@JioCare My free JIO Fiber trial was valid till 31/3/2022 and the cancellation request was made. For uninstallation no engineer showed up. Same issue was mailed to JIO Team & they did appoint next date and again no one shows up. This cycle is done more than 4 times.

@Sikarwar1985 @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India
