    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a problem with your network. There is no connectivity of internet from morning onwards. Even WhatsApp also failed to upload a photo. With this speed what should I suppose to do in internet. I called care but they recommended me nothing.

    @JioCare Enough of your service now. We had raised this concern in the past also but nothing happened. We are happy to switch to Airtel now. At least they have good priority for the customer

    @JioCare I am having issue with my jio fi router I had purchased 2-3 days back and I am having packet loss as my IT team chcked i am abt to lose my job bcz of this, I don't need 2-3 mbps speed I need atleast 500-800kbps stable speed to connect with my co. vpn do fix it ASAP,

    @reliancejio trying fiber net from last 2 year but no coverage in my area……My friend is using fiber net which is 300 meter away from my location…..but you didn’t increase you connectivity….poor service @JioCare @TRAI #jio #JioFiber #poorservice
