    (1/n) @reliancejio @IshaAmbaniReal Pathetic service.The wires are dangling in our tower & got damaged. JioFibr Internet in 10households at Ghatkopar-E is down since 4 days & Jio technicians aren't fixing it even after multiple requests,asking us 4 guarantee! Repair or Refund asap

    @JioCare I would have requested but my area had a lot of coverage issue. Jio team had told me that they don't know when a dedicated tower for Jio will come up at my location.

    @JioCare @reliancejio still awaiting since more than a month, for return & refund for purchase of jio mesh wifi extender. Made many calls 2 cust care, sent many emails (incl to appellate authority/nodal offcr), posted many msgs over FB, FB messenger, Twitter etc but no resolution

    @sanjeevthr Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare
