Because of as usual your excuse due to more users in your area at same time. Abhishek Gattin (@abhishekgattin) reported@JioCare I have called atleast 10-12 times over last 2-3 days & yet no support executive is helpful. Also they speak in so much arroganc. They are not even transferring the call to their escalation manager, neither solving my problem nor refunding.
