Here once we take the connection, all we have to do is to pay the bill every month five days before the due date but when we face any issue no assistance. Since I was away I had to use it and I recharged it for work related tasks. Yesterday it worked smoothly. Today I am not able to open Salesforce, Slack, Zoom or any productivity tool. But google and youtube are running like fire . What could be the issue . Can you pls help? This is urgent.
