    @JioCare Jio fiber is not working and raised a complaint yesterday. Installed it for office work, and now I am suffering. Service request number is SR000014O5T3. Still nobody showed up. Pathetic service. Waiting for airtel fiber to reach here soon @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a problem with your network. There is no connectivity of internet from morning onwards. Even WhatsApp also failed to upload a photo. With this speed what should I suppose to do in internet. I called care but they recommended me nothing.

    @JioCare your jio fiber services in Delhi Lajpat Nagar -1 are horrible. Since past 1 month every few days the internet is not working, after every day or two and engineer comes to fix it. It works for a couple of hours and then goes bad again.

    @JioCare @JioCare Are you looking into the issue .Re-iterating my issue again. 1.Postpaid plan but I have to recharge like prepaid each month.(I need rental bill same like postpaid) 2. Two voucher coupon deducted though both recharge was unsuccessful. (Total 300/- Loss, please add again)

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, I have been a JioFiber customer for 5+ years. I never thought I'd have to come on Twitter for something as simple as a router relocation. This has been one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I've ever had. 1/8
