@JioCare @reliancejio My internet has been down for 5 days in Bengaluru since April 6. Request number [SR000032R977] is still pending. Customer care keeps saying "technician will come tomorrow," but nothing happens. Very poor service in my area despite paying monthly.

@JioCare I have initiated porting for mybmobile number on 4th April via online KYC,now chasing for the sim to deliver and get it activated.Alteady have 10+ calls with customer care every time new date and time is communicated for activation of sim with no proper justification.
