    Hi @JioCare , Despite multiple attempts to contact customer care jio airfiber, your system keeps stating there is an “outage in my area” and then disconnects the call. I can't even raise any ticket from MyJio app as it says the same, seems impossible to reach any support.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is incorrect and irrelevant. My complaint is not about security deposit. Please address the actual issue: • Why was my connection suspended despite advance balance? • Why was my unused balance not credited within 90 days? • How was my money adjusted?????/

    @JioCare Extremely poor service from @JioCare @reliancejio. Booked JioFiber on 7 Apr (Order ID: NO0001CQ6V6A) with same-day installation commitment. Complaint SR000032ZELB registered next day and multiple installation time slots were promised via email. Third day also passed

    @icesprings @reliancejio @TRAI Yes you are absolutely right they keep the customers waiting for a solution to their problems with jio home they have no regards to senior citizens

    @JioCare After wasting three days you need a DM, even though every details like order id and request numbers are already shared over email, same is also mentioned here in the post, still you need a DM. Never seen a poor service like jio.

    @JioCare my patience ran out days ago. It has been 9 days with no resolution, and generic updates like these are no longer acceptable. I am making it very clear: if you have a solution, fix it within the next 24 hours. If not, stop wasting my time and process my full refund immediately
