    @JioCare It's already more than 8 days and I am expected to wait for another 72 hours..... Great...... How other ISPs have managed to restore 4-5 days back. There is a serious issue with after sales service of JioFiber @JioCare @reliancejio

    @he_shashank @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Every mail to the customer care is being addressed by a bot. It is very clear to me with the standard generic response. Fooling people. Intent is completely missing and the urge is not there. @VodafoneIN @Idea using this COVID situation as an excuse to do nothing on ground.

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber is providing worst after sales service. They attract people by providing features like subscriptions of OTT apps,etc., and on the other hand, compromising with after sales service. My net is dead for last 8 days and now they ask for 72 hours more.

    @Airtel_Presence was supposed to be once customer satisfied service provider & now it's customer scamming service. Not renewing the data per billing cycle from last 6 months and the issue to their dedicated #AirtelBlack team is everymonth a joke. Time to port out to @reliancejio

    Got a new number from @reliancejio @JioCare told to switch to family plan, did that and number never worked, now am told that I need add the number, when asked why was this not told earlier, the guy at counter said, I can't believe you did not know this yourself, Atamnirbhar Waah
