@JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a problem with your network. There is no connectivity of internet from morning onwards. Even WhatsApp also failed to upload a photo. With this speed what should I suppose to do in internet. I called care but they recommended me nothing.

@reliancejio @JioCare #JioFiber Very poor services for jio fiber. I ordered a jio set top box a week ago and it has not been installed yet. The service personnel keeps on rescheduling the installation. This is highly disappointing.

@ANI Until we had Jio, we had to pay for incoming + internet of 1 Gb per month + std calls, these companies were minting money back then…now 2 gb per day + unlimited calls pan india and boss, no one can compare with @reliancejio international service & tariff..:blessed to have Jio

@JioCare only thing i hear is sorry for inconvenience. If i want new connection thn i can get jn 15 min bt if there is service issue then it will take 10 days. Hell service. Worst service care. No help from company at all.

Jio is the Worst mobile network ever. Now, I have to be stuck with this network for three months. I thought airtel is bad but now I understood what have I done. Continuous slow internet, no network, slow Internet speed, can't do Internet at night. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare

@JioCare I really don't understand this. If there is no willingness to process my request just let me know. I would be happy to contribute 2500/- in Jio's fund. May these 2500/- increase RIL's share price in future. Really pathetic service
