Because of as usual your excuse due to more users in your area at same time. I have called Jio several times and asked for help but there is no hearing and neither is the complaint being registered.

When I call the assigned technician, he flat-out refuses to do a home visit. How are you running an internet business when your ground team refuses to do their jobs?
