WTF @reliancejio @JioCare your 4g network in Goa is so horrible I cant even open the jio app. It took me 10 mins to post this tweet. This issue has been from pre lockdown before your'll start using too many users online as an excuse. Stop cheating us. We pay for 4g we demand 4g

I have recharged 2GB per day plan of @reliancejio @JioCare for my jio dongle, however when i run internet speed checks it shows 0.02Mbps 😡😡(i have not used internet for the whole day) Absolutely pathetic service provided. Please sort out asap.

Poor network coverage of #Jio in Chicalim, Vasco, Goa. Its difficult to do work from home in such poor network.Also Jio has removed rs 98 plan. Very unfortunate action by company of @MukeshAmba Ji during #lockdown2020 . Request restore the same. #RelianceJio @JioCare

@JioCare @consumercourtin"Jio is a scam". Had some issues with the fibre. Called the team, he suggested to change the box and told that the previous amount will be adjusted.He tricked us and issued the new connection and no adjustment was made. Called the support but no help.

@JioCare Today I visited Jio office but there was no one to listen the grievance! Really third class service! I have spent Rs 400 in cabling of FO inside my house from roof top and later installation engineer says there is no open spare connection point. New splitter box to be installed!
