Our area Is Facing problem related to Netwoek prob. Unable to recieve and make a call sometime. Jio network service is very poor from a very long Time but nobody get proper solution from helpline numbers. Help Adress-Ahir tola Bilsi road Ujhani District Badaun state U.P @JioCare

@JioCare My jio fibre number is 4035506062. My internet connection was disconnected on 13.04.2023 at 10 AM. I have immediately raised a ticket and in the jio app the message was it will be resolved by 7.30PM on 14.04.2023. Till now the issue is not resolved.

Worst Jiofiber service. Facing Internet issue since 13th April and no resolution yet. @reliancejio ,@JioCare . When called to customer care to highlight issue on 13th, it will be resolved on 14th.When called on 14th, it will be resolved on 15th. Now when called on 15th,same loop.

3 Reasons why we shudn't buy Jiofiber postpaid 1. We cannot pay it's bill via Amazon or phone pe apps. 2. We can never talk to it's real customer care on phone. It's cc is fully based on bots. 3. Post paid bills needs to be paid on advance for one month. So funny! @JioCare
