    @reliancejio had requested jio fiber to be installed at home in Kolkata, upon checking the technician informed that the nearest connection box was broken, am trying to get a refund, also interestingly no call is going thru my registered mobile number to the call centre...

    @JioCare @geekyranjit Hi Bodhi, If we normal consumers ask for the Jio 5G Welcome Offer on Twitter you don't give it to us and give only scripted bot response but to YouTuber you are providing it on priority basis just by asking for it once only! At least we deserve proper support from humans not bots

    @JioCare Yes, this will not solve, untill you install a tower in my building, or some wired connection from your tower. Cc is not at all responsive and evry time their recorder says we are looking faster resolution for net speed. Without speedy net, nobody is hero

    The reason is simple: the installation was not completed on the scheduled date despite payment being made, and there has been no proper communication or resolution. I no longer wish to continue with the service. Plz proceed wit refund the installation and plan charges @JioCare
