    @JioCare Hello Team, I am really frustrated with your network service since I ported from Vodaphone to Jio. I am not able to make calls or receive calls most of the time I get error "Server Unreachable" . Request you to please resolve my issue asap as it is urgent otherwise

    @JioCare #fiber #Ludhiana srv. No. SR0001JBEQI , no action taken from 12h , vry poor service. Well trained customer support to make excuse. Updated info from cc, now Jio ENGINEERS will visit after 24hrs to my house..really..who is going to pay my loss due to internet issue ?

    @JioCare .my Jio fibre number is 914479614083. I have been requesting the set top box for the last 2 months. So many e mails. & calls to customer care is not needed .I got connection during 2019 and set top box was not issued that time but figured as "issued" in your database.

    @JioCare your service engineers do not have decency to talk to a customer . It’s really pathetic when you need to call them 20 times and when they finally pick up they say I will not come ,do whatever you can .
