe break down of Jio network service at my native place. Almost all villagers are Jio users so please recitfy the issue on topmost priority. Location: Malhad Village, District Supaul, Bihar Regards

    I have recharged 2GB per day plan of @reliancejio @JioCare for my jio dongle, however when i run internet speed checks it shows 0.02Mbps 😡😡(i have not used internet for the whole day) Absolutely pathetic service provided. Please sort out asap.

    Poor network coverage of #Jio in Chicalim, Vasco, Goa. Its difficult to do work from home in such poor network.Also Jio has removed rs 98 plan. Very unfortunate action by company of @MukeshAmba Ji during #lockdown2020 . Request restore the same. #RelianceJio @JioCare

    @JioCare improve your network in My Village , both the other provider Idea and Airtel improved their network in this area only Jio is lacking . I ported from Idea because I heard that Jio is comparably better than other. Now I am regretting my decision . Village Merces , Goa

    @reliancejio @JioCare @consaff did a recharge but it is still not reflecting in my account even after successfull payment. It is 2 days since the ordeal. Want immediate resolution for this. Otherwise will escalate for action.

    One thing which @reliancejio taught me that either u have a good service or a cheap price.... don't expect service from @JioCare ....I gave my bills on time but connection barred twice ....inspite of over 2 weeks of conversation with @jiocare along with screen shots #Phew

    @DoT_India @Secretary_DoT My jio number's internet and data speed is very poor and not working at all. Also voice is breaking sometimes. Pls instruct @JioCare to check and resolve the issue. Many times i have complaint about this issue but no resolution.

    Hello @reliancejio i had a connection of jio fibre on the middle of january or in the very first week of february, but my account got disconnected without any notice i was out of town and i didn't recharged. I never asked to disconnect
