    @JioCare Jio fiber is not working and raised a complaint yesterday. Installed it for office work, and now I am suffering. Service request number is SR000014O5T3. Still nobody showed up. Pathetic service. Waiting for airtel fiber to reach here soon @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a problem with your network. There is no connectivity of internet from morning onwards. Even WhatsApp also failed to upload a photo. With this speed what should I suppose to do in internet. I called care but they recommended me nothing.

    Day 4 and still no action from regarding pickup of my additional setup box. I have already raised complaints and tweeted multiple times, yet I’m being charged ₹200/month unnecessarily. Extremely disappointed with the service and delay. Kindly resolve this immediately. @JioCare

    @JioCare This is a recurring issue in Udayagiri every time I visit due to repeated external wire problems. I need an actual resolution timeline and accountability, not repeated automated updates.

    Worst condition @JioCare @reliancejio 5G network service and internet speed very slow what type service providing ? Monopoly that recharge price increases but why not providing network service ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Request ID: CO0002FDQNJE to relocate. I have raised request on 12th May.Technician is not answering the phone n there is no resolution.Customer care says they will come today since last 3 days but today has not come.Pls help in resolving today
