    @reliancejio @JioCare its horrible at my place. Its not jio, but maro as even 2 g doesn't works. We cant even talk for a minute. Please see to it and resolve asap. Location attached

    @VodafoneIdeaIN @reliancejio Cuz they are unable to get in touch with me on the number i am raising a complaint for. Still they are unabke to fix the issue. Clearly they do have untrained professionals who cannot solve an issue related to their company. Please do not use @vodafonein1 sim cards.

    @reliancejio fiber connection has gone pathetically slow . Even watsapp shows connecting for a few seconds. Issue has not been resolved inspite of multiple complaints . @JioCare

    @JioCare my fiber connection with no 5412357650 is not working since a week. red light blinking. no technician visit and complaint gets automatically resolved.Audacity of customer service personnel is they won't accept nor help to raise issue and only tell a repeat 24 hr deadline

    @JioCare it's sad that there is no way to reach a customer care executive for Jio Fiber support via the toll free numbers. I cancelled my Jio Fiber order more than 15 days back, but yet to receive refund. Number for Appellate authority goes unaswered.

    dear @reliancejio @JioCare why are available in chandigarh because you available only few are why other people they also use your net than why are you not provided jio fiber in our are i am still wait 1 years if your are not provided your network in our area than. why why why???

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice sadly, I havent received any SR number to track the request except ur words. Why should I believe your words, which were same for past 25 days, rather than the resolution? If 25days are not enough for u to resolve the issue, why are giving 10 days for bill payment??

    @JioCare is one of worst customer support services. They not understand the issue just write predefined apologies statement. Samething happening with me from last 15 days. Even they not call to understand the issue. My order no is NO0000JNDME8, booked 11-dec bt still not install
