    @reliancejio @JioCare @TheMukeshAmbani Pathetic internet service provided by jio in my location since past 11 months only it works at some particular hours.on the regular complaint also no solution is provided till date. So switching to airtel #jiosucks

    Hello @JioCare your Vastrapur, Ahmedabad centre is totally useless. I registered complaint before 10 days. But no-one came. I visited the store 3 times but still its pending. You are loosing the reputation. Improve your service else take back your setup box😡 @reliancejio

    Jio fiber is not working in my area since yesterday morning,No option to register a complain becoz its is due to an outage. Jio engineer is asking to register a complain. No clear info when the services will be restotred. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio What a spectacular display of zero accountability. Engineer arrives with no clue, leaves saying someone else will come. 2 hours later—still nobody. I work from home and this is now impacting critical work. Apparently, Jio’s idea of customer service is to keep customers waiting while work gets disrupted. Pathetic. Unacceptable. Zero accountability. #JioFiber

    @reliancejio My area from Bihar district katihar pin code is 854114 mobile tower is near but network is fear you are cheating all coustomer I pay 1 years recharge but I was mistaken me all coustomer port in airtel but many coustomer not port in airte because recharge already 3 month 1 years

    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio This also happened with me then I lodged complaint to consumer affairs helpline. After that I received my money back.

    @JioCare Your customer service is worst Customer executive is not picking call Tollfree numbers are only automated response When i tried connecting jio customer store, they are asking to come to store without hearing whats the problem
