@JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a problem with your network. There is no connectivity of internet from morning onwards. Even WhatsApp also failed to upload a photo. With this speed what should I suppose to do in internet. I called care but they recommended me nothing.

@JioCare Jio fiber is not working and raised a complaint yesterday. Installed it for office work, and now I am suffering. Service request number is SR000014O5T3. Still nobody showed up. Pathetic service. Waiting for airtel fiber to reach here soon @Airtel_Presence

@reliancejio @RelianceDigital No Wonder Jio is losing customer base month on month. I was trying to buy a wifi device for my sim from R-Digital for 8 months, and their inventory never gets refilled. #airtel4g is tempting to go with its device in the market.

@JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir
