    @JioCare & @reliancejio, bought a JioFi yesterday. Not working at all. Also using 1 JIO Postpaid & 1 JIO Prepaid mobile connection at same time & same place without any problem. Problem probably in hardware of JioFi. Please solve this problem ASAP.

    @JioCare @DoT_India Yes i agree that some network cover have been improved since last 2 to 3 days on words ... But still come breakdown in voice call .. Example i will only hear my voice again .. Some time opposite side will nt get my voice clearly and they will say ur voice is breaking in between

    @JioCare @reliancejio, pathetic customer service. I was called up by Jio Store to collect JioFi as it was repaired. When I reached store, it is found to be in someone's posession who is not in store and will come much later. Just harassment after buying new JioFi just 5 days ago.

    @reliancejio I am very much disappointed due to Jio Fi Service. I am really shocked because I have Jio Fi device which I have purchased on last september'18. Before completing 1-year it has shown trouble (Jio Fi device on but could not detect from mobile or laptop), I helpless.

I guess @Apple services are using data centers without good routing for Indian traffic Not sure since never used Apple abroad

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio , why my data usage is restricted even with an active plan. This has been happening for the last 1 month. If this issue does not solve it, I will port my number to another network.
