Because of as usual your excuse due to more users in your area at same time. I had compliant more then 5 times (Dec19-april2020) and they Heard my problem but they didn't take action. @JioCare @ril_foundation @reliancejio @jio

Navaneeth Vijayan (@nvnth_vijayan) reported@JioCare The DM was the same generic message I always get—link to service status + reschedule. No one even checked the chat history. Nothing works, which is why I posted on X. After all that delay, this DM showed how pathetic the service is.
