@JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a problem with your network. There is no connectivity of internet from morning onwards. Even WhatsApp also failed to upload a photo. With this speed what should I suppose to do in internet. I called care but they recommended me nothing.

@JioCare Set top box stopped working since Sunday, Called and Registered complaint on Monday, no ome came for 2 days, today called again and had to registered complaint again, given time was 4:30,it's 5:40 now, still no one came, no resolution of complaint even after 60 hours

@JioCare I am still apprehensive as to how long this normal situation would last. Because the disruptions have happened 3 times in last 40 days. Each lasting 3+ days. Today's resolution was provided after 5 days.

@JioCare Disgustingly terrible service by Jio. I booked a fiber connection and paid over 3500 for it. Didn't hear anything for four days. So naturally I cancelled and asked for a refund which was given. Then out of desperation I had to book again as I need a connection... (1)

@JioMart @reliancejio I ordered some fruits in jio Mart on 11th July today's my expected delivery date but suddenly my delivery date change now its tomorrow. Others do delivery in same day within a few minutes. Such a very poor service of jio..harrasment unsatisfied flop services
