@reliancejio But you should not give us 2G speed of Internet after telling it 4G.. Every evening speed sometimes even less than 2G..Being a regular customer I have to stop it for last 2 Month.. Both Vodafone, Airtel have better speed in my location.

One big problem with @airtelindia is that even on UL plans like 399, they charge for calls to customer care helpline nos. like 1860×××××× where as @reliancejio provides such calls for free. Hope it would be made free by airtel.

@JioCare now tele verification is done but , Whenever I trying to out the sim In My phone I'm not getting Jio network. Strangely the weired part is now If I'm trying to use any Jio sim the same handset not Jio network is coming. Device name Redmi Y1.

These spammers simply reject complaint by stating subscribed catagory of sms or other false update. telecom companies also support them coz they get revenue. @priyankasambhav

@JioCare I had recently port in one number from Airtel to Jio postpaid, Got msg for tele-Verifcation from jio while doing tele verification at 1977, suddenly call got disconnected from that time not getting any network. Now tele verification done from another phone.

@JioCare But I tried using Jio for another month and the problems were still there. I only moved around 300-400meters from my old house but the range is so low that I don't even recieve calls most times. Both my parents are still using Jio and still having these issues (2)

Hi @reliancejio @reliancegroup Completely fed up with the connectivity issues in my area, there has been absolute waste of money on recharges from last 6 months. Please fix the issue or i would have no other option than to port out.
