Special mention to Jio customer care executive 'Purnima' who simply had to say her own words and didn't let me speak Jio Customer care is of No help. They do not provide any help to customers. They simply know how to harrass and trouble innocent customers @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio my Jio fiber wasn’t working on 10th September. I complained and it was resolved on 11th September. Again today since 4pm onwards, the same isn’t working. Again Jio fiber not working.

Very poor speed by @reliancejio even when all signals are there. In 4G they give less than 2G speed. Worst thing is,there is no transparent way to find out what fraud these telecom companies do. To promote their JIO fibre they try to frustrate us with normal JIO connection.
