    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a problem with your network. There is no connectivity of internet from morning onwards. Even WhatsApp also failed to upload a photo. With this speed what should I suppose to do in internet. I called care but they recommended me nothing.

    @JioCare Thats not a way to solve consumer problems, I DM you, I give all the information you want, and then you say lot of people are using your internet therefore I will not be able to access internet 3 months? Then why are charging money, give it back and take take your plan.

    I-UW-SMLI-OSC-0067 this tower is installed at our location , but due to hardware issue the calling quality is worst and the whole village is facing a lot of issue , and the contractor of tower does not respond since two month , we are unable to call , @JioCare @reliancejio
