Thomas Joy (@thomasjoyk) reported@JioCare I appreciate you have opened the service request again. But I can see that the visit is scheduled on 9th that means my problem will not be solved for at least 8 days that is almost 1/3 of the billing period. Do you think this is acceptable?

If installation is taking this much time then god help jio customer if there is some issue. I m thinking to cancel my request.
