    @JioCare Whenever I call customer care, it is said that within 2 weeks, the net problem will be solved, please wait. It has been 2 years but the problem of the net is still ongoing or the problem does not resolve. So I will end my recharge

    @JioCare This is shameful. You guys ask to DM so that the world does not know about your service quality. Every time we get an email that an appointment is scheduled for pickup and no one visits, and just keep spamming my inbox.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Its been a month, I still did not get the replacement. Your JioCenter guys are not able to help me. In lockdown, its very hard to keep visiting JioCenters. No one is helping, even the customer care is rubbish, they just keep repeating same message in call
