They attract people by providing features like subscriptions of OTT apps,etc., and on the other hand, compromising with after sales service. It is very clear to me with the standard generic response. Fooling people. Intent is completely missing and the urge is not there. @VodafoneIN @Idea using this COVID situation as an excuse to do nothing on ground.
