  @JioCare improve your network in My Village , both the other provider Idea and Airtel improved their network in this area only Jio is lacking . I ported from Idea because I heard that Jio is comparably better than other. Now I am regretting my decision . Village Merces , Goa

  @reliancejio hi ,Just few days before I switched to Jio for better network and internet as it advertising . I live in Merces village near to Panaji and facing this problem . No strong network , no powerful internet . Worst service . Even i cant make a voice call from my room.

  @DoT_India @JioCare Its totally discomfort to handle such Co like @JioCare , they have their Boss like @Jio_Ambani so they Don't care about @DoT_India they know, by selling Free Data to its Customer. @TRAI can't take any steps for such act.

  Poor network coverage of #Jio in Chicalim, Vasco, Goa. Its difficult to do work from home in such poor network.Also Jio has removed rs 98 plan. Very unfortunate action by company of @MukeshAmba Ji during #lockdown2020 . Request restore the same. #RelianceJio @JioCare

  @JioCare My jio broadband connection was cancelled on 18th February made it through your jio customer care. They were told cancellation was done. But February 18th & I was made a two times contacted to your customer care service But now your care people siad that cancellation on 7thMarch

  @JioCare No response from the engineer team even after fixing appointments multiple times. I log a appointment and they just close it without fixing the problem tried contacting them personally they just say that tomorrow your Problem will be solved but then again no response.
