Because of as usual your excuse due to more users in your area at same time. From customer care/technician side, I am continuously getting responses like “today/tomorrow,” but there is no final update.

The engineers assigned to my issue are not answering calls and switching off their phones. Even the 4th scheduled engineer visit was skipped.
