@reliancejio My jio fiber network is not giving Wi-Fi for last 2days. Raised service request yesterday. Got a call from +918400794767 informing me of backend problem. After 10 minutes, I got msg that my problem is resolved. I contacted that number but he is evasive. Fed up of Jio

Hello @JioCare I need to complaint against one of your Home Sales Officer of Jio Fibre working in Kota, Rajasthan. The guy asked me send him money thru UPI for activating suspended service & later asked for more to transfer. On refusing, he has stopped responding.

@JioCare pathetic network coverage on @reliancejio no 90131 90131 & 9999388777 even after repetitive complaints since 2020 @Secretary_DoT should suspend the licence of jio.

@JioCare it’s so irritating to get calls every other day from your customer support or whatever department to remind us that our data plan is over , those guys over there just bug me every other day to do my jio recharge it’s too Damm irritating

@JioCare what is even a benefit of having dnd when you end up getting 2-3 spam calls from these banks or loan companies every hour. Plz suggest a way to resolve this issue.
