It is concerning that direct access to a customer executive is not provided within your current support structure. This represents a significant service deficiency.

Bhavin Thakker (@BhavinBat7) reported@JioCare I have 5G unlimited plan active on my no. However not getting 5G speed. When chat with Jio care said you have exhausted your 2.5 gb data plan. Where as plan has 5G unlimited where 5G service is available.
