    @JioCare My issue is not resolved yet. 2 days back engineer came and reset the router and told me this will not happen again. This is not a good customer experience. Since morning, internet is disconnected twice and my meetings were interrupted

    @reliancejio What is that Computerised loop of plans, when we need to register any complaint don’t we need do dial 198? Why there is no any single option to connect to the representative. We are listening only plans details. I am not getting call from any number properly.

    @JioCare No need to take more pain since last five days lots of efforts made from your end to trace out some technician to send my place to sort out problem as sitting in the office SET UP BOXES can't be connected/corrected.Tomorrow another Internet provider

    @JioCare 1stly I ported from Jio to Airtel owing to ur poor network service & repeated non resolving of the complaint.2nd u have connectivity issues in many parts of India. At least with Airtel I get to call. So, No more porting.

    Jio launched 5g excellent but in my area Mumbai 400068 ketkipada dahisar East you service is so bad Even the calling network is not proper 🙄🙄🙄 please do better And the networking speed is not going 100kb ps how much time you want to perfect @JioCare @reliancejio @JioBrowser
