    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a problem with your network. There is no connectivity of internet from morning onwards. Even WhatsApp also failed to upload a photo. With this speed what should I suppose to do in internet. I called care but they recommended me nothing.

    @JioCare Jio fiber is not working and raised a complaint yesterday. Installed it for office work, and now I am suffering. Service request number is SR000014O5T3. Still nobody showed up. Pathetic service. Waiting for airtel fiber to reach here soon @Airtel_Presence

    My JioFiber connection has been down since 16th July. Complaint ID: SR00003BG01N (logged via MyJio app). Despite calling Jio helpline daily for the last 3 days, no resolution yet. Extremely disappointed with the lack of service and support. @JioCare resolve urgently!

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber connection is DOWN for 2 days. Service Ticket SR00002MR5CO has been falsely marked as "On Hold - OTP Validation Pending" WITHOUT any technician visit. Fix this negligence & dispatch an engineer immediately!
