    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a problem with your network. There is no connectivity of internet from morning onwards. Even WhatsApp also failed to upload a photo. With this speed what should I suppose to do in internet. I called care but they recommended me nothing.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Gonna change the fibre connection to another service Provider. It has been two days and the network is still not working. The call centre has been saying two hours since yesterday afternoon. Really bad service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I’m really upset that I didn’t even use the full trail period as I had to come back home because of lockdown and today again I recharged for next month as my trial period over and your representative told me if I don’t recharge my service will be terminated
