    @reliancejio Myself vansh i m facing a internet problem from many days in my near locality . Kaurihar bazar Allahabad Its only buffering all day any videos . I m not able to attend my online in class in severe pandemic.due to internet issue

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio As I told you before it I'm getting slow internet speed but still you didn't take any action and now I'm getting network fluctuations issues hence I'm in trouble to receive and connect call. Is this your action to me?

    In this situation we can't complain of slow internet. Because of as usual your excuse due to more users in your area at same time. I had compliant more then 5 times (Dec19-april2020) and they Heard my problem but they didn't take action. @JioCare @ril_foundation @reliancejio @jio

    What's wrong with you and your systems @reliancejio @JioCare ? Are you kidding with your customers. I complaint more then 50 times that's I'm getting network issue but no one taking any action.Can you tell me what you want?

When we raised this concern again, every time the customer executive said that they were rescheduling the visit, but it never happened, neither from our side nor from theirs.     @reliancejio @JioCare With respect to the Jio Fiber at my house, the Internet is not working since Friday. Service Request (SR000037RO7J) was raised on Saturday (The earliest appointment available was Tuesday). Till date there is no internet connectivity in our Building. (1/3)

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago the nearby Jio store and submit the set-top box. When I went there, the person there refused to take it. Now a different customer executive told me, “No, don’t submit there. I am scheduling the engineer visit again.” But again, now 5 days have passed, and every day I talk to(4)

    @JioCare Schedule is THE problem. Service is down since 7th June and visit is schdeuled on 11th means 5 DAYS OF SERVICE DOWN. Your issue resolution time is TOO MUCH. btw, New installation is done in 1 day!

    How does a total scam service by @airtelindia still operate? They hate their customers. I changed my house and they neither send anyone to shift my connection nor disconnect it for more than 2 weeks! 10+ calls on their helpline also don't do anything. Time to move to @reliancejio

    @JioCare The issue has been open for 3 days now. 10 such issue have been raised in last 5 months leading to 2)+ days of internet lost. I dont wish to continue. I demand @reliancejio refund the yearly subscription I paid immediately.
