    @udaykn06 @JioCare @reliancejio @mymirabhy @MiraBhayander All network checks are successful. 17mbps is good bandwidth to watch Netflix. Suggest to check other parameters.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic and network issue not getting resolved. Few weeks ago I was at my native place in Mayapur, West Bengal, getting call drops and unable to hear other person frequently calls getting disconnected.

    @reliancejio you network was good in mumbai dahisar kandarpada. But around 5-7 days we are facing a big problem in you network. call auto decline and internet speeds is below 100kb and due to this many works are pending. So I request you to solve this problem as soon as possible.

    Dear @JioCare & @reliancejio I already Registered Many complaints regarding network speed and network issue but I receive an answer I try to upgraded our towers and you get a better services. My 1st complaint in September 2018 now is 2019 but not compliant resolve

    Hi @JioCare i never see that type of **** facilities. I cancel my connection & They give me a time 5 Nov to pickup my router device, till now i call more then 100 times . They all said we will reschedule ur time from 5th Nov to 1 DEC . They make me a fool @JioCare same on u 😡

    @reliancejio 1. Insert new Jio SIM in SIM slot 1 of your dual sim handset. 2. Go to Settings - Sim Cards & Mobile Networks and set Data Preference to Sim 1 and network mode to 4G/LTE. 3. Set "Data Roaming" as "On/Always" For help on 'How to Set up Jio Network'

    Hi @JioCare the network in Ittangihal, Vijayapur, Karnataka is very poor. Me N my colleagues face a lot of problems due to the issue. No speed even if there is 4 signal bars. Kindly look into it.

    @JioCare @zfoska Facing the same issue. Every time 2-3 days prior to expiry of the current pack these pre-call announcements start playing. And to make it worse, u cannot even skip them. Just spoke to customer care and they said they can't stop it. JIO we don't want to hear it. Period!!!
