    @JioCare Jio fiber is not working and raised a complaint yesterday. Installed it for office work, and now I am suffering. Service request number is SR000014O5T3. Still nobody showed up. Pathetic service. Waiting for airtel fiber to reach here soon @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a problem with your network. There is no connectivity of internet from morning onwards. Even WhatsApp also failed to upload a photo. With this speed what should I suppose to do in internet. I called care but they recommended me nothing.

    I had two Jio AirFiber connections installed on 22nd May and 24th May. Today is 3rd July, and I still haven't received my refund. This is the worst service I've ever experienced from Jio. Extremely disappointed with the delay and the lack of proper customer support. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am writing to formally escalate service request SR000039Z609 which was raised yesterday. My internet has now been completely down for over 24 hours, and your team has yet to even assign an engineer to the issue. Can somebody check?

    @JioCare I’m extremely disappointed with JioFiber. My Wi‑Fi issue is still unresolved despite multiple complaints. I booked an engineer visit for 6–7 PM, but he called to say he was busy and couldn’t attend. Please disconnect my connection nd arrange router pickup.RRIOTJJ00032826

    @JioCare My phone was stolen and I need a replacement SIM. The SIM was issued years ago using a handwritten domicile certificate. Now the store refuses due to a name/DOB mismatch. I can verify ownership with last recharge & call details. Please help via DM.
