  @JioCare Really wonderful to see Jio - #1 Telecom Company.. Who just doesn't have: 1.) No Transparency of Service request 2.) No Escalation Management 3.) No Escalation Focal Point If they cannot address the issue. Just simple, close the service request or disconnect the call..

  @reliancejio so disappointed that I cannot reach customer care officer ! It have been several days am facing SMS sending issue tried resetting SMSC number also . So disgusting that jio not taking care of their customers! I think it's time to quit jio ! @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima

  @JioCare Last month you guys ate my 6 days of money and this month its three days and still counting. And you don't have any refund options for those days we are not connected to Jio Fibre. Everytime my Service request closed becoz ur technician doesn't want to attend.
