@DoT_India @JioCare Its totally discomfort to handle such Co like @JioCare , they have their Boss like @Jio_Ambani so they Don't care about @DoT_India they know, by selling Free Data to its Customer. @TRAI can't take any steps for such act.

@JioCare Not available in my area, even jio internet speed is slow since launch, only at particular place in my house I get 1mbps rest area hardly 10-20kbps. One tower is there which is not operational near my house.

@JioCare improve your network in My Village , both the other provider Idea and Airtel improved their network in this area only Jio is lacking . I ported from Idea because I heard that Jio is comparably better than other. Now I am regretting my decision . Village Merces , Goa

Poor network coverage of #Jio in Chicalim, Vasco, Goa. Its difficult to do work from home in such poor network.Also Jio has removed rs 98 plan. Very unfortunate action by company of @MukeshAmba Ji during #lockdown2020 . Request restore the same. #RelianceJio @JioCare

@Rahulshrivstv @reliancejio Same with Airtel, been a Post Paid member since 10 years. Pathetic service, slow internet ans no improvement after repeated complaints. Atleast airtel has better coverage than JIO. Plus in india we do not have stringent and time bound Consumer grievance mechanism.

Every time I call the escalation desk and they give me fake commitments that I will get the connection in next 1hr & 2hrs. It was never aspected from a company like @reliancejio I hope I will get the connection today. Otherwise I have to registered a complaint to consumer forum.

Hi @reliancejio i wishes to recharge on my number having 5G handset and network but there is no recharge which is corresponding to Rs 155 (4G). I am not interested in 1.5 GB/day because I don't consume that much but interested in other services. Kindly bring something for us.

@agrawalvishal Jio fibre service is so pathetic. From yesterday morning my wifi is not working. Getting red signal. Raised a SR and selected a slot between 3-4, however, getting messages everytime that we have rescheduled the slot as per your req. Which I never did. @reliancejio
