    @reliancejio is fooling its customers. In the name of 4G, internet is being provided in slow speed from 2G and it does not even have a network. I filed complaint on @JioCare several times but could not find any permanent solution. I expect @TRAI to investigate all these cases.

    @reliancejio 10-100kbps data speed for all day, I complained for several times but never solve my problem also customer care behave is very rude, if can't solve the problem and customer care behavior then really I'm not interested to use your service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio reacharg my number with 1699 1 year plan but I think jio make me fool my family have 5 jio number but internet speed is like 2g make a service request or I m take legal action against you because of ur slow speed I m in huge loss in my share market tarding

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear Team, Incompetence to resolve discrepancy in Payments not reflecting against Jio FTTH + STB Postpaid Account, Excess Amount of INR 4392 /- already made in Nov 21, despite of Excess Payments facing Service disruption barring due to Non Payment.

    @reliancejio WORST every service from so called @reliancejio. The 4G speed is in kbps you are planning for 5G. Shame on you for providing such worst services. I wasted 3K rupees by recharging with an annual plan. I want to withdraw the recharge and refund.

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare I get my jio fiber connection. I had plan of 150mbps. I have not any one of the access of 14 Ott which is recommended in plan of 150mbps.why? This is the unfair with customer. If i recharge my fiber with 999 then only get internet not ott.wrost policy
