@JioCare such uneducated n helpless people they hv, i hv postpaid connection n frd by mistakly done 719 recharge thinking its prepaid connection.. n this ppl nt willing to solve my issue just keepin me online for half n hour.. no support on jio chat as well.. solved my problem

@JioCare Hello Varun disconnection for more than 2 days is unacceptable. I’m fed up with your service and your customer care service also not reachable and always disconnects in middle of the conversation. Just request you to refund my money and remove your connection

Since JIO executive don't wanna talk to me I think I should write it here . So @reliancejio don't mention their terms and conditions beforehand , they'll take your money and say that it's according to their T&C which a customer can't see anywhere. #jio #jiorecharge

@JioCare Asad, I have paid for the connectivity and it is your responsibility to fix it ASAP. Also, it is unacceptable to have continuous disconnection for more than two days and still working to fix the issue. Just refund my money and deactivate the account. It’s affecting my WFH.

@airtelindia Watched with @reliancejio net, however having @airtelindia Data remained unused. Due to worst data speed at Mahudi PIN 382855. Dont ask for DM. Already done many times and shared Screenshots
