    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing a problem with your network. There is no connectivity of internet from morning onwards. Even WhatsApp also failed to upload a photo. With this speed what should I suppose to do in internet. I called care but they recommended me nothing.

    @Airtel_Presence Another day without a resolution just a simple call from Niranjan Kumar that he can't do anything on this particular issue. If you guys are not willing to troubleshoot then please process the refund. Will opt for @reliancejio

    @JioCare Just got Jio, network is immediately better and I also wonder, it says I have True 5G enabled or something like that but 5G isn’t really running, do I have to be in a better network zone to be able to use 5G?

    @reliancejio order ID 16706903360322518A shows return initiated but product picked up.Status not changed, no any refund received after making several complaint. Last option is consumer forum... Very bad response from JioMart customer care.
