@DoT_India @JioCare There is long standing complaint of villagers of my village Surajpur District Mau U.P. about the poor connectivity and frequent call drop of Jio users. It’s still not addressed by Jio. Users are frustrated. Positive steps needed.

@DoT_India @JioCare Some concrete majors are required to improve the connectivity of BSNL and Jio Network at Surajpur Bada Duar area nearing Saryu river. It’s in Mau District U.P. Hardly one can get a network there.

@reliancejio Very poor experience with customer service in Uninstalling JioFiber. Getting daily engineer visits rescheduled since 7th July. Latest date now given on 14th July. Was an advocate of the service before. False assurances being given by the customer service team.
