But around 5-7 days we are facing a big problem in you network. call auto decline and internet speeds is below 100kb and due to this many works are pending. Naresh Motwani (@naresham) reported@JioCare @reliancejio I fixed it. You simply had to say, On STB, Goto Settings, applications, downloaded apps, select Hotstar, Clear Data. Now open it and login again. It by default picks the subscription from the Jio STB. That's it! Sadly, Jio support team is useless as you know nothing!
