    @reliancejio i am having network issue with my e-SIM earlier when I was with physical sim it was more or less fine. I tried to contact you on 198, live chat, email no response received. Even 198 is saying unable to provide service. What is the benefit of being Postpaid plus user?

    @JioCare This seems to be an auto generated reply which I have been getting since years, rather compensate for this problem and I will bear with u till that time being you say. Either compensate for the 3rd class cheap service ur providing me Or Give me the service for which I'm paying.

    @JioCare Team, tq for the updates. Pls be aware that I'll not be available I my home after 5pm on today. So pls ensure yr service engineers will finish my installation before that time. I don't want any such delay as I faced very poor service from yr end in the first phase of installation

    @JioCare Yes, if the service is only applicable to one year then delet the Amazon subscription and make sure I don't have to pay single penny for that. Let me know once done after final settlement I will leave Jio service
