    @JioCare @geekyranjit Hi Bodhi, If we normal consumers ask for the Jio 5G Welcome Offer on Twitter you don't give it to us and give only scripted bot response but to YouTuber you are providing it on priority basis just by asking for it once only! At least we deserve proper support from humans not bots

    @reliancejio my area, regular basis problem facing internet speed and night 7 PM to 10 PM. I complain customer care. but not solve my problem. customar Care told me high Customar use internet on this side.

    @reliancejio had requested jio fiber to be installed at home in Kolkata, upon checking the technician informed that the nearest connection box was broken, am trying to get a refund, also interestingly no call is going thru my registered mobile number to the call centre...

    @JioCare Why does the internet become so slow on my laptop when using Jio 5G through my mobile hotspot while it works super fast on my mobile in the same location? Does your team throttle the 5G connection if sharing it through a mobile hotspot?

    @JioCare this is to inform you that i am unable to change my jiofiber password and its open already complaint about the issue to you many times. If any illegal activity happens through the open network i won't be liable as i have already informed you many time

    @JioCare Slow speed , faulty router no proper speed in 5ghz band even after if u stand beside the router . Several times I have told your technical team to change it but no one found any fault in its horrible system. So it's better to terminate your connection.

    @reliancejio #JioFiber Getting worse day by day. Entire day running like a tortoise. Thn the 5ghz band doesn't work well even after u sit beside the router. Asked to change the router bt no executive agreed to do so cz for them it's ok having no issue . Planning to terminate.

    @JioCare What kind of a service are you guys really providing? The technician was suppose to reach out by 8pm but still there is no call nothing form anyone! Also on calling the customer care desk you guys are asking to keep the call on hold and disconnecting later! Is this for real?

    @reliancejio @JioCare when I have call 2time in jio customer care service then they disconnected my call without any reason. After 3rd when I call the jio executive vikash Kumar threatened me and disconnect my.thats why i am changing my jio sim .

    @JioCare The problem did not solved , yet you have confirmed that it is . Now I have a duty to call jio care every day to raise the same complaint everyday. Isnt this a incompetent of your team as its been 7 days with the same issue with not a single proper response from you.

    @reliancejio @GoogleIndia I had requested for a tower installation at my property in Kerala more than 10 days ago! This would greatly benefit Jio as it will improve your signal strength here. No reply/call back on the email sent! Never expected this! Very unprofessional! Mr. Ambani must be made aware.

    @reliancejio fiber internet down for 3 hours. No easy way to contact customer care. Now, for 2 hours, field engineers saying it will be fixed in 2 hours. Almost 10 connection down in my apartment but nobody to listen complaints. @JioCare
