@GooglePayIndia Talked to google representative and discussed the matter. But the issue isn't solved yet as they said that the matter can be solved only by @JioCare and am unable to talk to jio till now and didn't receive any reply from them. Don't know how jio works for customers. Frustrating!!

JioCare is dictating terms to me , sending me almost 10 unsolicited messages a day "Recharge your Jio no. 7003062544 on PhonePe with Jio All-in-one plan at Rs.555, scratch & win rewards upto Rs.175 on PhonePe. Hence I refuse to renew.

Called 198 & got no genuine response. I told them to get my complaint to higher authorities but they kept on saying what the system says. Made them undrstnd alot but they repeat same thing.If this complaint is not resolved, I am bound to switch over to any other network @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare 24 Jan raised complaint against incorrect name in postpaid number. Executive wrote incorrect name in the application. I gave all proofs and evidence that the name is incorrect. Still no resolution. Thought service is better than others but same situation.
