  Dear @JioCare @reliancejio As I told you before it I'm getting slow internet speed but still you didn't take any action and now I'm getting network fluctuations issues hence I'm in trouble to receive and connect call. Is this your action to me?

  In this situation we can't complain of slow internet. Because of as usual your excuse due to more users in your area at same time. I had compliant more then 5 times (Dec19-april2020) and they Heard my problem but they didn't take action. @JioCare @ril_foundation @reliancejio @jio

  @JioCare It's not about today I experienced an internet issue. I am facing this full month. When trying to call customer support it's not connecting. What kind of service you provide. Taking the full bill amount without any excuse and what I get is an internet connection issue, low speed.

  @JioCare My JioFiber has been down for 5 days in Puttur (574201). Nearby connection (1 km away) is working fine, so this is a local issue not resolved. Unable to reach support. Need urgent fix or disconnection & refund.

  @JioCare Can you please raise a ticket for this recurring AirFiber outage? I’d like to know what workaround you’re providing for the problem and a clear ETA on when you plan to permanently close this issue. Customers deserve accountability, not endless delays.
