    @reliancejio @JioCare its horrible at my place. Its not jio, but maro as even 2 g doesn't works. We cant even talk for a minute. Please see to it and resolve asap. Location attached

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have often complained that indoor network is very bad but deaf jio technical team does not handle it. I am a postpaid customer and jio speed is so slow that page does not open even in 2-3 minutes and reload comes.

    @reliancejio it is very ridiculous & scrapped service by RELIANCE JIO today already 6th day still excuses are given for my relocation from 3rd floor to grnd flr of same bldg Ref code issued CO0000K5VXRM time given 10 am it is already 1 pm now very scrapped & hassle service

    I am user of jio fiber 25th February i coll customer care to resolve my case sr no SR000018ZZDR But unfortunately there is no response for our side Jiocompany is very wourst company. This is my big mistake i have to choose jio fiber . @reliancejio @JioCare @simplyshehzan

    @JioCare I have been waiting for my refund for Jio Fiber, It's been more than tat given for refund. One peace of advice, It's good you people upgraded your services and providing Fiber internet, Why not upgrade your customer service/IVR to be more customer centric..!
