  @JioCare : this is the third time in a months time - we are facing issue with Jio Fiber connectivity. There is no proper response when we raise a complaint and they take 3-4 days to respond to the complaint. Also, your support guy asks us to switch connection to other provider.

  What kind of ****** services is @reliancejio providing to air fiber customers? Do any of your customer care numbers work? I have an interest speed of 0.34 mbps and I am paying for 100 mbps! And when I dial to complain, an auto responder plays a template msg blaming congestion!
