Because of as usual your excuse due to more users in your area at same time. I had compliant more then 5 times (Dec19-april2020) and they Heard my problem but they didn't take action. @JioCare @ril_foundation @reliancejio @jio

We're frustrated spending extra on data add-ons, and even after recharging ₹349, we still can't use unlimited 5G. Please activate it ASAP.
