  @JioCare has the worst customer care service. Been days since internet is down, ticket raised, but no update, no engineer alloted or reached out, customer care online and through phone offers no help. @airtelindia I'm interested in half yearly broadband connection..time to switch

  @JioCare This process has been done on that day it self when I booked but is there any progress on that or not that's matters to me and if you not able to provide service on time I request to cancel my request and refund me else I will go for consumer case @Consumer2Court

  @JioCare 's network has been experiencing issues for the past 11 days, and the service is completely down. When the matter was reported to the concerned district official, the response was that the Jio team is not even present in Chhattisgarh— @reliancejio

  Jio network in PIN code 221202 is absolutely terrible right now. The network is barely working, and the internet speed is extremely poor. This is honestly the worst network experience ever. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. @reliancejio

  @JioCare Guys I called and he says it's not my area won't come. Please send someone who works in the area. Please send someone between 5 to 7pm. I have requested in app also to reschedule but the experience is really bad.
