  Kindly reply @JioCare Your engineer has not even made an attempt for a visit and he has kept my complaint on hold by saying that no was there at the premises??? Where my Househelp and my mother have never left the house. This shows the level of incompetence of @reliancejio

  @JioCare This is unacceptable. It's been over a week and the issue is still unresolved. No proper updates, no accountability, and customers are left without service. If this is not restored immediately, I'll be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities and the telecom regulator.

  .@JioCare my service request is being postponed recurrently without any engineer visit. Every time the date of appointment comes it is being rescheduled for some "technical reasons". What kind of pathetic service is this. Number is SR00003C2KOL

  @reliancejio I’m a student and currently not earning, so I can’t recharge regularly.I also use JioFiber.I’ve been warned that my SIM may be deactivated,but my bank ac. and imp. services are linked to this number.If deactivation causes me academic problems,Jio will be responsible
