    @reliancejio @JioCare @TheMukeshAmbani Pathetic internet service provided by jio in my location since past 11 months only it works at some particular hours.on the regular complaint also no solution is provided till date. So switching to airtel #jiosucks

    @JioCare so much for your 5G. I’m on post paid since last years but barely got 5G speed. It’s one of the worst mobile networks next to Airtel I have come across. And owing to your monopoly in the market you have driven out players like Aircel that delivered real quality.

    @reliancejio I understand if my area has limited availability, but why not simply explain the situation, give a timeline, or schedule a visit? Instead, the representative repeatedly ended/hung up the call and didn’t respond properly. @reliancejio Is this how you treat potential customers?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Urgent:Paid ₹2,221.46 for Jio AirFiber on 7Aug (UPI Ref:621901080229,Order No:NO0001F2PNRO). Payment is deducted, but support claims no booking exists against my number. Kindly schedule installation immediately or process a full refund ASAP. DM for details.

    It is now 22-Aug — 11 days since the order. I no longer want this connection. @reliancejio @JioCare Please cancel Order NO0001F569F6 and process my refund urgently. If you can't provide the service, please don't sell it and leave customers waiting.
