@JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a problem with your network. There is no connectivity of internet from morning onwards. Even WhatsApp also failed to upload a photo. With this speed what should I suppose to do in internet. I called care but they recommended me nothing.

@JioCare Jio fiber is not working and raised a complaint yesterday. Installed it for office work, and now I am suffering. Service request number is SR000014O5T3. Still nobody showed up. Pathetic service. Waiting for airtel fiber to reach here soon @Airtel_Presence

Its been over 5+ months since I first interacted with customer care executive in a refund case. Only a reference number was issued. No work has been done thereafter whatsoever. Extremely pathetic Customer service. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest @JioCare

Dear @reliancejio ,why it's not important to give anyone option to skip the reminder that his plan is going to expire in 3 days ?. imagine in case of an emergency if anyone is trying to contact anyone... And you're pushing a min long reminder in between...
