  @JioCare Spoke to local service guy who 1st came to attend the complain....he is not even aware of what I am talking abt and u keep on saying that u r working diligently on it. I haven't even received any call from jio to explain the problem. Absolutely carelessness.

  @reliancejio will jio refund security deposit of jio phone purchased in 2017 and continued recharging from last 4 year there is some technical issue & jio retailers say to pay 1000 for repair..
