I have recharged 2GB per day plan of @reliancejio @JioCare for my jio dongle, however when i run internet speed checks it shows 0.02Mbps 😡😡(i have not used internet for the whole day) Absolutely pathetic service provided. Please sort out asap.

@JioCare I ported from @airtelindia for better Network in Goa, but its equally bad on top of tht atleast 10 promotional calls frm jio per day & atleast 5 to 6 sms per day has made live even less peaceful, will port back once d prepaid expires for d horrible harassment @TRAI

I did biggest mistake of my life when i take @reliancejio fibre connection. Every week they have so many “planned upgrades “ which they totally forget to inform customers and they become unplanned. Recommendingn all family and friends NEVER take jIo internet connection.

@reliancejio @JioCare jio fibre fooling ppl with bad service... jiofibre shows good package but very dumb 4-5 days no service in pune hadapsar. no response from service engineer last 4-5 days every month. bsnl fibre is good and uninturrupted. we whole society banning jiofibre service soon.
