@FnaticBlast I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

@Samiulhoque90 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare I am facing jio fiber service issue at my location from last 7 days and no service executive responding. My question is if we are paying for half yearly subscription then almost 30 day we are not get service who will responsible for that.
