    @JioCare @JioCare I am continuously receiving generic responses but no actual resolution. The service remains down and no engineer has visited yet. Kindly provide a definite timeline, otherwise I will be escalating this matter to the Consumer Forum and telecom authorities.

    @JioCare Still I am waiting for jio connection. A guy Srinivas Swain called and said he would do KYC 1st. I said I leave for office at 9.30 please come before that. He said he will and is not picking calls since 2 days. Please fix the issue soon.

    @Abhishe90001270 @JioCare I am facing the same issue. They keep giving repeated assurances and claiming that the matter has been escalated, but no actual work is being done. My JioFiber relocation is still pending, no engineer has contacted or visited me. Customers need resolutions, not repeated promises

    The least you can do is provide a case/reference number and the current status of my refund. If you can't even share that, it raises serious concerns about where the refund request stands. It's disappointing to see a customer support team repeatedly asking for patience @JioCare

    @rutu609 @JioCare As more high rises start coming up, mobile networks are going to get affected. There are shops here inside a building, i dont get network there and its hardly 10 mtrs from road.

    @reliancejio I got a new jio fibre connection. But I am unable to update the ssid and password after following all the steps. Also even connected devices are shown incorrectly. Kindly fix the issue

    Guys if you want the worst internet service Pls go with jio air fiber, they are not even able to install it for the last 15 days. @JioCare
