    @OfficialJioTV zee5 app is crashing when exiting the app at jio tv box. So we need to clear cache and data from settings and then reopen the app do works. Plz fix the app. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I've already reported about ongoing difficulties over phone, issue ticket number SR000010A7DM was raised, I do not know the result yet. Just now consulted another Jio subscriber, who's having same difficulty.

    @reliancejio what’s the point of a customer care number if one cannot register a complaint about a non-functional Jio TV set top box. Tried unsuccessfully for an hour to speak to customer care executive. Set Top box installed 2 days ago is not working.

    I Ported To @Airtel_Presence From @reliancejio Couple Of Months Back. The Self Proclaimed Fastest 4G Even Worse Than Jio. Whenever You Register A Complaint, Their Robotic Replies Come "Our Team Will Work On It & We Will Get Back To You" . I'm Porting Out After My Pack Expires

    @JioCare, it seems subscriber @poppyia is having extremely bad times with network; frequent call drops followed by a minute of "out of network coverage area" problem. By the way, she seems to have a #Jio tower 70 meters from her home. Please help her.

    @reliancejio patgetic service for jiogigafiber. One of your sales person done booking for new connection on 8-12-20, promising that connection will be done by tomorrow. However the location was not serviceable and therefore installation could not be completed.
