Mohammed arbaj (@imarbajofficial) reported@JioCare Nothing is change because I use jio sim since 2017/18 to 2025 but I'm ported into airtel but unfortunately @airtelindia has been same problem at my location. if electricity is here so good connectivity and great network, but electricity is gone then ñetwork is fully gone.

You are forcing your customers to take that route

In June alone, my connection died THREE times (SR00002LW4MI, SR00002LS7IQ, SR000037OJ0T), each lasting 24+ hours. In April, I suffered a 5-DAY complete blackout. Zero permanent fixes, just cheap, temporary band-aids.

Giving 50 extra for good service is most worthy than having a recharge with no use. @JioCare i did complaint many times but no resolutions provided. Internet speed as well as signal strength is too much poor. Inside home i can't get or make any call.
