    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a problem with your network. There is no connectivity of internet from morning onwards. Even WhatsApp also failed to upload a photo. With this speed what should I suppose to do in internet. I called care but they recommended me nothing.

    @JioCare Thanks for the prompt action the technician is here now I hope issue will be resolved soon Thanks But I hope these complaints should be resolved thru the toll free no only and the technician should not fool the customer whole day and in the evening should stop picking phone

    @JioCare @reliancejio Sir maine jio fiber ka 1500 wala plan liya tha, lekin speed slow and range kam hone ki wajah se agle hi din maine iske Cancellation ke liye request kiya 2-3 din me router pick up hua lekin mere refund 500 hi aaye banki ke 1000 kab tak refund hoga. 1 month se

    @JioCare This is all that you guys give - fake assurances. Pathetic is an understatement. It’s been over 24 hours and you can’t service a simple issue. One literally has to fight a battle to connect with customer care.
