    @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India It's been 2 months I've raised an complaint. And ever since I've been asked to wait for a resolution. Are you making your top level management or MD,CEO making look into it or what? Your customer service is as pathetic as your network.

    @JioCare So it is understandable that, there will be no solution near future. Unfortunately I recharged for a year. Is there any chance of refund of that one ?? So that I will port to @airtelindia or @BSNLCorporate. I will once again remember you, this problem is almost 2 years old..

    @JioCare Only 6 hours left to your deadline of 24 hours but no one visited my site, I got not a single call from jio. Jio should write, it will take us infinite time to resolve the issue as we are only quick while we want money from customer afterwards we don't know who is our customer."
