    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a problem with your network. There is no connectivity of internet from morning onwards. Even WhatsApp also failed to upload a photo. With this speed what should I suppose to do in internet. I called care but they recommended me nothing.

    @JioCare Jio fiber is not working and raised a complaint yesterday. Installed it for office work, and now I am suffering. Service request number is SR000014O5T3. Still nobody showed up. Pathetic service. Waiting for airtel fiber to reach here soon @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare recently I had purchased a jio air fiber plan and within 20 days of connection there is no internet connectivity to the router. No support from backend no solution since last two days no internet. Disappointed a lot plz refund amount.

    @JioCare I am a media entertainment professional so it will take me less than a minute to spread the nasty narrative online. How poor operations you guys have? Lazy, incompetent staff and careless management. You guys really need some serious help!!!

    @JioCare Hi Mohit, Please arrange for a technical engineer to visit and check the issue on-site. This problem has been occurring for many months, and I am still experiencing very low speeds and frequent disconnections. I am extremely frustrated and need a permanent resolution.

    @JioCare SR0000378ZG9 has been raised no network from noon @JioCare 9th SR in last 6 months 3rd in last 2 weeks ! Way to go @MukashAmbani thank you for this monopoly

    @Jiocare service engineer admitted he has no permanent solution and advised for port. Request senior management to urgently investigate the recurring faults, provide a permanent resolution, and clarify whether JioFiber can reliably sup #JioFiber #CustomerService #InternetOutage
