@JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a problem with your network. There is no connectivity of internet from morning onwards. Even WhatsApp also failed to upload a photo. With this speed what should I suppose to do in internet. I called care but they recommended me nothing.

@JioCare Jio fiber is not working and raised a complaint yesterday. Installed it for office work, and now I am suffering. Service request number is SR000014O5T3. Still nobody showed up. Pathetic service. Waiting for airtel fiber to reach here soon @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare @JioCare Vaishali, I am already on 5GHz. The speed is still less than the promised speed. The router has been restarted multiple times. Connection is dropping frequently. I pay for 300Mbps but getting 180Mbps. 2.4Ghz cannot provide 180Mbps anyway. I need phone support pls.
