@JioCare purchased new jio wifi dongle and wasted my money on the device as newtwork connection in #goa #panjim pin code 403002 is pathetic. Pls look into it. Tried connecting to customer care , I'm exhausted as it is more pathetic.

@JioCare I ported from @airtelindia for better Network in Goa, but its equally bad on top of tht atleast 10 promotional calls frm jio per day & atleast 5 to 6 sms per day has made live even less peaceful, will port back once d prepaid expires for d horrible harassment @TRAI

I have recharged 2GB per day plan of @reliancejio @JioCare for my jio dongle, however when i run internet speed checks it shows 0.02Mbps 😡😡(i have not used internet for the whole day) Absolutely pathetic service provided. Please sort out asap.

Having your own Jio prepaid plan doesn't give you the guarantee of a fast network or a better calling experience, You'll have to steal others wifi to run your Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter, etc. I am fed up with this tedious service @JioCare

@JioCare I have activated international roaming and I am outside india. I have never got any call from Jio customer care till date, now all of a sudden I am getting 3-4 calls from customer service everyday (when I’m roaming, which is chargeable to me) what nonsense is this??
