    What's wrong with you and your systems @reliancejio @JioCare ? Are you kidding with your customers. I complaint more then 50 times that's I'm getting network issue but no one taking any action.Can you tell me what you want?

    @reliancejio Myself vansh i m facing a internet problem from many days in my near locality . Kaurihar bazar Allahabad Its only buffering all day any videos . I m not able to attend my online in class in severe pandemic.due to internet issue

    In this situation we can't complain of slow internet. Because of as usual your excuse due to more users in your area at same time. I had compliant more then 5 times (Dec19-april2020) and they Heard my problem but they didn't take action. @JioCare @ril_foundation @reliancejio @jio

    Dear @JioCare If you can’t provide a stable and reliable network, then please refund my recharge amount. It’s not fair to charge users without delivering proper service. Kindly look into this issue as soon as possible....regular gd network dena tmse nhi hoga

    @reliancejio The worst customer service there is. No way to contact actual people at all. Service numbers have this stupid auto bot call system with no usefull options at all. Ordered a sim 2 weeks ago and sill no delivery, registered a complaint no response. Shame on jio.

    @JioCare There is no solution till now, my new SIM has not been delivered till date, my money is also stuck, I am calling customer care but the phone is not connecting, initially it seemed that assurance was given. Your problem will be solved in 1 day, today is the fifth day.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @relianceindltd If a relocation service request is cancelled by your backend team, it cannot be re-initiated. Why? I’m being asked to pay ₹1200 AGAIN to raise a fresh request. Why should a customer pay twice for your internal failure?

    Order ID: CO0002DO8I5S Relocation booked on 18/04/26, scheduled 19th, no technician came. Complaint (SR000033Y6JT) raised on 20/04/26, still “in progress” with resolution by 27th? Unacceptable. I’m shifting houses, relocation is time-sensitive. Need technician TODAY. @JioCare
