@JioCare, it seems subscriber @poppyia is having extremely bad times with network; frequent call drops followed by a minute of "out of network coverage area" problem. By the way, she seems to have a #Jio tower 70 meters from her home. Please help her.

@vb_vijaybaskar @JioCare Overal the service is pathetic and dismal. JioCare is dictating terms to me , sending me almost 10 unsolicited messages a day "Recharge your Jio no. 7003062544 on PhonePe with Jio All-in-one plan at Rs.555, scratch & win rewards upto Rs.175 on PhonePe. Hence I refuse to renew.

@OfficialJioTV zee5 app is crashing when exiting the app at jio tv box. So we need to clear cache and data from settings and then reopen the app do works. Plz fix the app. @reliancejio @JioCare

Called 198 & got no genuine response. I told them to get my complaint to higher authorities but they kept on saying what the system says. Made them undrstnd alot but they repeat same thing.If this complaint is not resolved, I am bound to switch over to any other network @JioCare

Greatly Disappointed with @airtelindia 's network.. 4G works pathetic like 2G speed even sometimes it just vanishes.. I am using @reliancejio which is really the backbone for my data usage.. I got Airtel as backup which has turned out to be a stupid idea @Airtel_Presence 👎🤢
