    @reliancejio @JioCare its horrible at my place. Its not jio, but maro as even 2 g doesn't works. We cant even talk for a minute. Please see to it and resolve asap. Location attached

    @reliancejio worst experience and customer service after porting to Jio. number got deactivated claiming the non usage or recharge for more than 90 days. number ported to Jio on May 6 2022, recharged with 240, 1102, 1559, 200 in the last two and a half month number till July 26.

    @JioCare I bought 2 Nokia C30 Plus handset on 19th Sept 2021 in Reliance Digital store, Bailey Road Patna Bihar. We were told that our Old Jio Sim will work. But after 2 days our Old Jio Sim got blocked. On 22nd Sept, 21 we visited Reliance digital store, they told to visit Nokia service

    @reliancejio Team, We are appreciated your Vision and target but currently your 4G network is not available in many cities location. I will say cities, rural area is a next level work. I will already twite but your team was say "we try in future". Then I think 5G service is not possible.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCare jio small cell tower installed at village Reda(pincode-495692) is highly unstable.The signal level is constantly fluctuating since a week. No one from jio team is visiting to correct the issue.We are now tired of very poor jio network. It's highly frustrating.
