Because of as usual your excuse due to more users in your area at same time. I had compliant more then 5 times (Dec19-april2020) and they Heard my problem but they didn't take action. @JioCare @ril_foundation @reliancejio @jio

Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest. Otherwise refund the amount.
