@JioCare Yes, this will not solve, untill you install a tower in my building, or some wired connection from your tower. Cc is not at all responsive and evry time their recorder says we are looking faster resolution for net speed. Without speedy net, nobody is hero

@JioCare Worst customer care. Representatives are always misleading. While providing new connection (postpaid plan ₹999*12 Annual) said that it includes Amazon Prime but after connection Jio asking to pay ₹1499 for the same. Shame on Jiofiber.

Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, I am in Bangalore, using 5G compatible mobile, have a valid recharge plan and request for 5G service long back. Still can’t use jio 5G but @airtelindia users can use 5G without any hassle. Lots of delay and improper response from customer care.
