    @JioCare dear jio ! You say it's 4G But it rarely goes over 200KB/S. On my complains getting same answers everytime. I came from @airtelindia for better services now I am regretting I should move back to airtel again. Very frustrating service from @reliancejio

    @JioCare I'm very much disappointed with the Data service you are providing at location pincode:- 211011. During the electricity interruption there is no Data connection on the phone. This is blocking us to do work from home smoothly. Please look into this on high priority .

    @JioCare my internet is not working since the last 3 days .I have raised a service request -MR000UVH0G4 but my problem can't resolved . This is not the kind of service i expected from such a big name.

    Had facing slow speed problem since years ago till today problem not resolve. I loss my data un utilised due to such problem. Company charges but fail to resolve customers problem, in such situation customer loss. Till today the problem no resolved by Relience Jio. @reliancejio

    Its been a month since the network of @JioCare 4G has become from bad to worse in my area, I have never experience such low quality of Internet Connectivity issue. First @reliancejio should work on its wrecked 4G Network before launching #jio5g

    @JioCare @reliancejio i am using jio fiber connection no-5327960197...since last 15 days speed is b/w 20-30mbps..complained so many time still nothing improved...pls update my router(dual band router)..i hope jio fiber team will resolve issue..

    @Idea @VodafoneIN what is happening to your services. It is showing 4G but I am not able to open a simple google in my browser. I am a postpaid customer of idea since 2010 but I think it’s time to switch. @JioCare any postpaid plans.

    @JioCare @JioCare Diagnostics done. All devices fail. LED: Solid Green. Past SR000031CACD tech confirmed router needs replacement. Stop stalling with links. I'm losing paid annual plan days. Generate a replacement SR today or face a formal legal complaint for deficiency in service.
