@vb_vijaybaskar @JioCare Overal the service is pathetic and dismal. JioCare is dictating terms to me , sending me almost 10 unsolicited messages a day "Recharge your Jio no. 7003062544 on PhonePe with Jio All-in-one plan at Rs.555, scratch & win rewards upto Rs.175 on PhonePe. Hence I refuse to renew.

@reliancejio @JioCare I did made a recharge of 199 rs and the amount was been deducted from my bank account however the recharge failed N now jio denied that there was no recharge done! Worst pathetic services provided by @reliancejio @jiocareindia @JioCare

@GooglePayIndia Talked to google representative and discussed the matter. But the issue isn't solved yet as they said that the matter can be solved only by @JioCare and am unable to talk to jio till now and didn't receive any reply from them. Don't know how jio works for customers. Frustrating!!

Called 198 & got no genuine response. I told them to get my complaint to higher authorities but they kept on saying what the system says. Made them undrstnd alot but they repeat same thing.If this complaint is not resolved, I am bound to switch over to any other network @JioCare

@somitsrivastav_ @JioCare They are fooling people. Its been from 29th June My internet is not working. I complained multiple times. I need internet for WorkFromHome. Can't affort 12hour downtime. @JioCare is taking more than 5days to solve. Switch to ACT or other better service. I will do in some days.

@JioCare If somebody is concerned in to this matter the problem was resolved four day ago but after several reminders no action has been taken. This is nothing else but switching your customer to another option by laziness of your staff.

2 days of rains and jio fiber is down for 4 days. A complain is tended 24 hours later and still the issue is not resolved. There is not enough enquiry to fix things at one go and people who run their houses on online economy have the bear losses. @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio @TheDigiboxx Very bad behaviour by engineer of the compant cant expect this bad and irresponsible behaviour from jio with this jio is loosing there trust in coatomers . My yesterday service request SR00001BY7JN is not processed and they generated new request today again
