    @JioCare after so many mails and tweets also jio is such a company that nothing matters to them, my complain is still pending and nobody bothers to look after to it, u buy a connection and forget the service. This is jio lo aur bhool jao

    Absolutely horrible service by @reliancejio it's been 3 days I applied for a new connection the installation for supposed to happen yesterday at 1 but no response from the team neither any of the executive are picking up the call. Horrible service @JioCare #jio #JioFiber

    @JioCare aftr sevrl folw ups I am getn dis msg. JioFiber device for your service ID SR000018OUO6 could not be collected even after several attempts to contact you. Your JioFiber account is now permanently disconnected and we will not be able to process any refund for this account

    @JioCare recently I have taken 799 post paid plan as per the features i am eligible for Netflix subscription for 1 yr but as per the app it's showing the Netflix subscription will end on 4th February 2022. Why it is just 2 months service

    @JioCare I don't know how u ppl work, u R changing time whenever u want but nobody cares what we want. Ur service is real hell when u need to refund, at the time of new connection u were prompt and systematic but this time u R worst among all provides. Airtel is far better in service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Post recharging with ₹999 monthly pack not able to view OTT subs. Sales Rep told me to just login with registered Mobile number and be connected to Jiofiber it will work on mobile, Laptop, TV.But it doesn't work every OTT asks to subscribe. Very Bad.

    @JioCare last eve got msg from Jio my Netflix plan changed from mobile to premium & I'll be charged.Called Jio got a reply it needs to be raised with Netflix and he can't do anything. Told him change was not done by me and he needs to reverse it but he didn't help.

    @reliancejio Team i Have changed Pre paid Jio fiber to post paid ,Taking back of Prepaid set top box and other material ,I'm following with customer care and service team ,No response .I don't know when they will take back the set top box and return my security deposit.

Haan bhai sab ek jaise hi hai but @HathwayBrdband sabse ghatiya broadband hai unka service pathetic hai. Itna complain karne k baad bhi daily k 20+ calls aa jate hai. main abhi unka customer ni hu abhi

    Worst service by Jio Fibers, i am totally disappointed by them, they are delaying the installation of my jio fibers since last 2 days and still jio fiber is not installed. I would not recommended jio to anyone @reliancejio @JioCare @AmbaniHu

    @JioCare billing done on jio number then jio is responsible for not charging for the plan change which was requested immediately. Really pathetic service.

    @JioCare Highly disappointed with Jio fibre service, Wifi is down from 24 hours no one is bothered to check on the complaint CCE are giving wrong deadlines, no one showed up yet.
