    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a problem with your network. There is no connectivity of internet from morning onwards. Even WhatsApp also failed to upload a photo. With this speed what should I suppose to do in internet. I called care but they recommended me nothing.

    @JioCare Engineer visited on 06th Feb and himself confirmed that there is a network issue in entire area. Then why ur sales persons are making victims us if they knows the ground reality? Kindly refund the money and take ur DABBA system immediate

    @JioCare Why is your engineer repeatedly rescheduling my complaint without even informing me? It has already been rescheduled four times in one day. My internet has been down since Feb 24 and today is March 7. How many more days do I have to wait? When will my complaint be resolved?

    @JioCare not resolved for many days.The problem has been resolved only today (7th March). However, during this long gap when the internet service was not working, I have already been charged for the service

    @JioCare @JioCare Your response is not satisfactory and did not resolve my issue. I am still unable to recharge with the ₹123 plan on my Jio Bharat phone. Please check the issue properly and provide a clear solution.

    @reliancejio your money wil go waste and you will never get sim card delivered. I asked to please share with me their number so I can call and come, they refused any contact and it seems to me the store is absolutely not interested in selling new JIO connections.

    @JioCare the refund amount is expected to arrive in 45-90 days. the expected amount is 150rs. seriously jio guys. you think this is good customer service. ??? i could have asked the airtel guy to install one asap but i waited for more than 20 days now... shame on you...2/2
