    @JioCare Moreover just next to my flat at my neighbor house there is a jio fiber installed with the set top box . So how this is possible that they are eligible and i am not ? Is jio is kidding with the customer? And sales person do not bother to pick up the phone after registration .

    @JioCare You are working since 22/03/2022 without any fruitful result and on the other hand Jio is the (self claimed) fastest network of country. I want my money back by today as being a poor guy 1500rs is alot for me. Note: Of jio wants then they can refund me 10x. I WON'T MIND

    @JioCare The problem did not solved , yet you have confirmed that it is . Now I have a duty to call jio care every day to raise the same complaint everyday. Isnt this a incompetent of your team as its been 7 days with the same issue with not a single proper response from you.

    I think next time I will change the operator of network as internet surfing on @reliancejio is getting worse than the service of its a month ago. Really depressing. @complaintagainstjio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had word with your customer care who said that jio fibre connectivity is not available in Shibpur area whereas some are enjoying the same. I would like to request to provide connection, if possible, I can give you more than 20 connections. Mob - 7278094224

    @JioCare @reliancejio my Jio fiber wasn’t working on 10th September. I complained and it was resolved on 11th September. Again today since 4pm onwards, the same isn’t working. Again Jio fiber not working.

    @JioCare You guys are not understanding my concern .You are just coping and pasting your scripted dialogues to maintain your image. If you have any sense of understanding then why installation should be pending since 3 days.i want my full money rs 2500 back .As i didn't want such service

They seem to be interested only in installing new connections, but when it comes to after-sales service and customer support, the experience is practically zero. Complaints are not resolved on time.

    @kotakneo @reliancejio I have raised a service request id SR00003A4FMP, got message that engineer is on the way. We were waiting at home. Then we got message that engineer couldn’t locate premises. Totally false, I am waiting for engineer, he didn’t call. Sorry bad service as well as false reason.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with your service. My JioFiber has been down since today, and despite scheduling a home visit, your engineer is not answering calls and no one has arrived. Customers shouldn’t have to chase support for basic service. Resolve this ASAP.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I chose @JioBlackRockmf to put money on jioapp &honestly my inspiration was jio net which I used earlier , how jio dominated in internet but as I ported my sim airtel to jio , felt I done a huge mistake,not getting solution& suspicious about other things.

    @JioCare It's been 4 days and my JioFiber is still not working. I raised a service request and emailed multiple times,but only automated replies. First it was a Jio-side issue, now I'm told it's a local issue with no resolution. I'm paying for a service I can't use.@reliancejio
