@JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a problem with your network. There is no connectivity of internet from morning onwards. Even WhatsApp also failed to upload a photo. With this speed what should I suppose to do in internet. I called care but they recommended me nothing.

@JioCare Jio fiber is not working and raised a complaint yesterday. Installed it for office work, and now I am suffering. Service request number is SR000014O5T3. Still nobody showed up. Pathetic service. Waiting for airtel fiber to reach here soon @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare Ye sab doglapan hai. I changed my number from jio to another company only because everytime I call customer care number they told wait some time net issue will be fixed. I waited 1 year and now I changed it. Rakho tumhara customer satisfaction.

@reliancejio I live in surat (gujarat) is there 5g network?? Will you get a 5g sim Reliance store? I have a 4g sim card, do I have to upgrade to 5g? If the 4g recharge plan is not completed, is it necessary to create a recharge plan for 5g? And does 5G network work in 4G phones?

Hi @reliancejio, there is no internet connection in my Jio Fibre connection from 3Sep2022 till date, even after several call and complaints the issue has not resolved yet. I'm highly disappointed for this. Please refund my balance money I'll take another connection.

@JioCare my worst experience ever i filed a complaint yesterday, as per tele discussion the service person has scheduled it for 12-1 pm today, and no one came to me When I talked to the customer care they say that the engineer came but my house was closed what is the answer. 🤬🤬
