@JioCare @reliancejio I installed jio fibre yesterday. The issue is with set top box. I am using 4k smart tv but the picture quality through set top box is so poor that images are not clear and blurry. I changed the resolution to 4k @60hrz.

@reliancejio please ensure proper 4g network speed instead of upgrading it 5G/6G etc. As network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

@JioCare recently moved to a new flat in Delhi, happily got Jio fiber 3 days back (3 months plan), Jio fiber stopped working yesterday quoting back-end issues. This morning I woke up to Jio engineers coming to fix my "Wifi" but they ended up giving me a new connection.
