    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a problem with your network. There is no connectivity of internet from morning onwards. Even WhatsApp also failed to upload a photo. With this speed what should I suppose to do in internet. I called care but they recommended me nothing.

    @JioCare @JioCare you don't bother to care your customer now and providing standard response and not sorting out the issue..if you can not solve then let the customer know so that w can change our operator and nvr ever use jio Sim and do not recomnd to use either in my family and friends

    Never go for fiber connection from @JioCare. Their sales team will fool you and sell postpaid when you actually wanted a prepaid. The internet won't work after installation & you'll get to know the technical details filled by sales team were wrong so wifi cannot be activated.

    @reliancejio @JioCare - i have been using Jio fibre ( +913335617230),since last 4 months the live wire is been left exposed inside my house. Had called up service manager Abhishek multiple times to fix it but issue is unresolved

    @JioCare Pathetic service , request keeps on rescheduling, technician asks bribe and half of the time they just cancel or mark request completed without even doing it. we also have been forced to buy a new connection and cancel old one istead of solving issue#jio #reliancejio

    @JioCare the services were suppose to happen from last week..but I still waited for a 10 days to get it resumed..poor management and worst professionalism…kindly repay my amount with interest or else I’ll go to consumer court.
