@JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a problem with your network. There is no connectivity of internet from morning onwards. Even WhatsApp also failed to upload a photo. With this speed what should I suppose to do in internet. I called care but they recommended me nothing.

@JioCare @JioCare I have submitted my jio fiber device at your Jio Care to Mr Pankaj Sharma in Kota Rajasthan on 3 Sept 2021 but since then I have not received the security refund amount in my bank account. I am really disappointed with such a slow service. Details in DM.

@reliancejio I am a loyal Jio Customer since the time it is launched, but the issue which i raised long back about poor network is still not resolved. Getting just about 0.25Mbps speed under the name of 4G, living in Tata colony, Mulund East, which is a city area.

@JioCare Day 3 - Jio Fiber issue still not resolved, no one from #Jio even came or called to take note of the frequent Internet disconnection ! #Airtel is far far better in providing customer services, regretting the decision to go for #JioFiber
