@JioCare Jio fiber is not working and raised a complaint yesterday. Installed it for office work, and now I am suffering. Service request number is SR000014O5T3. Still nobody showed up. Pathetic service. Waiting for airtel fiber to reach here soon @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a problem with your network. There is no connectivity of internet from morning onwards. Even WhatsApp also failed to upload a photo. With this speed what should I suppose to do in internet. I called care but they recommended me nothing.

@JioCare hey please improve network services in my area . Network speed is very low like 20kbps to 40 kbps. Sometimes 4G+ network connects in whole day . Unable to take online classes and other works this is not 4G speed . Please improve this as soon as possible @reliancejio

@JioCare I have DM.ed all the information. But you have not solved the issue. Without solving, you're just asking repetitively same questions, just to make sure that you have responded to the query. Jio will not retain customers if the customer service is like this.

@reliancejio @JioCare it’s been 72 hours till now I didn’t get any response from jio support. When a person wants new jio connection they send immediately a person to setup the connection. So why now they are not giving the service to customer.
