  In this situation we can't complain of slow internet. Because of as usual your excuse due to more users in your area at same time. I had compliant more then 5 times (Dec19-april2020) and they Heard my problem but they didn't take action. @JioCare @ril_foundation @reliancejio @jio

  @JioCare @jiocare service request rescheduling is happening from past 10 days and multiple service requests closed without resolution and never attempted to solve. Im raising concern on service req from past 3 days in x. visit scheduled at 8pm and again it will reschedule to tomorrow.

  1/2 Really disappointed wid d cx service. We requested a simple connection relocation, bt instead our account was deleted, our no now shows as unregistered, our device was collected, ₹1,200 was taken 4 installation, n nw we're being asked to pay again 4 relocation. @reliancejio

  @JioCare The engineer visit is scheduled for last 4 days but no body visits, all I get is daily new slot and some useless people saying " We appreciate our patience and understanding" instead of actually fixing my issue.
