    @JioCare Missing lots of calls since yesterday on my @reliancejio number. People who call are getting a message saying that I'm out of network coverage area even though the phone is in the same place and I get a message saying that I missed a call. Never happened before yesterday

    @reliancejio I've raised a surrender request for my jio gigafiber broadband but nobody has turned up for collection of the router yet! I called the customer support and the executive doesn't know where the nearest jio store is! #0customersupport

    @JioCare Let's address the elephant in the room. I am sure by now you have enough data to see that when power goes off you are having issues with your router and there will be no internet available. Why dont you fix it. #FixItIfUKnowIt #InternetDown
