    @JioCare Jio fiber is not working and raised a complaint yesterday. Installed it for office work, and now I am suffering. Service request number is SR000014O5T3. Still nobody showed up. Pathetic service. Waiting for airtel fiber to reach here soon @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a problem with your network. There is no connectivity of internet from morning onwards. Even WhatsApp also failed to upload a photo. With this speed what should I suppose to do in internet. I called care but they recommended me nothing.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 2nd service disruption in 3 days. Opened case at 12:23 PM. Engg not assigned until now, even after 4hrs. This is the situation in Bengaluru, IT Capital of India. TAT for SR is too much. Will DM details, pls address at the earliest.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, I have never seen such a pathetic network! Calls do not connect and the internet is completely unusable in my village. Despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution and our recharges are going to waste.

    Unacceptable service by @RelianceJio @JioCare! 😡 My JioAirFiber order was marked as "ACTIVATED" today without ANY physical installation or hardware setup at my home in Jaisalmer. Technician calling for OTP without doing the job. Is this how you treat customers @TRAI

    Strongly condemn @reliancejio! Paid ₹2,221.46 for JioFiber, but despite a confirmed installation appointment on 22 July, no technician arrived. Repeated complaints brought no solution. After cancellation, I’m told to wait 10–12 days for my refund. Unacceptable!
