    @JioCare As I mentioned this is what is happening since 3rd of April. Every day a new date is assigned no resolution.

    @JioCare I am currently in the USA and my primary number [+91——-0072] has been disconnected. This number is linked to my Bank & Govt IDs. I have no one in India to visit a store. I’ve sent an email requesting an e-SIM activation via my registered email. Please help!

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio The technician called and confirmed it’s a backend issue affecting many people nearby in my areas- apps not loading and buffering. Since it’s still unresolved, I need a clear response on what will be done, please escalate this to a senior authority.

    @JioCare It’s been days and my rebate SR (SR0000348COB) is still “in progress” with no update or credit. How long should a customer wait for a simple rebate? This unnecessary delay is unacceptable. Kindly escalate immediately and process my full rebate for ~13 days downtime on priority

    @JioCare Internet down since 26 April night(SR00002KQUX2). #harrasment by #Jio customer support. I tried 20-30times, agents keep on disconnecting the call since I dont know hindi. #hindiimposition in modern ways? If you cannot provide proper support why doing business here?
