    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a problem with your network. There is no connectivity of internet from morning onwards. Even WhatsApp also failed to upload a photo. With this speed what should I suppose to do in internet. I called care but they recommended me nothing.

    @JioCare As I mentioned in the main thread, there is no JioFiber in my region. Need to work with mobile hotspot (that too is very slow). Mob. 9451476957 Latitude-Longitude, Pin code are there in the main thread. Thank you for quick response. I'm sure @reliancejio will help resolving it.

    @JioCare It’s been weeks after my complaint, no action taken, no update. I’m so disappointed. You ask us to DM and then keep stretching the issue. Every time I get a “looking into it, thanks for your patience” reply. I don’t have any patience left now.

    @reliancejio.I want to buy new 4g mobile with Jio number. But worried that if 5g launch in India next year. Will 4g service will be stop. Like I am getting now 2g with 3g mobile Handset. Zero speed.

    @reliancejio TBH I’m frustrated with the poor speed even in a postpaid connection. Assist me with the steps on how to proceed with surrendering the connection and get back the security deposit. Jio Postpaid is a pain in the ***.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I have made a request to port my number from @VodafoneGroup to jio but now I got to know that some1 from that Vodafone called me posing as jio executive and send a message to send a message to 190 cancel and my number. I do not want to cancel my port.
