    @JioCare your internet strength is very poor, within a distance of 20 -30 metres the wifi strength goes down to 1/2. I have been trying to solve it, I have to stay in one-room to work...

    @JioCare @reliancejio my Jio fiber wasn’t working on 10th September. I complained and it was resolved on 11th September. Again today since 4pm onwards, the same isn’t working. Again Jio fiber not working.

    Calls through sim are getting disconnected soon after dialling in my locality from past two days. Not able to call even jio helpline. Take action soon. No issues outside this locality. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Yes, this will not solve, untill you install a tower in my building, or some wired connection from your tower. Cc is not at all responsive and evry time their recorder says we are looking faster resolution for net speed. Without speedy net, nobody is hero

    @JioCare You guys are not understanding my concern .You are just coping and pasting your scripted dialogues to maintain your image. If you have any sense of understanding then why installation should be pending since 3 days.i want my full money rs 2500 back .As i didn't want such service

    As usual horrible support from @reliancejio it's been more than a week I am trying to re locate my connection it took 4 days to accept the request and now it's getting rescheduled again and again @JioCare like is this the service we get? We are just sitting to get harrased ?

    @reliancejio @JioCare please ensure proper 4g network speed. Network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

    @JioCare what is this ? Sim delivery one issue . After solving it . Now activating major issue. Dont you guys understand number is very important for one person. Reply will be like we are working on it. For simple activation in offline is much faster than your in app mode. Bad .

    @JioCare Tried relocating my Jio connection with order id LR00001D3UQR and wow… what a mess. Customer support is basically nonexistent, no updates, no timelines. Officially out of patience. Switching to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet and closing this connection.

    @JioCare I did apply for new JioAirFiber connection. People name Manjunath came and did KYC and took 3 month advance money. It’s been 3 days no one responding to my call for installation. I want to cancel the service and want refund.

    @reliancejio has worst service in sector 90, Gurgaon. I’ve applied for a wifi connection 10days back. Till now there is no update on that. I’ve paid them, done with the kyc. And now I’m just waiting till now. @reliancegroup . This is unacceptable for you. WORST service ever.
