No wonder why people are porting out of @airtelindia to @reliancejio network. Instead of airing misleading ads, had @airtelindia focused on bettering its network, it wouldn’t have happened.

@JioCare My JioFiber connection is not operational since last Sunday. Engineer visited and reported at my end there is no problem but, there is no power in my JioFiber box as the main cable on the road got damaged somewhere, needs repair. Till now not restored. Help @JioCare

Airtel service is very poor after Amphan Cyclone in my area kolkata-700054 but same condition Jio and Vodafone work very well...Airtel connectivity call and data and signal is shut down yet. Thanks @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

After #AmphanSuperCyclone the only network which was somewhat working was @jio So I went out and got one sim for myself, and from the very next the signal dropped, and absolutely without any network ! Can you help @JioCare

@JioCare Thanks. I have multiple connections. Apart from @Airtel_Presence, I also have Jio and thankfully, the Jio network is helping me a lot because otherwise I would have had no connectivity at all. On the contrary, Airtel has totally let me down. Be it in Mobility or DTH.

Pathetic service from Jio Fiber Customer service @JioCare. Internet wasn’t working since 10th Nov morning and no service done so far. Not even a proper response I received. I decided to cancel it and move on. I am not going to trust to anymore🙏

@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI jio fiber installed 5 days back and stopped working, submitted complaint, they put it on hold, saying engineer who did the initial setup will resolve. So effective support people left us helpless. This happening in 5 days of Installation.

Now when I contacted customer care i was told to reach out to jio care with aadhar copy as my father had major surgeries and cannot move. I was told in Jiocare that number cannot be given back.

My office in ahmedabad SG highway on 19th floor and i get zero jio network. Its one of the reputed commercial area of ahmedabad with all high class office and we get zero network of jio forces everyone to port sim or have alternative service provider @reliancejio @JioCare
