@reliancejio It's been almost a month that jio fiber at my place is not working. I have multiple times called the helpline number of yours & also submitted a request but till now it's not fixed. Everytime we call they say appointment is fixed & someone will come but no one comes

I had recharged my jio fiber on 18th august. There is an issue with that cable. Coz there is only red blinking. I had complaint more than 6 time on that toll free no. But my issue didn't resolved yet.I am totally disappointed by that type of service.@JioFiberVoice @reliancejio
