    @Akash_Ambani @JioCare I have a jio fiber connection for more than 3yrs, complaints used to be resolved in 24 hrs, it seven day since my complaint has not been attended. If this continues, Jio is going to lose credibility if this type of service continues. service id 400120700107

    Worst customer care @JioCare @reliancejio. Wrong recharge done on my postpaid number when I called customer care with the issues. Agent said continue with the recharge we cannot help you out. This is how you treat your customer? Please call on 9911002232 for clarification.

    @JioCare I last days i have to call JIO customer care for something about the service. I did the big mistake in porting to JIO. Once again JIO is proving every day , They don't care about the customer.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have just been informed by your customer care executive that Netflix cannot be uninstalled from jio set up box. What if the netflix account is compromised, how does one recover the account.
