Poor network coverage of #Jio in Chicalim, Vasco, Goa. Its difficult to do work from home in such poor network.Also Jio has removed rs 98 plan. Very unfortunate action by company of @MukeshAmba Ji during #lockdown2020 . Request restore the same. #RelianceJio @JioCare

I have recharged 2GB per day plan of @reliancejio @JioCare for my jio dongle, however when i run internet speed checks it shows 0.02Mbps 😡😡(i have not used internet for the whole day) Absolutely pathetic service provided. Please sort out asap.

@reliancejio What is wrong with your internet connection in Dimapur, Nagaland? Each time there is loadshedding, there is no network. Loadshedding takes place every alternate hour in our area and so as your network connection. Can't you fix this issue?

@JioCare Still my issue is not resolved. How much more time it will take for Pickup of the device. Please process my refund now and Pickup your device whenever you want. Already 15 days are past so many emails,tweets & calls but Pickup not done. This is a irresponsible behavior from #Jio
