Hay @XiaomiIndia i am using @reliancejio sim on mi note 7 pro .also i have redmi 7a . In my room i am able to make calls on mi 7a and on note 7 pro i am not getting signal since over a month i am facing this issue

@JioCare Getting a poor coverage of jio network, please improve it as it has become so bad that some not even one bar is visible. Whereas airtel at the same location gives full range with super fast internet. Location as mentioned.

@JioCare purchased new jio wifi dongle and wasted my money on the device as newtwork connection in #goa #panjim pin code 403002 is pathetic. Pls look into it. Tried connecting to customer care , I'm exhausted as it is more pathetic.

Hy @RedmiSupportIN i have mi note 7 pro and it getting very less network signal over @reliancejio network but on the other hand on redmi 7a getting same network but u its possible to make calls but nor on note 7 pro. Please fix with an ota update as soon as possible

@JoydeepSarkar91 @JioCare Similar thing happened with me. You can call your money good bye. I had a simple relocation request which their engineers couldn't do even though it's available in my location and no resolution and money wasted for full 15 days. Cancellation also not processed. #jiofail

@JioCare internet connection is down thrice in a day? Who will compensate for the downtime. With Jio, we end up paying to Ambani at least 25% of monthly rentals for no service and thats how he is getting richer and richer while we endure with poor service
