  What's wrong with you and your systems @reliancejio @JioCare ? Are you kidding with your customers. I complaint more then 50 times that's I'm getting network issue but no one taking any action.Can you tell me what you want?

  In this situation we can't complain of slow internet. Because of as usual your excuse due to more users in your area at same time. I had compliant more then 5 times (Dec19-april2020) and they Heard my problem but they didn't take action. @JioCare @ril_foundation @reliancejio @jio

  @ayush9050 @reliancejio @JioCare My problem was pending for more than 25 days, once their engg visited as he left home the same problem occurred, finally I switched to Airfiber, they have better service till now 😜😜

  @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia My postpaid no. is stuck on “Not Registered on Network.” eSIM failed, ₹150 SIM replacement also failed, and the new SIM was tested in another handset with the same result. if Jio fails to resolve this within 2 days, I’m porting to Airtel.

  @JioCare i want to terminate my request for air fiber installation as your service provider in the area didn’t value my time. They think I'll be available for the whole day for them. They didn't visit my home at the given time slot. Kindly help me out with refund process.

  (1/2) The router is installed by your engineer and placed at near by TV. Using only for television and last 15days we are facing the slow internet connection nobody is ready take responsibility or good service to customers. Just @JioCare Things.
