    @JioCare @reliancejio I want to stop my wife's sim ,her phone has been lost. She didn't remember under whose name was the sim issued. I have made a police complaint too. I called customer care and went to Jio Store but i am not getting help. Store is saying call customer care.

    Not just that, they also mentioned that the SIM cards won't be back in stock for the next 3-4 days. The internet anyways doesn't work half the time, I think it's about time I switched to @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare went to shrimata vaishno devi,took a jio postpaid connection,now i am unable to deactivate that number,no it seems to be a trap,no help 198 gets disconnected again and again

    @JioCare Dear, I had already written to cs, grievanceofficer & cshead@jiomart. Just got routine and irresponsible replies. After trying for more than 2 months and not getting any help from jiomart, I sent legal notice. Be clear that U can’t defraud me like that.
