    @JioCare Yes, this will not solve, untill you install a tower in my building, or some wired connection from your tower. Cc is not at all responsive and evry time their recorder says we are looking faster resolution for net speed. Without speedy net, nobody is hero

    @reliancejio waiting for refund since 6th oct, no response, chasing the jio team. Dear Customer,refund of Rs.8846.46 has been initiated for your JioFiber connection with Order no. NO0000N3BFNH. This amount will be auto credited to the original payment mode within 7 business days

    @JioCare one of the worst customer service. Actually the worst. Now some useless employe will reply to this and ask me to DM my problem, and then they don't respond. Their owner is not on a social media platform because he knows how ****** his network is.

    @JioCare Worst customer care. Representatives are always misleading. While providing new connection (postpaid plan ₹999*12 Annual) said that it includes Amazon Prime but after connection Jio asking to pay ₹1499 for the same. Shame on Jiofiber.

    @reliancejio Applied for a new jio fiber connection. It's been 10 days and multiple follow-ups across levels. The previous connection took 6 months. Why would one not want to switch to a responsive provider? Sorry my bad..I opted for jio fiber Deepak 9811278448 Noida
