  In this situation we can't complain of slow internet. Because of as usual your excuse due to more users in your area at same time. I had compliant more then 5 times (Dec19-april2020) and they Heard my problem but they didn't take action. @JioCare @ril_foundation @reliancejio @jio

  @JioCare Nothing has been done yet. It's still the same and fixed replies from your time. Everytime I call customer care, they update the resolution time and then nothing happens. This should get solved by tomorrow or I am filling case against you in customer court.

  @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Why does @JioCare keep on providing the same copy paste response without checking customer queries. Supriya here comes with the same statement which Nelson previously provided. They never read customer queries.
