@reetadandona I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

@JioCare Thanks, I got the message. Jio doesn't have the flexibility to shift plans even if done the same day of recharge. I will wait for this recharge to expire and will shift to Bharti..HV been using jio in different cities but unfavorable service will see me out..all the best!
