    @JioCare Same reply you people are giving all the time in past three years but sorry to inform you Jio is not working for indor/outdoor..speed remains same for moving or not moving.. Jio speed is such a low that hardly I can browse any site on crome..

    @JioCare My jiofiber connection was cut by local authority while trimming trees. I raised complaint on 30/9/22Till this time my complaint were closed with resolved status whereas no one attended the complaint. Why service people reporting false/ fake status. My SR00001E9GXN.

    @JioCare sir your agent told me the following - after the 2825 (6 monty jio fbr plan) ends, if I don't recharge i will not be charged monthly -if I cancel anytime, I will get part refund of unused months -if I cancel, I don't have to give router back -₹10 per metre Correct all?

    @JioCare I already sent you a direct message. There is no response from your end. The other network providers are able to resolve the same issue in a few hours and you are taking more than 2 days and the issue is not resolved.

    Worst service by #JioFiber @JioCare @reliancejio Jio has taken my money for jiofiber installation, opened and order NO0000N2CISQ and has been absconding. Dheeraj & yogesh, are their sales guys. @JioCare Please initiate my refund and close this request.Dont want hopeless services

    @JioCare you don't have network here, you have in the same compound in front building, still you came and tell that you will give connection, but after 2 days you said that there was some verification problem that's why you didn't provide the connection.stop this fraud.#jiofiber
