I have recharged 2GB per day plan of @reliancejio @JioCare for my jio dongle, however when i run internet speed checks it shows 0.02Mbps 😡😡(i have not used internet for the whole day) Absolutely pathetic service provided. Please sort out asap.

@DoT_India @JioCare Its totally discomfort to handle such Co like @JioCare , they have their Boss like @Jio_Ambani so they Don't care about @DoT_India they know, by selling Free Data to its Customer. @TRAI can't take any steps for such act.

Poor network coverage of #Jio in Chicalim, Vasco, Goa. Its difficult to do work from home in such poor network.Also Jio has removed rs 98 plan. Very unfortunate action by company of @MukeshAmba Ji during #lockdown2020 . Request restore the same. #RelianceJio @JioCare

@JioCare Thanks @JioCare ! I'm currently overseas, will port over to Jio once I come back to India. I'm sure @Airtel_Presence will not be able to fix this issue until next year when flights resume, keeping in mind the time they're taking to troubleshoot this small issue.
