Our area Is Facing problem related to Netwoek prob. Unable to recieve and make a call sometime. Jio network service is very poor from a very long Time but nobody get proper solution from helpline numbers. Help Adress-Ahir tola Bilsi road Ujhani District Badaun state U.P @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare I have done recharge of 1200 wanted call plus data, seems it is only data plan. called CC for plan change or something. Got response it is not possible. Disappointed. What is technical difficulty in doing this. Being Jio and Jio Fiber customer feel bad.
