    @reliancejio @JioCare @TheMukeshAmbani Pathetic internet service provided by jio in my location since past 11 months only it works at some particular hours.on the regular complaint also no solution is provided till date. So switching to airtel #jiosucks

    @JioCare i have registered my complaint for internet connection issue by yesterday. It's more than 24 hours but issue not solved. Technician (vimal Parmar, navarangpura, Ahmedabad-9) scheduled visit for today between 12 to 1 but not come.

    Ever since @reliancejio took over Hotstar, it’s been a total downhill slide for watching IPL • Quality capped at 1080p?? • No back/forward seeking,can’t even skip 10s • Live viewer count replaced by cumulative views Absolute **** show by @JioHotstar. Huge downgrade. 👎

    @JioCare There is no internet on my postpaid mobile for last 2 days. Despite multiple calls to JioCare, I have been told that there is some network issue in my area (Kolkata). This response is unacceptable as it's been 48 hrs since no internet, & no resolution @reliancejio

    my Jiofiber no-91 565 356 4419..SR no is SR00002KM1GG I am trying since 20th April to get my WiFi fixed which is not working..The service outage since the 20th is causing me problems with my work/study, and if it is not fixed soon,I will have to disconnect @JioCare #reliancejio

    @JioCare Your team keeps giving the same response every time, but the issue is still unresolved. Calls are dropping frequently at night, making it impossible to communicate. Please provide a clear resolution instead of repeated delays. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hence when i requested to change the antenna they said it’s not possible. Even though with just two devices connected, i am facing internet disruption. I am fee up with this service 🤡

    @reliancejio worst service for International Roaming. They charge full amount for roaming. Once you land at Foreign Country then Jio network fails to make outgoing call. @JioCare @airtelindia
