Again I rescheduled an engineer visit for 29.04.2026 b/w 6 to 7 pm but again it was rescheduled from backend without my consent. This drama of automatic rescheduling is going on for 3 days but no resolution.

Despite multiple complaints to customer care and escalation to appellate authority, the issue is still unresolved. No engineer visit, no resolution timeline given.This level of service is unacceptable.
