Our area Is Facing problem related to Netwoek prob. Unable to recieve and make a call sometime. Jio network service is very poor from a very long Time but nobody get proper solution from helpline numbers. Help Adress-Ahir tola Bilsi road Ujhani District Badaun state U.P @JioCare

I take jio fiber connection without stb.(2800) now i want stb coustomer care force to do reacharge of 999 after it 1000 security deposit for stb.i only need payment link for 1000. (Reg no-8005875502). Very pathetic way of treating customer @reliancejio @JioCare

@Kuldeep02863921 @JioCare Hi Kuldeep, Do not take Jio fiber connection, this is my personal recommendation. Once the connection is taken then irresponsible behaviour, network issue and security deposit will also be non-refundable. Rest of your opinion
