Everytime i call customer support they say wait for another 7 to 14 days. Disappointed from the service provided by jio.

The voice work perfectly but the Data almost stop working. I have two jio connection on two different phones and both have the same issue.

The connection has been consistently very slow, making it difficult to use the service properly. If you are unable to improve network performance then it would be better to discontinue service.
