    @ianupranjankarn @JioCare Anup, its a waste of time. The Cc will keep sending the same reply. And they wont give you any escalation poc. And their technical team won't even bother on your ticket. Switch to a different network if possible.

    Pathetic @JioCare @reliancejio. Made a big mistake switching to Jio. planning to go back to @ACTFibernet. Jio customer care should learn from ACT on resolution time.

    @reliancejio This company is committed to provide good network by removing the existing mobile tower and compelling the subscribers to port their SIM. Knocking on their door since 18 Jan but no action to improve network. Shameless people

    @JioCare my 5-6 years old jio sim card is broken i went to the store to get a new one with the same number but the store says the spelling of my name in my document is not matching with the document i have earlier and they need same document i gave earlier! I mean really @JioCare
