@reliancejio @TRAI I have paid reliance jio enterprise mobile bill on 5th aug but it still showing unpaid on portal when I call their customer care they don’t know how to talk they even don’t raise complain regarding system issues.

When you contact @JioCare helpline, it takes 3 minutes and 15 seconds to register a request to hear a human voice, it takes another 2 minutes to get to hear the human voice, who takes several minutes to resolve the problem which was created by the Jio in the first place. 👍👍

@JioCare @reliancejio We do recharge of Rs 1178.82 every month but the speed is so bad that don't ask, you can see in the photo you claim that the speed will be 150mbps. But it does not work so many times complaining that nothing happened. This is your service.

@JioCare today is 5th day, no issue resolution, no response, I am just getting appointment message, nobody interested to check issue. No one showed up. Totally unprofessional approach and experiencing worst ever
