    @JioCare Internet speed of JIO network is drastically poor in Shapoorji Pallonji Area near Kolkata (PIN code 700135). Please resolve. So many customers are porting ther connection to other mobile service providers mainly Airtel Bharati.

    @JioCare What kind of a service are you guys really providing? The technician was suppose to reach out by 8pm but still there is no call nothing form anyone! Also on calling the customer care desk you guys are asking to keep the call on hold and disconnecting later! Is this for real?

    @reliancejio my area, regular basis problem facing internet speed and night 7 PM to 10 PM. I complain customer care. but not solve my problem. customar Care told me high Customar use internet on this side.

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare i am using fiber for 1 year now. Suddenly there is latency and everything is getting disconnected. Customer care doesnt understand a thing abt latency. No knowledge cant speak properly. Its so frustrating. Selling fiber with this quality?

    @JioCare one of the worst customer service. Actually the worst. Now some useless employe will reply to this and ask me to DM my problem, and then they don't respond. Their owner is not on a social media platform because he knows how ****** his network is.

    @JioCare Ported from Airtel Postpaid to Jio with clear request for postpaid conn., but number was activated as prepaid. Raised escalation through email, unable to reach human support, and service now interrupted. Need urgent for prepaid to postpaid conversion without additional deposit.

    @reliancejio my jio air fiber number is +91-7258796878. I had raised complaint on 10/5/26 vi number SR000035K11D and issue is not resolved till now. Every time I contacted customer care new request has been generated but no action has been taken. Please resolve the matter
