    @reliancejio @JioCare its horrible at my place. Its not jio, but maro as even 2 g doesn't works. We cant even talk for a minute. Please see to it and resolve asap. Location attached

    @JioCare @reliancejio 🤔i get 50-60kbps max speed in my jio network i am thinking to port out to other network i have tried to reslove my issue by calling customer care 7-8 times but still not solved

    @JioCare Order No: NO001DEAT7O Ordered a port SIM on 11th May. After waiting 12 days, the delivery agent said the request expired and I must restart the process. Money isn’t the issue — Jio wasted my valuable time with such poor service.

    @JioCare Wait till infinity??? It’s been 13 days and still no one visited to check the issue. Daily scheduling fake engineer visits and fooling us. Been frustrated a lot and not able to take any more. Kindly stop this harassment and take your box back as i am shifting to other network.

    @JioCare Sir/Madam The wire of my jio fiber has become loose and is hanging on the earth between two poles. If it is not tightened it may be broken by animals moving on the road thereby disrupting the internet services. This is to request you to kindly get it corrected.
