    @JioCare @reliancejio I recently got a new jio fiber connection in my home . Then I started facing problem in his router, his 4g 2.4 GHz network is not connecting in any device.I talked to customer care about this problem, they are also not helping.

    @JioCare Moreover just next to my flat at my neighbor house there is a jio fiber installed with the set top box . So how this is possible that they are eligible and i am not ? Is jio is kidding with the customer? And sales person do not bother to pick up the phone after registration .

    @JioCare Two recharges have been done in one day tomorrow. 149 rupees has been recharged. But 199 taka was not recharged but the money was deducted from my bank account.This whole thing has happened in a jio number. If you solve the problem

    Fraud @JioCare fiber connection given at my home gets disconnected frequently poor service from their employees had to arrange alternative connection inspite of having a postpaid connection. Fraud company.

    @JioCare fibre is the worst service provoder. In the matter of 50 days our entwork was down for more than 10 days. Today also the internet is down. We raised the request since yesterday but they have put our priority to last and the engineer will come in the evening.

    @JioCare In my area there are lacks of jio user please try to upgrade your network by installing new Towers in our area we are facing this problem from more than a year if jio can't take steps in this matter then we&our society peoples going to leave jio family and Port to another network

    @JioCare You are working since 22/03/2022 without any fruitful result and on the other hand Jio is the (self claimed) fastest network of country. I want my money back by today as being a poor guy 1500rs is alot for me. Note: Of jio wants then they can refund me 10x. I WON'T MIND

    @JioCare if you are not able to provide service to your customer then why you are giving false promises. Your installation agent are giving illogical arguments for installation . Now that is enough . I want my money 2500 rs back .

    If you are planning to go for @reliancejio fiber, i would recommend you to think thousands times before subscribing. They have the worst customer support I have ever expirenced. It's been 3 days since it's not working and they have no answer to it. @JioCare #jiofiber

    @JioCare The customer service is terrible; the customer care helpline number simply doesn't connect—and it never will. The Jio app offers no options to resolve issues. Recharge costs are exorbitant, and there are no offers available; there is no one to provide guidance.

    Yet again another disappointment with @reliancejio @JioCare. My registered mobile number for JioFiber is different than what is used as RMN in JioSTB. When I try to update back to actual mobile number, it errors out with authentication failure! Called up multiple times, no help.

    @JioCare @JioCare -Priyanka the resolution u have given me doesnot help as the entire building and the area doesnot get signal.The resolution u gave is to change the SIM which means u r claiming that Jio SIMs donot work. Kindly first reach out to the customer and understand the concern.
